wow!
back of *** packet calcs using lower estimate metal product:
1.5 billion x 8000 = $12 trillion
divided by shares in issue = over $20,000 per share (pre production costs/start up etc)
doesn't sound too bad :)
These are my only concerns regarding EEE, the grades, the extraction, the mining is all manageable to Shaun and his team.
The path to global supply leader, is a big one. And the journey there, full of big decisions.
The transparency needs to continue, to have the shareholders upmost confidence, that what ever decisions taken going forward, we're taking with it every step of the way.
Reflecting on the last 3 interviews and these conferences it's clear Shaun is an ambitious man, has something unique on his hands that could well become a global player. Something I doubt he considered when first venturing in The pitfeild project. The mission was copper.
Now I can see his goal, to be become the worlds largest supplier to the global market, now that's some undertaking.
I have to applaud his efforts towards shareholders and transparency these last 12 months, and admire his goal to get this up and running without assistance and potential fundraisers.
But.....
There is tough times ahead!! And it may require some decisions we may not like, as nothing us guaranteed in this game.
Things like facilities, staff, production lines and storage facilities take funding. Setting up supply lines, to become bigger than the competition.
Government grants are uncertain but will certainly be investigated and perhaps attainable which as a previous poster showed, is something the Australian government seem keen to do.
We may end up with largev investor's, who perhaps don't want market price and have a placed one to reflect there requests.
These are things Shaun may have to accept one day, however admirable his intentions have been so far.
So we need to ask ourselves, are we OK with a little pain, some decisions not beneficial but necessary to the end game requirements?
I won't hold it against him, decisions will need to be made I'm terms of the bigger project.
But if all said and done we accept it all, then I'll go for scarlets £3 Xmas, 2026! And that's just a minimum
Thought this was a good investment, earlier today @ 08.15 ish i posted we had a high grade product, and we have 1.5 billion tons of ti and we are going for the $2000/ton market, and the titanite is on the back burner for 20 yrs($65/ton and upto a trillion tons...) after 14 mins of the video posted below by OD3OD, shaun confirmed they are going for the titanium metal market 99.2% ti as this is even better,, $8000 to $10,000 per ton, sorry if i mislead anyone this morning,, cricky poms we are bonza on this one my beauty,s. Great post, o.d.rodders, rare earths are controlled by china again like lithium,if the aussie gov want the ti badly enough then a loan to make a viable sorting /wash plant could come early,we can all hope, and we know grants are already available anyway, but fast tracking us would be very good,we might even have enough cash to get trigger that new broom..
I know I'm not normally ones for fancy notions, or wish lists.
But it really is that plausible, there has been a huge shift in policy regarding critical materials since china's aggression I'm the South Sea and protectionist measures taken by the Australian government.
I hate to post saying we could get this, creating a false hope narrative, but it's not out the realms of impossible in current global environment.
Good work, nice job
Around 28 mins ...
"The Federal Government invested $1.2bn in a zero interest loan to Iluka for their rare earth discovery just 60 kms south of Pitfield.
hTTps://www.industry.gov.au/news/strategically-significant-government-loan-enables-development-australias-first-fully-integrated-rare-earths-refinery
"Through the Critical Minerals Facility, the government helps to get projects off the ground and bolsters this key sector of the Australian economy. The refinery could supply up to 9% of global demand for rare earth oxide products in 2026, when it is projected to come online."
we could get one of these drop at any moment ..
hTTps://www.iluka.com/media/b42kz0rw/eneabba-rare-earths-refinery-letter-from-australian-govt.pdf
Once that dropped it was only 11 months until a cheque for A$ 1.2bn came in the post for Iluka.
To quote Steve Irwin .. "CRIKEY" we are in the right place at the right time with the right stuff and lots of it.
Just IMHO

Cheers prospector and yep....bulk sampling comes before a pilot plant.
Sb is confident the mineral seperation is not only easy but also low cost as rivals are having to crush the rock and then heat it up to extract the ti , we dont have to do that, and a onsite machine will take us to 95% or higher purity for the $2000/ton ti metal market, looks like the expensive end is going to be targeted, the fact they may also have a trillion dollers of titanite as well now is religated to having another look in 20 yrs as the top 40mtr weathered fully down to 10meters is so good. its a bit like owning a gold mine and walking past it on the ground because you have just found high quality diamonds so suddenly the gold is left there while you pick up the diamonds by hand straight into a money bag for weighting , this could be totally off the scale, cant wait for the experts reports on how easy this first part of our incredible journey is going to play out..
Troajan, you are getting everything muddled up. They are not building the pilot plant before testing the mineral separation. The scientists and other experts will be testing various stages of a process, which will be used to design the final pilot plant design with flow sheets. So, the next news should be a new petrography and mineralogy research document. Then after that, testing of mineral separation incl. wet table analysis, acid leaching techniques and further refinement to various products. Feasibility will be the result of a final process design, pilot plant design, economics and target markets, etc.

