LSE03 thanks for this unfortunately it raises almost as many questions as it answers. Chief amongst them is how is this being funded. It says that the HARL (Marine Services) has grown to five freight vessels but when I checked on vesselfinder only the Valonia and the Terramere, which is now approaching Appledore, are showing as HARL vessels. I presume at some stage we will get an update.
Terramere and Velonia via KMS
The Samson, pics shown on the scrutiny committee video as well as a newly aquired Crew Transfer Vessel that was also mentioned on video. As yet, whereabouts unknown.
Not sure about the Lundy Puffin though.
Would seem to be this vessel, just the job: https://www.shipspotting.com/photos/3626382?page=1&navList=moreOfThisShip&perPage=8&imo=9840013&lid=3481210
Serious question , would the survey vessel be one of them or the Atlantic Wolff ?
What survey vessel K? Not jw's brothers boat surely? :)
Would have thought the AW would be classed as a passenger vessel not freight.
Fwiw, the Terramere as pulled alongside exactly where I reported the "could be" Samson was earlier in the week. Have they come to tow it back down to Penzance or brought crew up to do so? Might have to nip down for a nosey. :)
Sure he said the AW was being painted in Spain before being brought over. ??
Seriously over promising again and shareholders left totally in the dark - looks like a further delay built into that.
They will have lost nearly half the Season by the time this hits the water, including both the May Bank Holidays and the Half Term
But dreadful comms with the public on May bookings, many already trying to switch to the Steamship and others not knowing what was happening…. They went all in on social media but failed to have someone who could respond
Profit? Don’t think so despite the freight going well
Live on the scene. Terramere has indeed replaced the maybe Samson that left this morning.
Part of sorting the May bookings is the offer of ‘free’ helicopter….. that will be a nice bill
People shouldn't be so hard on Broomtree.

Strong Buy
He bought at over 18p and sold at 11p. Wow, no wonder he is bitter. Thats a big loss.
Dammit Agent Si_D, that's too dangerous man. There's security down there. If you are caught say you're name is Bubbles or Stokey :) .
Thanks for the update 👍 😃.
According to people on Facebook, JW has offered people with May bookings alternate means of travel. They're offering some people free upgrades to helicopter.
LSE03 ref 17.56 post It is much better that he admits to the truth that he is LSE02
😃 that would be fairer
I don’t know what your on about however enjoy the banter ☺️
Of course, only joking. Have a great weekend. 👍
He won't do that Stokey12, or he will blow your cover, LSE01 is the most coveted handle. Discretion required Birdwatcher trackers positioned at Appledore.
Isles of Scilly Air and Sea Links has a nice promo video of the Damen 4212 model (same as Atlantic Wolff)
Looks good
Stokey is on first name terms with JW so I wouldn't get away with it, LSE. Also, being a known trouble maker, there may already be photo fits of him in the guard house and tbh, Bubbles is probably too well know from staring in the Trailer Park Boys. So I went with my best salty sea dog disguise just to blend in. Did have it confirmed that it was indeed the Samson that was there. Must be sailing under it's previous name as I can't imagine they could sail in stealth mode with the tracker turned off. Just had a quick look around the area on Marrine Traffic but nothing that fits the bill. Another tug named the Obervargh over at Hugh Town on Scilly but no LC's to be seen. Maybe one of those live streaming twitcher cams might be the answer. I'll pop in and see Q after debriefing. :)
LSEO3 you too enjoy👍
Just posted pics of Samson on FB

"You need a bigger vessel you say", coming to a port near you, welcome to the newest addition to the H&WMS fleet, this landing craft is 34m long, 8.5m wide and carries over 100ton of deck cargo!, she also has a 100tm crane up front capable of lifting 17t or 3t @20m reach💪, also a additional 15tm crane further aft, two Thistle Capstans, spuds legs front and rear, a huge clear deck space and the ability to transfer fresh water and fuel, she has recently undergone a full refit into her H&W livery with some other additions, utilizing a in house British ship yard at Appledore in North Devon🛳, a big thank you to the fantastic skilled team in getting her ready, today she made her trip from Appledore to Penzance on this glorious day😎, she has a few bits to finish her off, then she is ready for her to go to work, any questions please feel to get in touch or visit the website.
😃 Covert operation was a resounding success Agent Si_D despite my almost compromising it by unnecessarily involving others ( apologies to all ).
I'll let someone else coordinate next mission 😃
Next time I'm sending the drone. Or maybe look on FB first. lol
Just have to locate the Crew Transfer Vessel and the tug that they said they already have.
