my second target was 20p - I am good at typos
I do not know what price I would sell at - it all depends on drilling results at Haverion and our other targets.
I started buying around 1.6p when we had promising results from Hav, and the JV was already started. We obviously had some other good prospects - like many other junior explorers - but I came here primarily for Haverion.
My initial dream target was 10p by the end of this year.
I continued to buy up until around 8.5p.
My target was then revised to 10p by the end of this year.
Results have just gotten better and better. I really do not have a target now. I bought more at 21.5 and 22.5 - above my end of year target.
I just want to continue to see Haverion development plans and drill results, and the drill results from the other targets.
Could this go above a £, possibly - depends on the other targets and many other factors - but it won't happen quickly.
But like many others I am hoping this is life changing - not for me but for my family.
Remember this wee kid that we are trying to help, we have done well between here and the EUA board so far. If anybody could post on a different board it would be greatly appreciated.

Morning Bamps. I too think that a smallish strategic stake stake in GGP by NC, at a premium to the current market, (say 35p) would be the best solution for those that want GGP to remain vaguely independent for the next few years. This would secure NCs interest in GGP and the local area and give GGP the necessary funds to prove up any deposits that they find. Of course NC did this with Solgold only to find that Mather wasnt that interested in being influenced/controlled by a major. I think GGP and this geography is sufficiently different to make them try again.
For those that prefer a clean exit, the alternative would be a straight takeover of the whole company but I am not sure either party would want that at the moment.
My preference was for the latter, but I can def see the attraction of the former should Scally, and anything else, prove to be commercial.
Hi Flashy, Nige
I can't imagine a takeover happening yet, any move by Newcrest on GGP will bring in others. All the joint ventures around would really complicate things.
What I am expecting and have been for a while is Newcrest taking a 10 or 20% stake in GGP.
Look what happened to ITM this time last year, Linde the owners of BOC bought 20% of a rights issue at 40p by March were £3. You could argue they're not worth a 1bn value but are in a a high growth market. They have many joint ventures with Shell Toyota and others who didn't move in as well but still could.
This is the sort of thing I'm expecting and might overshadow the MRE and Decline start.
With the tie up with Newcrest and the Telfer plant , Ggp have appealing assets and as we've witnessed one is know good without the other, we need the plant and their knowledge and they need our exploration prowess and assets.
Who knows what's going to happen,
exciting times.
ATB:))
Whatever price we get bought out at.
I think the next drill results will be the catalyst and then a another broker note in November, but a proper one ;)
MRE too soon.
PFS too soon.
Once CB is exhausted.... Once GH has wrung the last of the gold n' copper out of him. I think by that point EG will have paid back a few broken hearts. By then I think I will have reached my exit point.
50p
No price.
just waiting for the buyout from Newcrest.
It will come.
BTB
Only £17.72... giving them away. hahaha
£1.44
It's not about the mre if you cant see that more fool you. Hav for most part is priced in as such look beyond the end of your nose . Scally most probably Copper and most probably JV with 2 majors hav Newcrest svall5 rio. Now other tenements we may just have the cash to push to mre ourselves?
Hi guys. I'm not saying that you should sell on the MRE, just saying that there is the slimmest chance that it may be less than what the market has priced in, the market punishes good news when it's expecting great news. Personally I think it will beat market expectations, so it's a hold for me.
if well researched investors thinks the MRE (1) will be 10moz plus you need to do so much more research ! Cannot say anymore....jeez
Hi HonestT
The contract between NCM and GGP will be a complicated affair, depending on Price of Gold... actual amounts mined (as opposed to forecast by MRE)... and so should remain a source of income for a long time. Already GGP has more cash reserves than a Years liabilities, so excellent prospect for long term - before any cash from NCM.
It is in NCM's interests to keep GGP happy (when Scally on the way), so I don't expect any tricks from them over forthcoming contract. Only problem if T/O of NCM or GGP by a big player, otherwise I'm here long term.
BoL
When the MRE is released how do you value ggp based on this. Let's say the MRE says approx 10m ounces of gold which would be worth £15billion once extracted what would this value ggp at. Do you take a certain percentage range of the extracted value?
Its a case of what GGP decide to do, hold on to their 25% then I will hold on to my 3/4 of my shares, sell Havieron . Depends on their future plans, total buy out then I have no choice .. but would be disappointed with anything less than £2 a share !
That's great really appreciate the advice. I must say the ggp BB GGP is full of very helpful posters/investors. I am dedicated some hours this weekend to do some further research.
HonestTom - selling on the MRE(1) is the wrong tome to sell IMHO - but everyone has their reasons - lets not forget the MRE(1) will be seriously undervalued - they always are (DYORon this fact) and hopefully SWAG will be more of a known resource by December so selling then IMHO will will be the wrong decision! ALB
A very good summary @Flashy - thank you - some posters here just don't know what they are invested in! ALB
NCM will give us a initial resource estimate in December, that may be the time to sell, it more than likely will be the time to hold. I will hold until the company no longer achieves its stated goals.
This coming week, and in fact my expectation of the previous 2 weeks or so, will define this target price with Scally results. If we get good results on these prospects, then the SP could be multiples of here (not in the immediate future, but in mid-long term 6 months +). BUT in the immediate future, if we did get good hits from our current drills here, I would expect the SP to double up by the end of the year toward the MRE. When we get the MRE, and it will be a lower number than we expect (they always are as they take time to prove up later on), then we could become a valuable buy out. Sprott thinks (I believe), we'll be bought out before year end. I don't' 100% agree with this as how on earth do you put a price on the other prospects? Basically, if we hit good results in the prospects, and H keeps growing after next week's update, then I think we could be 55-75p by year end. A bidding war could push us over £1.00 if other prospects look good.
Evening all.
Short term holder here since 8p at the start of the summer. Wondering what price people are looking to sell at? I must admit I took the plunge without much research which is a bit silly, so now decided I should start learning a bit more about my investments. Do we have approximation of how much gold we own etc?