Not seen that showing up on this forum, presents different elsewhere.
Some good volume today, must be going well down the capital 💯
It could be the buyer from late yesterday trying to buy at a specific price, but then cancelled by the exchange because the price had already moved too much to fill the trade. That's what normally happens.
Lot of big, bizzare transactions today.
Anyone care to offer some ideas? Delayed? Mm? Private buyers?

Am I reading the last two trades correctly? Two 600k share buys. That’s confidence for you.
Try ii investors.vey good. AIM regulators are the pits. Really never to be trusted. Look at AMTE.
Some of us are young men grumble, I liked my.old broker but I kinda liked this trading212 app for my isa. Very manageable indeed, awful with AIM when making buys, but if your savvy you can get round its shortcomings. Cracking for nasfaq trading, 9am to 1am pre and after hours. Its nice to be able run that as a side earner, get some good strike rates at closing bell at times.
Sending pigeons and telegrams lost on new generations, even making a phone call these days seems bizzare.
I found it best to roll with the times. I'll go back to brokers eventually, once I've ended my journey and had some fun
I’ve never had trouble with AJ Bell. If you’re buying 50k shares then the £5 dealing fee + 0.25% per annum doesn’t really hurt much.
Depends on your age and tax bracket I guess but at 60 I’m more inclined to load my SIPP than my ISA because it guarantees everyone at least 20% with the basic rate tax relief plus another 20% if you’re lucky enough to be in the 40% tax bracket.
Buying £5k worth of shares in an ISA will get you £5k worth of shares. Buying £5k worth of shares in a SIPP will give you £5k worth of shares plus another £1250 tax relief to play with.
No worries, it's a good stock.
Has risks like they all do, but there are some smart people here who know there biscuits so I'm.sure you spectate long enough you will seek them out.
Good luck

Ye ye ye, blah blah blah.
Memory serves me, you asked me to sell my shares and that this investment isn't for me, in my first week!!
Go tell that to the ceo
Good one Manlord! If I trust the CEO/ rest of BOD?........I just let them get on with it......I don't want to add to their time to do what they need to to deliver to me the profit!! I get where you are coming from and I agree that you should ask???? And as you are & sharing!!!! I have no need to! My mother was a stickler for OTT ask ask re-ask and I guess I shy away as a stress avoidance! But she and her 3 friends got integrated education in NI! I wouldn't have been committed .....we're all different .....lol
Hello father of Jake 😂
Not a problem.
I’ve been in contact with pretty much every CEO of every company I’ve put my hard earned into. Some have been good, some bad & some so so.
If I like what I hear, I say so and I buy & support.
If I don’t I say so, sell but don’t post negatively afterwards. An example of this would be when I spent 4 years in BMN talking to the CEO and sharing with all fellow investors.
I wasn’t particularly happy with the direction of travel on BMN for an 18 month period and decided to sell. I did so letting people know and the reasons why, wished everyone well and 6 months later the company went from 4p to 50p. I was obviously disappointed after supporting them for so long but rather than being spiteful I took my medicine, learned some lessons which I applied here during difficult times, mainly that a decreasing SP doesn’t necessarily mean it’s bad news & an opportunity exits to buy more shares. I missed out on £300k in BMN but the first thing I did was congratulate all the people I had got to know over those 4 years. One particular member made over £2m and contacted me directly to offer me £100k as he felt bad and said the only reason he invested was because of me & my sharing of info. I didn’t take him up on his offer but we’re still very good friends to this day.
As I said before, we’re all here to make money, if we can achieve that but not trample on people in the process, that’s the cream on top.
I honestly don’t know why more people don’t reach out to the board of directors, I’ve found most to be very accommodating and happy to chat.
Anyway, thanks for the comment.

