40% of Strickland has been surrendered but kept the best bits.
They were never going to get permissions to drill on the 40%, some heritage issues I believe but also salt flats so environmentally sensitive.
Some can's stop getting NEW avatars like >>>>> Chabuddy-G >>> already 2 post
"you all got emotionally involved" admits the man who bought close to our all time high. Pot, meet kettle.
The decline is flooded so badly they can only continue if they all wear scuba gear 😂😂😂
Run along DaveOhOhZero
Dave, you are so awesome.
Thankfully just followed your messiah Gervaise - bought some high but fortunately I understand average cost price and sold high - something you should have done and the likes of paddy -but you all got emotionally involved …private investors never learn their lesson!
Which one stated that SD would be sacked by spring. is it the chump that said GGP didnt know whats going on at telfer. ha ha ha.
They've come to tell us the company have got it wrong and the decline has actually flooded.
Very odd that arze skid and now duble oh dunce both show up on after a rise. are they wheeling out the daily doom squad again...lol
5,500m is not that great amount but more than what we are used to.
Last years Budgiedown drilling was about 2,728m total drilling plus a bore hole not sure if that counts for A$1.1m.
Skylar, Wilki and Basel:- 2 drills each on the first 2 plus 6 drills on the 3 targets at Basel could see 3,000m.
They may be able to drill at Atlantis if timing is right with permissions and survey results, it on the way between Skylar and Basel.
If they don’t complete it this year , then next year looks odds on to get the 51%.
Intending to drill Skylar, Wilki and Basel in H2 24
What will happen if they drill 5,500m and spend A$6m (£3.117m)?
Rio can elect for a formal jv agreement and Phase 2 may not be needed
51% Ggp 49% Rio
If Rio doesn’t want a formal jv and not share the costs Ggp can gain 75% interest if they spend A$14m and complete 17,000m of drilling within 3 years of Stage 1 completion.
After Stage 2 they might not want it all and not wish to contribute, similar to what Antipa are doing on their jv with Rio giving up % of the jv instead of cash.
Let’s hope they find something after Rio pull out 🤣
Telfer needs HAV.
HAV doesn't necessarily need Telfer although it would be in our interests. It's also in NMs interests to try and package them given the restitution. So, if it's in their interests and ours a deal is there to be done that suits all.
I really like where we are right now and remain very confident in my anticipated outcome.
No mention of Justin Mathew, our new Principal, in the presentation. Wonder if they're trying to keep him hidden.
On paper I think that’s right. On what we know of the JV expressed as a Newcrest/Ggp intention.
Ggp uses measured terms.
“ Subject to a positive Feasibility Study and Decision to Mine, Havieron is intended to leverage the existing Telfer infrastructure and processing plant. Access to Telfer would de-risk the development and reduces capital expenditure.”
"Potential for the assets to be sold separately or together in a single transaction"
They can sell them together BUT and yes its a big but they have to be valued individually there is no guarantee the gold will be processed at Telfer.
Patiently waiting here for news the decline has restarted. Hopefully we get that news in the next couple of months.
Interestingly Chippy
I once asked Shaun if he’d like to buy Winu. He said he’d love to !
ATB
Every time I read a new presentation it spurs me on to buy more! ( can’t yet as no available funds)
First time I’ve seen them mention Minyari more prominently? Also the diagram showing how far away winu is?
Maybe something in that??
Always said they want to consolidate the Patterson……
Still waiting patiently for my little slice of history
GL
Let’s get this last 80 vertical meters dug out and start extracting ore. Even better when it will be 100% ours.
After that terrific presentation we will all be very happy share holders.
Don't see how things could be better,
The future looks great,
All the best,
Yellowstuff (galore)
Very professional as always and underpins that GGP is looking at building a multi asset company.
Rome wasn't built in a Day - but this empire might be built by one!
I know Shaun Day has alluded in Town Hall events and the like for some time about the possibility of 100% ownership of Havieron but the fact that GGP are confident enough now to be including it in official presentations and RNS must be a sign of even more faith that there is a good chance of it becoming reality.
GLA
Reiterated in BOLD, again!!
"Greatland currently holds a last right of refusal to acquire the remaining 70% interest in the Havieron Project"
New slide on Havieron Ownership:
"Potential for the assets to be sold separately or together in a single transaction"
