The “comms chain” has been made acutely aware of shareholder concerns over recent events which include the release of documents such as the Cayman Order. The following message has been received in response. It begins by restating the territories which the FRC legal team are focusing on.
Message reads as follows:-
The company has an extensive and experienced legal team in the United States and Georgia that are focused on protecting the company's assets.
While bound by a proper measure of confidentiality regarding our overall strategy, we are able to confirm that, indeed, the attempt to convert and steal Frontera’s holdings has been blocked.
We appreciate that is not easy to ascertain from the mountains of paper that have been pulled from public domain sources.
However, we hope this provides you with the comfort that Frontera's board is advancing our collective interests effectively.
As we recently communicated, this week's ruling in Texas was the most recent example of this effectiveness.
We will do our best to provide clarifications where necessary and, when appropriate, will provide an update to the Frontera family regarding our forward progress.
Message ends
(I have asked FSHG (to whom I have forwarded the original message) to either email the membership or pop on here to validate the message if possible. I have also asked that they make a brief comment about the source.)
Great work Looed
Thanks Looed...frr certainly keeps you coming back for more haha. Like most I've given up but you never know!!!
Probably now around 5 times now.
Looed, EXCELLENT work
Would say that Frr have put more into this message then previous.
Nice one Looed. Thumbs up emoji.
I've lost count on the number of blows, only to be followed by a positive piece of news, I've experienced with this lot over the years. Ying Yang, Ying Yang. Will it all finally end with a Ying?
why dont they make a real impact and statement and put it on reach
well done looed
Looed - fantastic news. We’re not dead after all!
Aww 'frr family' that's us!
tsbs1. "While bound by a proper measure of confidentiality regarding our overall strategy, "
As Dulwich is saying, its seems like a bigger play than we are privy to.
maybe j x who knows
frr family, thats us on here they mean
bags being dad
Just to confirm that Looed has forwarded the communication trail to FSHG - and we are very confident that this is authentic. We are also aware that only a relatively small number of the 535 shareholders on the database read LSE - so we will on this occasion put out an FSHG communication over the weekend.
What it all means - well that is for each of us to interpret.
The dad? LMOA.
For some reason I see you as the babba in the pram getting rid of his toys.
ok gramps :-)
does anybody know the manoeuvre for getting out of check mate ive not seen it
Good news. Thank you.
I gifted many of my FRR shares and do not like to pass on anything worthless.
We may get a pleasant surprise soon. Hope all goes well. Keep smiling.
Just read full message from FSHG on message received by Looed & for me increases the chances of Frr pulling it off, but only by a small %.
Thanks Looed, Nice to have our frazzled nerves calmed again.. Much appreciated..
tsbs1 - IMHO the manoeuvre is the threat of sanctions and withholding aid.
tsbs1 - There's also the carrot's of NATO and EU membership at stake.
Looed: many thanks for sharing this reassuring message.
It includes: "The company has an extensive and experienced legal team in the United States and Georgia that are focused on protecting the company's assets."
Surely the main area of concern is what has happened in the Cayman Islands; yet they don't mention any legal presence there?
Jens Stoltenberg told Georgia to prepare for NATO membership last Autumn. Why do you think it has happened yet? IMHO the parliament has to stable and NATO, the USA and the EU want to be sure of Georgia's alignment to the West, plus a commitment to the ADC and the EU's energy supply. There's no point in ease of business, if it's just as easy to have the GG appropriate the business. Foreign investment needs security. IMHO this is also why the EU membership and the US Georgia Support Act haven't been accomplished yet. IMHO it's all linked.
A long time ago
in a court room far, far away
The company has and
extensive and experienced legal
team in the United States and Georgia
that are focused on protecting the company's assets.
madp so all these court cases and licence flying between companies and crooks is just filling in time while georgia get in to nato :-)
Just noise. Fighting over a bigger piece of the pie.