Cevodniya, I can’t see your 220,000 buy. What time was your transaction?
I started buying at 1.7p. If I’d have bought 2m that would have cost me £34,000. That would now be worth £180,000. If only you could see into the future! I personally think this is a ‘once in a lifetime’ opportunity to be part of an amazing journey and make some serious money.
If only it was that straight forward 😉
I'm assessing it day by day, following the volume which today seems lower on stable, as compared to high volume on decreasing yesterday.
Building slowly, managing to snag buy ins set at the low end of the spread and prices I'm asking.
Not sure how long that will continue, but I have plenty of transactions left to deliver.
Good luck, going to be a rough 12 months as I believe hard decisions going forward if shaun can deliver some hefty goals all non funding.
Then a rise to 50p will make you a millionaire! That is achievable and quite likely to happen in the next 12 to 18 months imho. Well done 🙂👍
Just added another 220000 at 9.06p.
Upto 1.85m now, any further drops and I'll top up to 2m

Poor guy, I was told to sell in my first week too fella.
It's a tough crowd
Id encourage you assess information containing the past 2 weeks where many strides have been made regarding this investment, you have owned it and day and perhaps could have done more to find out what your buying, but you won't be the last to do as such.
But you may have got a tad fortunate I'm picking this as such, I suggest before bringing negative posts to the board, specifically regarding EEE, to take some time to gather Intel more recent and pertinent to current progress.
If you feel you have questions that are portrayed as negative to members, make sure to heading Dusty is a douche bag to add adequate traction to your plight.
Don't sell, hopefully you can come back in a positive mindset towards EEE
You can't base investment decisions on outdated articles, and you have to pay attention to who is writing it. A lot has changed in the last 3 months, i.e. a new discovery.
‘Just sell and move on then’.
Not very helpful advice to an enthusiast fellow investor 🙄
Yes, everyone was aware of this article at the time, but I think most of the questions raised have been answered satisfactorily. You may find more information on this board if you go back to around March time.

Dusty you will never be able to do that. You’ll get rid of one but then another will be along very soon. It’s pointless try to change the world. You may as well take up a more productive hobby. Better for you.

Bunn says that the survey, of an area of titanium mineralisation, has illuminated crucial density variations within the anomaly that hint at high-grade mineralised zones.
Empire is set to begin a fresh round of diamond drilling next month across three targets. The exploration work will be geared toward understanding the titanium discovery's depth and mineralogy, including launching metallurgical tests.
Notably, the gravity survey unveiled high-density trends to the east of previous drilling locations, leading to plans for a comprehensive reverse circulation program in pursuit of even more promising high-grade targets."

"I recall SB saying in the CRUX interview they need to market this discovery more "
Do you think, if the discovery was established as the massive asset EEE present it as, it would NEED marketing?
One surely has to wonder, if that is the case, why majors are not queuing up.
I understand how the conclusion it's a non funding visit has been taking from Shaun, but I assure you its no guarantee.
Many a ceo has said as such prior to conferences or visits meeting large investment groups or individuals, only to return with such in terms of placements and other avenues.
But I will continue to take his word as such, simply because he has been forthcoming and transparent so far.
The facility his ambitions detail, will require a lot of capital above the current 3.43 million, so my suggestion is these funds will need to be raised through some avenue.
Your welcome to debate as such, and so you should as shareholders.
The simplistic version is the interviews provide mission statements, and signals of intent.
And to the common investor we buy on such, at low market cap entry at small cap value.
Large investors or potential suitors will not deal in such, have the luxury of progress first price later basis.
The interest will come, once a more detailed picture surrounding by adequate progression is met.
OD30D, I agree 100% regardng the Crux interview and the preceeding announcements. IMO Crux interviews are the best in their class. Compare them with the embarrassing sycophancy of Proactive, etc.
At Pitfield, Empire probably has 150 yeas of global titanium supply covered. Yet the company is still doing interviews with Zak Chuffing Mir! We have an emerging giant business acting like your typical AIM garbage.
The marketing focus on private investors is a failing strategy as is evidenced by the market cap. It's lazy marketing - doing what Empire/Georgian/Noricum has always done. A PR strategy aimed at PI's is fine when you are scratching around in the dirt of some mediocre assets and looking for the next bailout placing from PI simpletons to keep the lights on.
The game has changed. The Empire brand should be perceived by big investors as a global leader in titanium. Zak Mir interviews are not consistent with such a brand ambition. This point I have asked to be forwarded to SB,
Nobody is going to make any big commitments until we know the lab results for the newly discovered high grade cap, which will arrive shortly. But when it does land, you won't be buying at this price.

It will pick back up again eventually, this level is more reflective of the progress made in 12 months since July 2023.
10p plus is at times of high market sentiment, anticipation of progress, which has come thick and fast at times.
We're sort of at a reflection point, analysing the progress, trying to lend that out to a wider audience and fresh investors and await a few key progress reports on key elements detriment to its success.
These shall commence I'm the coming weeks, perhaps months.
The minerals and estimates are a very good indication of how successful this will be, it will be progress management and funding, and market confidence that will sustain sp performance moving forward.
These prices are good, if you can squeeze better, do so.

