Hurricane got bought out by Prax and they will pay future payments from certain production milestones via Deferred Consideration Units even though Hurricane is long gone, so there should be no problem there for Solo shareholders.

We may even see some money arrive here from Solo shareholders who still wanted exposure to Ruvuma.

A Members Voluntary Liquidation (MVL) is the formal process entered into, to wind up the affairs of a solvent company. A solvent company is one that has more assets than liabilities and can therefore pay off all its debts.

RoJo - So, in my view this is a SELL, as there are many much better opportunities in the Market. Nothing to stop me buying back in if/as items are completed.
