SP has to go up now as there is not much range to day traders to sell...
Exactly what I've done, averaged down to 171. Will be much happier when we're north of 200. Hopefully not too long!!
Sudezena, they just called it wrong, thats it, gone now back to hiding behind their armchairs or sitting on the fence!
IAGLongterm, could not agree with you more..I have always added to my portfolio, even when it was going down, as i always believed this was going to make a quick comeback..we are now closing in on £2.00..exciting times ahead i think. Well done to all the long term holders..DYOR.
Deutsche Bank upgraded the company to "buy" from "hold" and raised its target price to 260 pence from 225 pence.
All the doomsayers disappear on a good day, predictably........ Dont even know why they are involved to be honest, not making any difference to the SP, only going one way over the long term!
I am not ramping it up..its going up, i guess it's due to the fact that flying is incresasing, passenger numbers are going up and 4th October is getting closer...travel rules changing!!! dyor.
IAG seems to be quickly moving north now..ladies and gentlemen, make sure your fasten your seatbelts tightly in preparation for take off!! £1.90 getting closer, then £2.00 cometh!!(right fugo??) DYOR.
Fugassi is old 'whatsaMess' I think, so he is always like this, he is disappearing when green day here, so not much rubbish here.
The new larder fridge has been working away nicely for a couple of months now sundezan. The new carpets are bedded in and the deep pile is gorgeous underfoot. The new bathroom is performing great with the low maintenance power shower, shower board wall cladding and all the specialist paintworks and new cabinets, and basins and everything else. Kitchen next, then flog it for a smaller house banking silly profits. Simples.
Anyone noticed Fugassin is nowhere to be seen?? Mind it's (another) green day, it would look silly if someone came out saying this is going to 99p!! DYOR.
don't you worry BB, i have taken plenty of profits already..Be careful not to lose your profits or that big fridge freezer will not become a reality!! dyor.
paper profit! Bear that in mind before you spend it, you've got to cash in to have a real gain.
BB, if you want what i am having, it won't go with your coffee..just enjoyed a nice salad!!!! and enjoying my IAG, JET2, RR and FEVR investments!!it's been a great September for my stocks...who said September was the worst month!!ahahah.
Redundancy, whilst a short term hit, is far cheaper in the long run. Especially if a large chunk of employees are short serving
I think you will find sundenza that the tail end of the remaining 7% of the rights is still being cleared. My estimate is they will be cleared midday today and with pis seeing the shares now part of their existing holding the new trading level will be seen. It is a remote possibility that could be delayed until tomorrow, but the overall outcome from the swallow tail option is about 5% gain overall.
"demand will be huge in the winter and bookings are soaring..they are raising iag as they know this winter will be different from all other winters. good call.. dyor."
I'll have what he's having, lol. What meds are you on? 8:30 and you're already bouncing off the walls in fits of exhortation!! Are you putting too much sugar in your porridge or something.
Now, for followers of climate change, there is something of very significant interest in the FT this morning. "BHP shareholders urged to vote against climate plan"

"Glass Lewis, the influential proxy adviser, has recommended clients vote against the world’s biggest miner’s Climate Transition Action Plan, citing concerns about its scope as well as the alignment of its target with the latest climate science."
A very rare challenge to the consensus and narratives. It will be interesting to see if this pushes the first domino, or is stamped out in the brutal manner we are accustomed to now. If it is the first domino, then there could be hope in staving off the attacks to come on airlines.
Another day when IAG is outperforming EZJ...wonder why??could it be the fact that EZJ will be quite this coming winter whereas iag will be busy across the pond?? mind, its busy now!!!dyor
demand will be huge in the winter and bookings are soaring..they are raising iag as they know this winter will be different from all other winters. good call.. dyor.
"DEUTSCHE BANK RAISES IAG TO 'BUY' (HOLD) - PRICE TARGET 260 (225) PENCE"
Interesting post. Copying and pasting a broker note. I thought these broker notes were to be disregarded as meaningless? Let's see how the detractors over the last few weeks of broker notes refer to this one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hypocrite.

Bull... redundancy is also a form of liquidity! Furlough scheme ends tomorrow. We wait and see.
If they were going to do a RI they would be aiming to do it prior to a crash while the SP is high to minimise dilution. Only reason I can see one happening is to raise funds for a faster scale up if things start picking up rapidly next year, otherwise there’s adequate liquidity. Seems they’re still happy carrying a staff surplus into next year which is a good sign if nothing else. Enjoy your day all
ftse looking good today...we should see a bounce towards £1.85-1.90, oil is down which helps. dyor.
Seems the barrow boys are on this board
