Timeline on page 2 is not positive at all. I’m hoping this isn’t correct?!!

Marketing samples have been promised quarter after quarter, im not surprised if this has been missed again. Where is the explanation though, where is the update. This company is becoming a joke and KC should be held accountable. I wonder what the ii’s are thinking?

The earlier link to the announcement does not talk about conditions for a buy out. It talks about a lockout situation whereby it talks about fair value. Lots of assumptions then about what fair value is. You could argue bcn takeover was fair value as it was above the market price at the time. A valid point has been raised and as a shareholder I work with facts and what is written down. If anyone has a link to how fair value is calculated please share as this would certainly put my mind at ease.

Thanks Tom, whilst not trying to be cynical (this share has made me rather grumpy and miserable) I am rather skeptical with KC’s recent record of statements. If written down in an RNS, official comms etc from EMH then it holds weight. It’s not what you know it’s what you can prove. I can find nothing around this in any RNS’s before, during and after the cez agreement. I just want someone to point me to a document which states this agreement. For me, this is vitally important!

Can you share a link to where this is stated? If this is the case, great, I can sleep more soundly. But I can find no link/ document that reference this

All I can find is the below from the December 2019 RNS:

‘While the Geomet Shareholders’ Agreement includes certain minority shareholder protections with a number of reserved matters which require the approval of both CEZ and EMH, in the event of a deadlock on completion of the proposed work programme if the parties disagree on a construction decision, CEZ has the right, but not the obligation, to buy EMH’s interest in Geomet at market value, albeit subject to any applicable regulatory approvals required at such time, including shareholder approval.’

Nothing about what constitutes market value and certainly no indication of a value based on potential value of the asset. Someone please prove me wrong as I am a long term holder, but I cannot find anything about an agreement being alluded to by a few.

Genuine question, has anyone got access to the shareholder agreement? Someone mentioned it had an expiry date of end of April. I have searched and cannot find the details of this agreement.

Something isn’t right, KC is either very naive or lying and I’m not sure which is worse. I guess if you are collecting a large salary each year with options without any real accountability then he may not be that concerned with us mere private shareholders. I think we have all shown patience and it isnt the waiting I mind it’s the constant broken promises and missed timelines I do mind. I’d like to know how the ii’s feel who bought in at higher prices as well, can’t imagine they are happy. Hopefully I’ll be proved completely wrong but each missed promise makes me believe this less and less.

True! I just can’t comprehend the incompetence of KC if he thinks it’s ok to continually talk about dates and milestones, then miss these continually and not provide any update/justification at all around why these were missed.

Didn’t someone say the shareholder agreement expired end of this month. If this is the case my cynical mind thinks it would be in CEZ interest to slow/depress news to depress the price and then come in with a low offer after expiry of shareholder agreement?

Didn’t KC state marketing samples to be issued Q1 2023?? But report states still in progress. Yet again another milestone KC himself raised not being met and no explanation as to why and when then will happen. Correct me if I’m wrong but haven’t marketing samples been promised for over a year now. Something isn’t right, but I hope im wrong.

I watched the video and don’t remember hearing about increased production. Great news if that’s the case but what point in the video was this?

Fireball, agree, but if he isn’t in control then KC needs to stop making statements he clearly has no control over. Just creates frustrations and damages credibility

Colin, have you not questioned why so recently he was strongly hinting at offtakes before Xmas. You can’t say that it’s due to samples being required as he would have known this when he made these statements. Now suddenly the language changes and the inferences change as we have seen from KC. You would have thought he would have learnt having done this on multiple occasions. Markets move on sentiment and confidence and all we get is promises about offtakes that don’t materialise. Why? I’m a long term holder but incredibly frustrated by these interviews from KC where off his own back he makes statements.

Issue is that KC stated/hinted very strongly only a month or so ago that there would be offtake news before Xmas. Now once again this appears to have moved with no explanation. I for one am now very fed up with statements being made then not being met as is happening on a frequent basis. It’s not about patience it’s about clarity and false promises and I’d suggest the deflated share price reflects that.

Complete lack of news and failure to stick to released timelines. Where are the final drill results, the promised offtake initially Q1 then Q2 then end of Q2/Q3. Complete radio silence.

I agree Tsibis, very frustrating that timelines are being circulated in the first place if KC does not have the power to influence timelines. Even more frustrating is that these are major milestones, offtake, drill results, finance, production.
