All playing for time.. Georgian elections in October, The Georgian president will pardon the (politically imprisoned) ex president and mega Western leaning Michaele Sakashvili just in time to win the elections from the pro Russian Georgian dream party...
Mega U.S. and E.U. investments will flood into Georgia, Frontera with a major oil company will receive a 25 year extension to the p.s.c... The huge exodus of Georgians from their country will reverse as jobs and the economy hit boom time.. Georgia will finally achieve energy independence and become a natural gas exporter as they finally turn to exploit the (potentially) 6th largest gas field on the planet..
"Nicandros insists a big discovery is just around the corner, We just need more time"..
Well, thats my humble opinion anyway...
SN's birthday tomorrow.. He is 64 years old....
Mrs (Jennifer) Nicandros... Your husband is 64 tomorrow.. You two have been married now for 41 years..
Can you please do us lot a huge favour... Tap him on the shoulder.. Look into his eyes and tell him to do the right thing here... Tell him to look after the faithful people who have supported him over the years through thick and thin.. The people who have stood by him.
Now,when all this is done and dusted, whether he retires to his Texan ranch, Or goes high tailing after an afterlife in US politics, He can do so with his head held high and his conscience clear, He can leave this complex, murky world of Caucasian hydrocarbon adventuring as a man, as opposed to a treacherous scoundrel...

AVi8R was refering to the Greek alphabet maybe..
Anything over 3p and my working days are over.. If it did hit 10p or above i do recall a certain number of posters on here in a private chat agreed to have the Frontera logo tattooed upon their arms...

As far as i am aware we retain Taribani, Mirzaani and the shallow gas wells of Mtsare Khevi, I understand we have relinquished basin edge and shallow fields areas, We did actually produce from UD2 well so hope we do still retain that..
I have never seen the state agency offer "their parts" of block 12 again, perhaps after paying our dues to the Georgians we will get them back again, Wonder what became of the old Soviet V18 deep well that showed potential for gas ?
Best wishes Toatie...

Some of it could be, That Russian Urals crude is quite a sour heavy crude, hence the discount to Brent, If you look at the auction details, in each batch of 10,000 tons, 2,000 tons is classed as "Georgian heavy crude"But it does state Urals CIF medium unless they're just using Urals as a benchmark for the pricing..
If my memory serves me right most of the Kura basin crude is a light crude, I'm sure there is some medium/heavy crude in Mtsare Khevi, Fronteras well 32 springs to mind here but the amounts extracted were low..
The auction mentioned some of the light crude is from the Teleti oilfield which i'm sure is on Blocks acreage and i'm also sure that these oil auctions are mainly for the states share of any extracted oil.. So if we extract the 6 thousand tons of Urals oil we're left with 24,000 tons of light crude oil, I have no idea what volume of transit oil Georgia is allowed but some of this light crude must have been extracted in Georgia...
I note that GOGC have recently published a tender for yet another auction of 10,000 Tons of crude oil.. Thats 3 crude oil auctions offering "up to" 10,000 tons in the last month... A mixture of mainly light and heavy crude oil, If we say 7 barrels of crude to the ton thats 210,000 barrels in a month..
Some of this crude will likely be Georgias share of the transit crude supplies from Shah Deniz but i've never known this amount auctioned in a month.. Be nice to think some companies out there have cracked the geological code and the oil reservoirs are flowing hard and fast...
