Hi Tom, any other news of interest you heard? Or anything you felt was positive or negative?

Issue is Laurie that we may have ticked off all these great milestones but the share price is still incredibly low historically. At the end of the day we are here for share price growth, that’s what us shareholders demand and deserve. I don’t for one second believe that KC will put the needs of the shareholders before his own needs to make as much as he can. I hope I am wrong, I will be more than happy to be wrong but history on this share and promise after promise tells me otherwise. I mean where is the offtake that has been finalising for who knows how long!!

I don’t mind tour cheerleader esque approach to the share, in some ways it stops me slipping into a sea of misery on this share. But KC does not deserve any more shares, his job is to create shareholder wealth, that is not currently the case.

Maybe, but I doubt it. Price drop is probably due to a poorly received DFS and then a mess of a release. Compounded by a complete radio silence from EMH!

Time for a new leader, restore some confidence and credibility to the share. The media has been non-existent since the release of the DFS, I know it’s Xmas but surely you have stuff prepared in advance to release to keep momentum. I’m honestly at a loss. I believe this asset will definitely come to market, it has too, but as others have commented, it’s the role we play that worries me, particularly under the guidance of KC. I don’t think a share has promised so much and delivered so little. An honest question as well is how much cash do we have left, I.e when will we need a CR to keep the lights on? Cash burn should be low now as DFS is complete but ….

14.2p to sell, Anyone who thinks KC has done a good job needs a serious look at the share price. Yet again, KC has delivered coal for Xmas. As I keep saying he is accountable, as are all CEO’s etc. the whole DFS mess is beyond a joke, credibility was low before and then this happens.

Yep, one job and they messed it up. Complete lack of credibility, even worse than before. I was so expectant for a good EMH xmas for a change but true to form I’m disappointed yet again!

For those saying it’s doubled/trebled from lows is nothing to shout about. Great for those that bought but for us Long term holders who can’t or won’t buy more it’s still a crazy price.

I really am at a loss with this share! I presume we will get confirmation of the EIA?

Appreciate time of the year but would have expected to have seen more fanfare over this release! Barely anything on social media or interviews.

I’d happily take a buy out offer to put me out of this misery!!

Lucky, the point is that if this is not released as promised then this is just another delay in a long list of delays. He said in an interview a few weeks ago, it would be released. Now, so close to this date you know if it’s complete or not, we aren’t talking about dates months or years in advance! I still hope and believe (stupidly) it will be released, but let’s be honest we have been here before. I don’t care about poor old KC, he is paid a very good wage and if he misses this date he has to go, simple. As senior leader you live and die by the sword, that’s why you get paid the big bucks. I’d suggest our share price is where it is because lack of credibility of KC in the market.

Fingers crossed we don’t head back down to 12p for the next bit of good news to push us back up to 24p, then the inevitable drop again back down. Cue the cheerleaders again giving me stick! We have seen this cycle before and so excuse my pessimism. I didn’t think we would keep going up day after day but we have had two big drops now over 2 days and it does seem somewhat of a familiar pattern.

I enjoyed the rock stocks video which seemed very upbeat and Howard Klein posed some great questions. He referenced that maybe the selling is disgruntled long term holders and we would see a reverse

As a long term holder I have a right to feel nervous despite what feels incredibly positive for the project. For long term holders this does feel different but I’ve been hear before so naturally pessimism creeps in. I am struggling to understand why it’s not rising or holding the gains over the past 10 days, just feels like madness. I want nothing more than KC to smash this and I’ll be more than happy to swallow my pride with a huge % increase! I just hoped to be much higher than 20p based on the news compared to a few years ago where we at £1 (granted prices were a lot higher).

Yep and in good old EMW style we are dropping back! I really had hoped for a positive blue day today. I think it shows how bad KC has managed this that the market is not buying this up in buckets! I only hope that the market

Greenmachine, whilst this news is great for the resource and I hope is an indication that DFS is ready I still worry about the role EMH plays in all this.

I stupidly hold hope we get the DFS over the next few weeks and the price starts to reflect where we should be. This announcement does seem to be everything lining up. Maybe Keith will give us an early Xmas present this year although I’m still expecting coal 🤣

Hi Mick, I’ve held now for almost 6 years.

No one has been ever able to point towards what fair value means or if the agreement defines in more detail what this means. If anyone can provide this that would be appreciated but I’ve looked back through the old RNS’s and associated documents.
