Would ARA need the hassle of taking out Aminex when they operate with 75% interest already. Aminex have a good relationship with the TPDC in Tanzania built over many years, would ARA want to jeopardize that, and all the red tape that might accompany a full takeover. Same with the London listing, ARA are a private company. Ara could better deploy the money elsewhere. I think it very unlikely. in my opinion.

I didn't invest in a company with some land that might have gold in it to sell out at £5 or 25p old money when we're on the cusp of digging out and selling the gold that was actually found to be contained in said land. To each their own and of course everyone's circumstances differ.
