Appendix 1 – Hard-rock Project Analysis

Well, future tense versus present tense.
Better set up a new thread. "Too Much Fookin Lithium", start with news that Core Lithium has shut down mining due to low Lithium prices.
Merry Xmas to one and all , and lets hope 2024 is a smashing New Year for EMH and the stock market as a whole . Have a great New Year .

Good find there FB brings to mind the matter of Cez and EMH applying for patent of the processing method or something a whole back, seperately as opposed to Geomet maybe an earner for EMH outside of Cinovec?
“We see zinnwaldite as an extraordinary mineral that is a superior host to lithium than the highly sought-after mineral, spodumene. The production of lithium hydroxide from zinnwaldite requires considerably less energy and capital than from spodumene, as has been demonstrated by the successful zinnwaldite mining and processing operation at the Cinovec project in the Czech Republic, and the PEA-stage Zinnwald project in Germany," said Caprock CEO Vishal Gupta.

The production of LiOH from zinnwaldite requires considerably less energy & capital than from spodumene says Caprock Mining, which confirmed the lithium-bearing mineral at its property in Newfoundland as zinnwaldite...

Asx down 7% due to single trade at the close - seems perfectly reasonable..
The Commission is also setting aside additional funding of up to €3 billion to boost the EU's battery manufacturing industry.
https://ec.europa.eu/commission/presscorner/detail/en/ip_23_6369
Yes and the car manufacturerz have to get their batteries from them multiple customers that way, not tied to any brand of car, altho I would say those not wishing to go the way of VW ,shoot themselves in the foot, getting into a mining and processing company localy would make good sense more ways this can pan out
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it until I’m blue in the face. The best option for geomet is to forget oem’s and get into bed with the battery makers.
I didn't say there are no one else I was pointing out that VW has changed strategy as having 750 billion euro debt and a profit margin less than 3.6% they are dodging bullets at moment.
You may not of noticed but there are other car manufacturers in Europe, for example Nissan in Newcastle. Perhaps these European manufactures would be interested in buying lithium from a more local and less politically sensitive source than China. Maybe Skoda, Mercedes, BMW etc.
The best thing everyone can do right now is leave all comments until the DFS lands.
Everything this year has been MM / Speculation and hearsay up until this point.
That may be the case but VW and Stellantis laying of workers big time and building their EV in China EU not a fu**ING chance. No investment the OEM bust 5 years.
EV market share will grow 40% in Europe in 2024, ACEA forecasts

Mining and refining . Who do we know in EU are proceeding towards that?
Posdible advantage of OEM involvment in Mining by a High % investment in a Mining company, 40% was mentioned could that stretch to 49% and a buyout? Just pure Sunday morning thoughts....
Could the refining and Mining be split into two companies? With EMH staying with the refining side just another Sunday morning thought

Thanks to Chuxa , a simple solution would be to List Geomet on an exchange and allow the locals to buy into the project .
Benifits EMH too

I wonder why the Czech PM and the EBRD , whose Due Dilligence has taken many months, have decided this is worth investing into? Where is this doubt coming from? local residents and those concerned with protecting the envoirenment? yes of course they want to know it will pass thier own concerns where does this NOT happen? I dont thinkthey will have any concerns after their questions have been answered and we get those Permits, but before that we have the DFS which shows How profitable the project can be , and we are close to that announcment along with the off taking /finance , I do think that there is a concerted effort to push the SP down, WHY? some body with deep deep pockets wants a bigger chunk, accumulating at these low low levels , IF we were at a pound here they would have to pay three times as much, if you could do that and add more shares to your account wouldnt you do it? I dont like it of course but wouldnt you do it? why would you pay a pound for them when you can get them for a third ( approx)? three times as many shares is the reason, immagine your own account with two third more shares than you have now? feck me and no I dont like the missed timetables and lack of information lately but I do think a lot has to do with the EU and Governments being so slow to move , CRMA being one , Permiting another .... I do think we will get a low low ball offer from a chancer trying their luck in order to put in the minds of us retail share holders "oh god is this all we are worth now quick sell and get out!" scare tactics just hold and wait , we are good at this its what we do!! lol If we get a offer that IS woth considering the DFS will help find that, what is the worth of the Cinovec project? Czech PM thinks its very important to their ecconomy ,49% could be very important to some one else who?
Exactly Skelly, I suspect they have made the assumption based on KC saying DFS due Q4.
Down we continue to go, could head into the 20’s! The excitement and anticipation is almost killing me, literally. We have to treble now to even get close you our previous high
That “doubt” was reported 2 months ago (Reuters article from 1st Sept.) though the project “was likely to go ahead” was in the same sentence.
(But who knows what’s going on these days, over on ALL the Mining Licence was granted and the share price dropped and Zinn has gone up a wee bit in the past couple of days.)
