Fpvone, there is definitely a shareholders agreement that can be found in which covers a large range of issues. But I can’t find anything in that document which talks about fair value for any CEZ buyout in there which concerns me. I struggle to understand why it wouldn’t be in that shareholders agreement? I can’t find it any other documents since either unless I have missed it. I’m just worried that this shareholder fair value clause is something that has been inferred by people and is now taken as gospel years ahead. Not trying to be argumentative as I would be very happy if that existed.

Although no one seems to find any tangible details about it? I’ve tried and failed to locate any details on the part of the shareholder agreement which talks about take over/buy out. So, whilst I’m hopeful that this exists, unless someone can find the details then I’m skeptical it exists just because it’s been mentioned on this board over the last few years.

Fingers I like the optimism but this talk of financing and then 10/20 bags is just ridiculous! Market is seriously depressed and we have seen with Liontown financing being withdrawn. Granted we are a EU resource and so hope they actually finally step up. I’m hopeful we will get financing but I just can’t see that type of uplift. I hope i am wrong!! My concern is that we have been promised DFS for a long time, my bigger concern is that EMH released an RNS for a DFS delay (first time by all accounts aside from change of the company to do the DFS) and put some quite big messages in there around capex and opex. I am a holder and so deep that there is no point selling but I can’t see the glowing optimism you refer too (as much as I want to!)

I think I’m most frustrated by complete lack of comms from EMH and namely Keith. Just appears to have gone into hiding which just promotes the view that this is in trouble. Some people say it’s all about the end result but it’s not when the share price is decimated meaning any fundraising etc will be more dilutive. Even if it was a statement saying DFS progressing well, something, anything to convince us there is a pulse!

I think there will be an inevitable increase in capex and opex but it’s whether it all stacks up. Hoping EU needs this to work!!

Anyone else feeling bloody miserable at the moment with this share? My only sanity is that I’m hoping the EU will support based on its agenda and the fact that Cinovec is very green. Also hoping that a view is taken on the likely market when we come to produce rather than the market now.

It’s a hold as I’ve lost so much it’s not worth selling!! Price drop doesn’t lie, something is seriously wrong. Market doesn’t think this project is commercially viable, but doesn’t mean market is right. I have no intention of buying more, just a faint hope this may come good.

Whole sector isn’t down 17% today. This has everything to do with EMH. Clearly market thinks project is not commercially viable.

Where is Keith? Where is our leadership team. Sinking ship

True Colin, but as I’ve explained this is small change for them. CEZ can wait it out, asset isn’t going anywhere. EMH don’t have that luxury. I am worried by the silence from CEZ. Options are I sell at a loss or wait it out. What we do need is some sign of life from Keith, something to give us some optimism as holders. Almost a month now since the announcement and absolutely nothing!

Are you a bit of a tool sharealot, you certainly don’t share any insight of any value. People are fed up because we can only go on the media releases and all the KC media he has released. We know there is risk, but the frustration is missing every deadline set by themselves!! Gets to the point where you can only surmise they are incompetent or deliberately misleading.

I’m a holder, thoroughly fed up. Trying to find positives although I’m a glass half empty type of person. Should we read anything into the lack of news flow/promotion from the Czech govt, bearing in mind it went mad for a few months before Xmas. Honest and open question

Come on Leon, I’m fed up of this share but posting articles from November last year is a bit pointless. We know lithium was down in November, I’m interested in recent articles that look at prices going forward, whether good or bad!

I’d emailed KC he would have clarified my concerns. Absolute crook. Releasing this announcement a day before the AGM when they would have known this at least a few weeks ago is nothing short of criminal. This is an absolute fuc)&£g disgrace.

I’m a long term holder, I have a right to be frustrated. Making sarcastic comments makes you as bad as Leon. I want this to come good and ultimately believe in it but like many have become frustrated and rightly so which raises concerns.

Because what is he going to respond! I go by the multiple presentations/quarterly reports/announcements etc he has given where he talks about timelines which he then misses! Is Keith going to give me anything more by emailing, some kind of extra insight…..no! So sharealot are missed timelines acceptable? We aren’t talking about the odd one which could be forgiven!

Just because we are sitting on a good resource doesn’t excuse the performance of KC. He is paid to drive shareholder value and paid a very healthy sum to do this as well.

Anyone who thinks his performance is worthy of the sums he is paid clearly need a reality check. Constant missed timelines over and over and over again!! Point is the price is so depressed that if/when we get positive news the price is unlikely to get anywhere near the high from a few years ago.

Shareholders should be angry and frankly continuing blindly to support him like some divine leader is an enabler for his continued awful performance.

Maybe we will get some great news and we will fly but even so the mis-management is not acceptable. Stock market is sentiment driven and KC has lost the market. As shareholders this is not ok!!!!

It’s because the DFS is delayed again!!!

Keith out, I care about EMH, I care about my investment, he needs to go.

If I have to see another regurgitated presentation where the only thing that changes is the timelines I won’t be surprised.

Market is deflated but we should not be in this position.

KC is a trustworthy bloke don’t you know? It’s so easy to get confused with key milestones and can’t really blame him. Great opportunity to load up and lose more money. Now at about 23% of the value a few years ago. Why shouldn’t we be pleased. Don’t understand this negativity 😂
