We are getting closer to H2..we should hopefully have a flow of news from here on. Imagine the price of this prior to the last trial in 2018. It was like a pound. Compare that to now. This is cheap.
This research isn't for everyone to understand. Tim is doing his best to inform the laypeople. Some of us knew since 2018 that Lupuzor and Tim are the real deal and another trial was a must.

Refer to my previous post. If you have serious doubts about any Director's veracity and/or competence then organise a vote to fire them. It worked at Valirx. Observations about stirring coffee won't do it.
In the meantime as a LTH I am pleased with outlook. These types of share are not for the fainthearted.
That's all.
Hopefully for once he is meaningful heard too many times looking forward hopefully this time different or just cant keep defending him. Shareholders dont keep going on constant hope we need end product
pokerchips - very unfair on Tim - when we all know he gets someone else to stir his coffee!
I suspect a "very busy time" for Tim is having to answer the phone and stir his coffee both at the same time....
ImmuPharma "looking forward" to upcoming FDA meetings:
https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/1013492/immupharma-looking-forward-to-upcoming-fda-meetings-1013492.html
ImmuPharma PLC (AIM:IMM, OTC:IMMPF) chief executive Tim McCarthy spoke to Thomas Warner at Proactive's London studio, following what he calls a "very busy time" for the specialty biopharmaceutical company.
He discusses the latest developments and next steps for the P140 platform, highlighting the importance of two upcoming meetings with the US FDA.
GLA long-term investors!
lambo222 - whilst I'm normally highly critical of Tim, I actually think his pre-warning on potential FDA meeting date slippage was sensible. Otherwise everyone would assume the worst, when it could just indicate the FDA's struggling with backlogs.
Good apart from Tim already signposting FDA delays to the meeting dates which isn’t great, hopefully the price can hold this level of around 2.8p and Lanstead don’t dump any until the meeting results
Good interview from Tim … seeding the ground for the future but would have liked to hear more on the financial side of how he expects to finance R&D , especially CIDP
Mine does on corporate actions. But AFAIK not with AGM resolutions.
lordloadsoflolly
my broker, Interactive Investor, gives all nominee account holders an official vote on AGM resolutions and then sends through the collective totals to the company.... I suspect other brokers do the same....give all shareholders the chance to use their votes
wildbunch - easier said than done when your shares are in an ISA nominee account.
Some time ago posters were concerned about the 2 top execs in Valirx . They got organised and effectively voted them out. If shareholders are seriously concerned about the veracity and/or competence of members of the Board mechanisms exist to get rid of them.
Personally I am pleased with the current outlook-I have 500,000 at an average of 10p. These companies are not for the faint-hearted and are a 'gamble'-but if people think they are being taken for a ride stop moaning and do something about it.
That's all.
In that case, why couldn't Tim just be straight with investors, rather than trying "to be positive about the whole thing" (i..e. lying)?
"If you feel McCarthy did a good job before the Avion hook up, that's fine."
lordloadsoflolly,
I wasn't really referring to issues back then..I was more referring to the long and drawn out timescale with regards to the forthcoming Lupozor trial and the phase 1 PK study that had to be done beforehand ... and my comment wasn't making any implications towards Tim´s " motives or actions" in any previous time period...with the FDA and Avion he says it as best he can and tries to be positive about the whole thing...even though he knows "the next period" isnt going to be a week, but more like 3 months ....all slow going , but that is all largely out of Tim´s hands
pokerchips - I remain invested precisely because - as you imply - Tim is no longer really running the show. If you feel McCarthy did a good job before the Avion hook up, that's fine. But you should maybe re-visit the share chart, as unless you stand on your head, it paints a rather different picture.
lordloadsoflolly
I am surprised you still hold your money here , considering you think Tim shows "rank ineptitude". Surely you would be better to get your losses back by putting your cash somewhere else where you believe in the CEO abilities ?
Avion are running the show with regards to Lupuzor, as a result of agreeing to put in $25m for the trial ( probably have to add more, by now) and also investing in a fund raise , and as such Tim has to follow the path and protocol and advise that Avion requests , which is also being directed by the FDA ..Avion clearly wants everything exactly right in order to increase considerably the probability of success
It is very long, slow and drawn out process and it is really up to people to realise that , and COVID didn't help things ...causing inevitable longer delays in FDA meetings ...
Maybe you expected Tim to hold your hand and tell you exactly when things would happen ( even though he doesnt know, most of the time)...you must feel let down on that aspect
pokerchips - afraid I find your explanation of Tim's motives & actions laughable.
MysticMike,
blimey.....Arthur Daley...not sure I would put Tim quite in that category...and not sure Tim ever actually promises anything.... more that he actually knows things take a long time , but knows no one actually likes being told that...so he tends to try to give some hope that things will happen sooner ...( bit like the Dr that tells you you could get better in a week, when they know its likely to be a month...they tell you week by week to try and keep you happy and hopeful )
These things are always in the hands of the potential partners , so...one has to be hopeful that you are gradually meeting what is required as time progresses
Pokerchips, Tim'S been promising Sol partner for the last 2 years another broken promise or objective. He always talks the talk he reminds me of Arther Dalley.
Frits - unfortunately that "positive past history" hasn't done much for the share price over the last 5 years.
