Towards 690!

Hi All, with the excitement building on the EZJ board in terms of receiving a final offer. Apologies if discussed already, but any thoughts on how WIZZ SP will react to either:

1) Decent offer to Board Accepted.

2) No offer accepted

Does this make WIZZ itself then a likely target and in which case investors pile in or go the other way if an offer is accepted with EZJ? I'm invested here largely and small amount in EZJ. I'm hoping no offer here until we are north of £30! I welcome your views. GLA!!

I would go with a bid in at £7.25 per share. Enough to give the board something serious to consider. GLA!!

Morning All, the biggest drivers I can see at the moment Oil prices continue to fall, pax numbers rising, more aircraft flying and no new curve balls. As long as this continues, only a matter of time before more re-rates and SP will start to fly!! Remember when WIZZ moves she moves quickly indeed! GLA!!

Morning All, solid stats, more new routes and as every month goes by more planes either fixed / and or new planes received = increased fleet. More pax and more £££. It won't be long before WIZZ is back at £20+!! GLA!

All about timing here for me, I need a decent offer to come in for EZJ and if WIZZ stays at current SP, will then sell my EZJ holding to buy further in here on any drops, looking to average down having sold a tranche off at 12.25.

By close of play Friday having seen the books will offer £7.25.

They have been given time to look at the books (limited info) so they can review and be encouraged to come back with a higher offer. It could go either way, I've too sliced here, if a deal done will buy back in here further on any dips, all about timing.

Alot of excitement on EZJ board with offers discussion, in the event offer we're to come in for WIZZ in the coming days, what do you think would be reasonable? You got to be looking at £20+ I would have thought? Personally I'm hoping no offer until we're £30+, as likely to make more money staying independent for now and give SP and business time to recover fully. GLA!!

£7.50 sounds about right! If we get to that I believe board would recommend take the offer! GLA!

This goes back to my earlier question is an offer of £7.50+ required to seal the deal, it sounds most likely. If after seeing the books the investment group are serious about acquiring EZJ and understand they have to pay St least fair value, I would have thought £7.50 - £8 as a minimum, if you consider their aircraft, slots, easyjet holidays division and overall branding. If we get to this level even for me only buying in again at 581, I would make a tidy profit. Let's see how it goes. GLA!!

I've just bought in at 581 after a nice rise in WIZZ little bit of top slicing, hoping for a decent acceptable offer here and tidy profit on my investment, either way EZJ a good bet, new aircaft and key slots GLA

Me too back in profit, I took opportunity to average down now average of £11.15, happy to be above water, enjoying the rises, plenty more to come, as they saw when she moves, she moves quickly indeed! Keep going this is just the start! GLA!!

Good post Stan! My thoughts would be surely if Ryn are exceeding WIZZ on this front, surely WIZZ just tries to replicate this or is it not as simple as that? The longer US and Iran are talking and Trump kept away from talks, the ever increasing likelihood of a permanent deal being made, oil drops down significantly, WIZZ make more profit, new routes start to mature, more planes getting fixed together with new orders being received, more seats. Its a good receipe for lots more £££! GLA exciting few years ahead for sure!!

Hi All, I welcome your views has it been discussed here at all in terms of WIZZ phasing out their CEOs and replacing them with NEOs? ,It's not just that they are more efficient, there will be more seats offered per aircraft A320 CEO cpmpated to A321 NEO and also comparing A321 CEO to A321 NEO. Apologies if this has been discussed already, more efficient aircraft, more seats = lower cost per seat and more £££ per aircraft revenue and therefore more overall profit hopefully! No wonder Ryanair getting ansi with Wizz, afraid of the competition perhaps? Welcome your thoughts!!

How would that translate to SP do you know? I would be curious, if you take 10% growth being conservative, where does the SP level get to?

Agree Captain, I think WIZZ can navigate through everything thrown at them, when we have all new NEOs flying and all aircraft back in the air that were grounded due to GTF issues, mature routes, unless any new blackswan events, I personally can see WIZZ getting to a very decent SP level. Hopefully we can get the war between US and Iran resolved and then Ukraine and things will be looking up for sure. If things play out as I hope, I plan to retire early as I'm sure many else will do on here too including your good self! Good to have you back and always a delight to read your commentary! GLA!!
