17.5 close, I can feel it in my bones. Then either 15p or 20p in the morning. :)
Last chance to buy at these prices I would think and the FOMO maybe.
Decent buys going through over 17p
Seems Motley Fool has realized that GGP is a great potential and advises to buy this share. The case should be even stronger after today's results. Hoping for some Great results tonight.

I know it's not 100% until we actually see it, but in reflecting on the mining lease issues that NCM are having, and which may well continue, at the likes of Wafi-Golpu in PNG, it can't be stressed how important this is for the growth plan at NCM. Unlike Wafi-Golpu in PNG, Havieron is, of course, in one of the lowest risk and safest mining jurisdictions in the world.
More than likely next week to work out how big the new find is, but we may be lucky for it Friday
Exactly my point in my post earlier post today. :-) TT
Motley Fool UK are a yo-yo share viewpoint operation and largely pointless.
I do have some time however for their Australia site, which is, IMHO, much more savvy about the 'local' mining industry and what's actually going on.
Information looks close to last broker note to me.
Everything depends on the quality of the News, last time out the market went the other way on it. Ideally we want MRE or similar.
Couldn’t agree more. They’re numpties!
Less than 2 weeks apart an article fron Motley fool advises against buying GGP, and today advises to buy GGP.
I think the only Fool is the person that pays to subscribe to them. They can write counter advice on any stock get paid for it and deny all liability.
I might set up my own investment advice subscription based service. I have all the same credentials as they do....a keyboard and a wifi connection.
It may of been May.very rarely look at my account. either way just wondered what sort outfit greatland expects to be.
@AM90, nice analysis. I liked your 0.8% more even if I was doubtful of it. I do think my earlier 0.3 / 0.4 was understating, if we're in it should be better than that. You've had great comments on this thing all along. I do hope we're right, if we aren't, the usual weekend rumpus will be targeted at us this time, and there will be blood in the water, doesn't matter how many "not certain" disclaimers we've made. Really seems like the market thinks we're right, too.
@speedy, the move seems to be happening gradually right now but it's happening, I expect it to accelerate, personally. It's already happened substantively in my portfolio.
I include "land" among commodities, BTW (not everyone does). I'm also in a housebuilder and in BBOX. If we have crazy inflation, their assets should move with it. I'm also in ABF because food is the ultimate commodity and I think Primark's lower prices will also do well if inflation hurts people. I've got a spectrum of things I think will do well in a high inflation environment and then on top of it I've dropped this big wad of pounds into some gold explorer drilling holes into the WA desert. Way too much by all my rules but there it is.
It's getting trendy to be in commodities/PMs, which probably means we'll get a bubble but I think we're still well short of that.
This is not financial advice, which I'm not qualified to give anyway. A bunch of personal opinions. Knowing more than some others about how the markets work does not make a person better able to predict which assets the market will like next week or next year.
if you read my post MH01 I was advised(alerted to) by a family member.
MArco hi,
Now that would be very welcome :-)))

Tom :-)
Well I am a little surprised we have not see a rise today before the news to around 18/19p today.
There seems to be a lot of resistance at 17+ ?? Well it is still just Wednesday, can we achieve the 20 by Friday is the question.
Thing is where will we close tonight ??
GLA
Tom :-)
The share price is vlise to the hannam broker note of 17.8p. We should get a revised upward broker note of say 22.5p or higher tomozo or friday!
ha, and i am definitely not selling for the foreseeable future :)
thank you for the advice sir, but i already have a lower entry point, averaging 4.25 now. not the magnificent bellow 1 or 2 pence that some here have achieved, but lower than the actual share price none the less :) GJA
the sp has not always gone down, only on the last 2 if i recall. anyway, 99% on here are almost semi predicting various outcomes which is why we all think it could go up regardless of whats announced tonight.
lets see how it unfolds
We all have to start somewhere MH01 - go for it but you are simply gambling!
I did the same a couple years back without "knowing" anything trying to learn as I've gone along ie Do Your Own Research.
If I had "known" then what I "know" now I'd have a mulitimillion pound holding and be retiring very comfortably in a couple years.
I may still manage that but, only because I took a number of initial £5 - £10k punts on a range of shares. Some dived, some did alright but, gradually as my "knowledge" increased so did my punt on GGP. Now I have the biggest potentially life changing bet of my life running on GGP.
There appears to be incredibly knowledgeable people on this board (some of whom are incredibly generous with their knowledge) but I dare say the majority of people, like myself, are running on a very loose interpretation of "knowledge"!
Good luck to all newcomers and LTH's.
I don't post much, but as my father says... "It's better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open one's mouth (or keyboard) and remove all doubt!!"
Hi Mr H
asset rich because all the licences have some form of minerals in quantities and the market prices are rising fast on most.
Potential endless - well it just is :))
Hi TMT. Do you see a move in the markets towards commodities and PMs? ATB Speedy
Wow Motly has finely done some research and now says how good GGP is.
Good boy
