"Many European countries are successfully capitalizing on their supply chain potential but the trend of decline in the region this year indicates that growth in Europe is starting to be outpaced by North American and Asian countries. European countries such as Czechia, Hungary and Poland, continue to have advantages in their ability to provide cleaner and more sustainable supply chains. This will reinforce their growth ambitions and further their case as preferred destinations for investments in batteries manufacturing."
*price, not process
It was a false rise anyway fingers. The process went up massively on no volume and it will consolidate as a result. You're looking into this too much. We have no significant news coming this year so the share price won't be going anywhere.
Oz got slaughtered by the arbitragers this morning and another very late this evening , a sell for 60,000 shares at 88 cents , when the next seller is 95 cents , so damn obvious .
An EMH business case:

.......that's projected to FID and DTM with all mining permits received - and at which time CEZ via its wholly owned subsidiary SEVEROCESKÉ DOLY would be able to buy our 49% shareholding in Geomet if they so choose.
@Sid How is " FAIR MARKET VALUE" worked out?
Take todays share price and multiply it by 8!
How is " FAIR MARKET VALUE" worked out?

I thought the shareholders' agreement contained conditions that stated that the price had to be based on a number of factors one of which was the projected value of the lithium. This was to prevent the minority shareholders from being shafted.
80p+ may look good from the current depressed sp, but last year we were at £1+, so I would have thought a fair price to consider a take over at this stage would have been £1.50 - £2.00. Mind you I'm hoping to see it through to production and realise the projected value of £4 - £5. Or even more!
IG sent out the links to vote. It's nice of them to make it easy to vote no to all :)
At the moment I’d take the 80p and never look back. Somehow, no matter how good a prospect is, it always gets f@@kd along the way!
why such a low amount?
It would have to be north of 80p to make it worth while given the time we have had to hang onto this yawn fest !
One can dream.
Absolutely, ghin. I think CEZ will eventually buy our 49% and at a very significant valuation.
We're all holding because we believe that the foundations are great and should they be realised, the company is worth a large multiple of the current market cap. However, we have varying degrees of confidence in the management's ability / intentions with regard to actually realising the value of this project to the shareholders benefit.
hmm, mixed bag of opinions here....but guessing we are all holding just in the case after so many years this may actually happen....my thoughts are it will! GLA
I think the trick here may be to sit still and ignore everything until the day a buyout bid arrives.
Whilst it's great to have a new presentation, it's not so great to see that 9 of the 13 'catalysts to drive shareholder wealth' have done exactly the opposite, and the remaining 4 have been touted as just around the corner for many many years. It would be good to get an honest idea of what's going on at some point, preferably this side of another new year..
Probably delayed!
Is this a link to an explanation from Keith about why his announcements on impending news for the last 3 years have never come true?
