Sojourner apologies you are correct. In my haste to answer Spy, I clicked on the wrong one and saw they were also doing a placing together with the corporate raise. ( shouldn’t try to type whilst trying wife is driving along these lake district roads lol).
However the premise remains the same.. it is speculation, I agree, but better than the back biting going on at times.
@sandgrounded - Artemis Gold Inc (Canada) is not the same company as Artemis Resources Ltd (Australia). Easy mistake to make though.
roll on 11.30am
Greatland jointly own all the infrastructure, plus the box cut/decline, Newcrest ain't gonna want to do that again if we don't allow them to use it to span over the Artemis land. Plus just opened option for further share issue, this makes sense as a jv to me. Anyway maybe find out in 1 hours time ??
A fair amount of wild speculation and wishful thinking.
Spy has it - all a bit fanciful and a bit of a stretch1
yes this is the prime time to buy or add more
massive rerate coming
I don’t think Artemis need the extra money...
Vancouver, May 10, 2021) – Artemis Gold Inc. (TSX-V: ARTG) ("Artemis" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters co-led by National Bank Financial and BMO Capital Markets (collectively, the "Underwriters") under which the Underwriters have agreed to buy on bought deal basis 16,394,000 common shares (the "Common Shares"), at a price of $6.10 per Common Share (the “Offering Price”) for gross proceeds of approximately $100,003,400 (the "Bought Deal Offering"
ATV need money. We do not have enough to buy CC without jeopardising funds on other assets. we are not miners, so where do we fit into a J/V?
the recent res 5 might be used, but what use are shares in GGP to ARV if they need to raise funds themselves. lock in period wont help them.
cant see it, we would also be suspended on trading if there was a hint of this happening
SB presentation today - Slide 6: " Further ~45,000m growth drilling planned by 30 June 2021".
Progressing at speed - 20km drilled already this season with a further 45km to be completed in the next 6 weeks. The next NCM update in 3 weeks or so should be mega.

Have to agree with spy on that one. Although it is not impossible that SD would be looking at ARV, I find it much more likely that NCM and RIO are considering their assets in the Patterson.
Well first off, Carlow Castle runs over into GGP’s property where we have the 70/30 j/v. It would make sense to keep the same situation if Carlow Castle is bought. No arguments over who’s gold is on what side of the border.
I also think that paying Newcrest in shares for our 30% makes good economics and I believe would help to put an end to the sp being range bound.
what does GGP bring to the table that would entice NCM to j/v with them on another asset? I dont think that even makes sense at this stage. where would the money come from since we just took 50m off them as a loan. burn up HAV money on something else...dont think so
I don’t think Newcrest would be buying all of Artemis, maybe just the Australian assets.
Paulstoaked, that would be good. A 70/30 Jc with Newcrest, with our share paid to Newcrest with shares. They strengthen their holding here, which also protects us from predators.
Shaun Mr multi asset Day, is Artemis going to be a big buy JV with Newcrest?
Thanks Chris, yes will be interested to find out how they work out GGP share of end products
Hi mark70.
I believe the intention is to mix haverion ore with low grade ore from telfer. How they will then decide how to devide the results i have no idea
When they start delivering the gold to Telfer will the Havieron deposits be the only resource that will get processed there ?
Thanks Paddy, I'm really comfortable with my Newcrest holding and have been re building my stake in GGP and will continue adding over the next few months. I keep looking but can't find many more compelling investments
Comparing Red Chris and Havieron progress.
The Box cut at RedChris started a month after Havieron in February
The Decline at Havieron has started but Red Chris is not due till Q1 2022.
Reason take a look at that bubble graph of reserve/resources- Telfer is disappearing
POG 1870
Forget that Q from me I understand what the mean
Does anyone know what is meant when NC say the inferred mineral resource of 3.4m is on a 100% basis.
100% of what ?
Great read. Profiles importance of copper at sites and Havieron gets a mention for that, as well as NCM share of Havieron included in slide 1 under reserves at Telfer.
Hell for leather drilling planned as states 45km to be done by end of June.......so around 20km done - wonder how much will have been assayed by next exploration update early next month?
Looks like HAV gets primetime.
Thanks Paddy
