Keep up the good work mate toatie,been so busy the last 3 months have hardly been on here but have got the day of today courtesy of the bad Scottish weather cheers.

There is still confusion. Rainbow Rider , RR, on duty.

I sold and the devil in disguise warned " Do you suffer from

self-harm?" I bought back and topped up. Unbelievable and

unacceptable. Who is and where is RR?

Phil_2018 - as I posted on 24th July :-

"The asset sits with FRUS in principle only until the terms of the MoU are met. We do not know if those terms have been varied and / or if the GOGC continue to grant extensions. That is why Deloitte state the company has no assets. For a summary of what the company must do in order to realize the asset you can refer to the Deloitte report p16-18."

FRUS had been ring fenced from actors / actions in other cases such as Hope, FIC etc. who had been unable to include FRUS as a party to proceedings.

Looking back through the last few pages of posts I can see that B-2-0 replied to me that FRR may be restructuring and this was mentioned in the Creditors Report. Whether that is still true who knows? Would seem silly after all the goings on, fighting over the box - the wealth in the oil & gas in the ground that it all flop. I don't know what is at hand here if anything. I assume we will find out one way or the other soon?
