I love your optimism and don’t get me wrong I love the sound of £2.50. But recent broker report commissioned by EMH said 75p, so I’d be surprised if it’s more than that. Although noting that the 75p I think was prior to any off take news in the notes. Anything north of £1 would be great but I’d be surprised if we got anywhere near 75p. Maybe I’ve just become so worn out with this share!

I think with this share I’m at the lunacy stage, slowly rocking in the corner , laughing to myself and shouting the’offtakes are coming’!

And the thing is it does matter how long it takes us, our cash is running fairly low so any fund raise at these prices will dilute us and be detrimental to PI’s.

I am so angry with this company, I don’t understand how anyone can defend KC. He is has been given a lake in a desert and somehow still managing to kill the share price. Someone made a good point, how often is he over in 🇨🇿? He should be there permanently, on the ground, around the key players. He just sits back in OZ, in a different time zone, taking a very healthy wage, providing zero communication other than rechurning the same rubbish. I still hold, but I just see the chances or magnitude of any benefit slowly being eroded.

To be clear, the report is as at the end of September, so the DFS was still being progressed at this point.

I think everyone is frustrated, I’m less frustrated about the delay(don’t get me wrong I’m fed up) than the complete silence and contempt that KC must have for us by not releasing anything. If a few weeks ago he had released something saying DFS now under review, etc, likely to be November I’d much less fed up than I am now.

KC has one party in mind and that is the KC gravy train he has been on for years. If he has no control over timelines then don’t release statement after statement saying October!! After all the missed dates, any intelligent person would play it safe and be risk averse with any date.

Bigger joke is having to issue an amendment to the cash flow report on the ASX just now. You couldn’t make it up this level of incompetence across the EMH board.

Nice to hear an update from Keith again, oh hang on he just waits for news papers to give us bits of information! If it is delayed then why hasn’t he just released something, why wait to last day of month if you know you won’t hit the October date. This is what is so frustrating! Silence is the worse form of communication.

Hi Joshing, don’t expect a reply, I’ve tried multiple times. Not even so much as a standard corporate response.

Before anyone says it, I’m a holder, I still maintain a glimmer of hope. But I lost all confidence in KC when he appeared at a conference half cut that EMH had sponsored. Wouldn’t have cared if he was driving shareholder value but at that point it had dropped and dropped.

I do suspect that some things are out of his control and he is a bit of a puppet to the bigger players. But he is top dog and unfortunately takes accountability.

The asset is great, potential is great, but I don’t have confidence in KC.

Almost half way through October now, hoping for once KC surprises me! But track record isn’t good on that front!

Does anyone else think that finalisation of DFS in October doesn’t necessarily mean release to the market?

I’m also surprised we haven’t seen more of an uptick in anticipation of the DFS.

I’ve grown cynical and miserable holding this share!

Time to raise some more funding to pay Keith’s salary for another year. Timing would indicate that DFS is not imminent.

The issue I have is that the timeline communicated by Keith is ‘Mid-year.’ In addition does this not jeopardise the grant in terms of ability to meet all the requirements by end of year?

I think people are missing the point here, EMH are small , we have a limited amount of capital unless we raise again. If we raise at these prices then our share is significantly diluted if and when we rise again. Only need to look at Horizonte minerals (that I was unfortunately in) to see how it’s not always about the end product. There is no doubt that this lithium is needed, my concern is what part EMH play in this and if Babis is re-elected how that impacts us. That’s why delay after delay is not good! I’m fed up, frustrated, and have been let down time after time. When my wife asks how is the investment going I just keep quiet now as I can’t say to her for the 5th time, big news is just around the corner! I’m too invested to sell and if I sell it’s guaranteed to shoot up shortly afterwards. Skelly is right, this is just rinse and repeat from Keith and it’s not acceptable.

If we are now delayed until autumn for the DFS ( bearing in mind this is classed as September to December) then why has Keith not announced this, he has been maintained mid year. Why do we have to hear from the local press rather than our CEO. As soon as this type of news starts spreading there needs to be a response. Cue RNS on the last possible day of mid year saying it’s delayed due to some project benefit. Lack of engagement from EMH is criminal.

always funny that these delay rumours (from czech press) always circulate after the agm! if rumours are incorrect then kc should call this out.

love or hate skelly, she is completely correct about the delay after delay and the complete contrast with what kc tells us!! i for one am so ****£& off if this dfs is delayed again. trick me once shame on me, trick me four or five times, well frankly im an idiot. all we want is transparency and honesty

What a surprise if this is the case, AGM complete, remuneration agreement complete, then delay announced a few days after! Sounds familiar doesn’t it!