TiO2 is a white inorganic compound, which has been
used for around 100 years in a vast number of diverse
products.
• It is depended on for its non-toxic, non-reactive and
luminous properties, which safely heighten the
whiteness and brightness of many materials.
• It also has some lesser-known qualities that make it an
important ingredient in the battle to fight climate
change and prevent skin cancer.
• It is the whitest and brightest of the known pigments,
with reflective qualities; it can also both scatter and
absorb UV rays.

He’s tried his best trying to wipe out all the hard research work AGEOS added today, luckily It didn’t work and AGEOS hard work was shared across other boards and closed groups. What Dusty is trying to do is clear this board of good long term investors that have made good input over the years.

To which I'll gladly respect
Thank you for reaching out in a constructive and positive manner

My ADVFN post,
TA is only one part of a three leg stool.....The real rally has yet to come and these prices will be relegated to history.....might not be much immediate news expected but who knows what the team could suddenly come up with.......that could see the SP reach new peak after peak after peak!
Shaun (3 months ago) ".....With our newly appointed metallurgical team we are ready to successfully execute and expedite the next phase of project development and we will continue to bolster this group with highly talented and experienced titanium industry professionals. I look forward to providing further updates on our process development phase over the coming months."
I've just read AGEOS's post in between....Exactly!
Until then, the 8.6p won't hold, it may go quicker than the 9.4p it smashed yesterday.
It's as AIM as it gets
But a lovely to boot soon enough
ART, don't forget about the results of lab testing to separate rutile/anatase from gang materials and measure the proportions/purity of the remainder. Then after that, further purification with various acids, etc. Shaun said in the Zaks Traders interview that he expects some news from that over the coming weeks and months.
I see that this has come back down. I presumed it was going to be a case of 'sell on news' - the main news being the Exploration Target rather than the live presentations - and that's why I sold at 12p.
With the 2 big drill plans for H2 2024 (12,000M R/C and 2000M D) and H1 2015 (24,000M R/C) extra funding will be required plus there won't be much to look forward to except more of the same drill results for the next twelve months.
Plus having sold (for now) gets me away from all this posting nonsense from Dustyslay. Maybe some of you should try it as it works brilliantly.

Sorry,
I may have come across abrupt, I too saw promise in it and had around August 2023 in at 2.02, anticipation was 10.0p to 12.0p but it fizzled out about 5.5 and dropped on opening one day, I was up so holded for a burst and sold quickly just under 4.0p.
For a moment I was maybe thinking I was being a little naive to the risks, but once it turned south I just kept my distance.
Debt become insurmountable once things had fell through.
Hope you get your investment back, I'd noticed its listing removed
That question for me, Dusty?
If so, COPL was just a punt. I only bought it in October as a bet it might be OK. Looks like there has been massive fraud and illegal activities, and solicitors have been employed by shareholders to fight it. I’ve never seen anything like it and wouldn’t be surprised to see a win. I’m certainly more confident with EEE.

This is the most relevant part of AGEOS' post when considering the investment case. Until the processing route is established to the satisfaction of potential partners and/or financiers, there remains great uncertainty whether this is a huge opportunity or ......something else. If it is beyong AGEOS expertise to assess, it is certainly beyond mine. Those expressing certainty here, take note.
"With the scale of the potential resource established and on track to a JORC Mineral Resource Estimate during H1 2025, market focus is understandably now concentrated on processing, which inevitably provides considerable scope for misinformation both inadvertent and intended. Whilst it is tempting to contribute to this 'discussion', I shall refrain from doing so as the complex geochemical knowledge required is at the limits of my expertise and probably beyond that of most, if not all, of those accessing this chat-board. The anticipated imminent updates on ore characterisation, mineral separation and TiO2 processing, will however, doubtless provide opportunities for further comment. In the meantime this recent CRUX interview highlights the enormous potential. "
If we knew that we would all be remortgaging our houses,, there is many billions on tons of ti but its mixed with many other items,if seperated easily/cheaply then yes the worlds biggest find is going to make us very rich and for more than several lifetimes at 100 to 150 yrs mine life, how to seperate the titanite has been argued by many for various reasons, either to spread fud or genuinely they believe it could be impossible to seperate, now it looks like the new weathered at surface find has upped the stakes a lot more as this is a lot more valuable than the original 5% titanite ti that had them excited. the experts hired in will do there job and come up with a solution, either its huge or off the scale hugh and cheap to seperate,we can all dream of it being easy/cheap and extremely profitable, time will tell, they have plenty of core samples to test,it sounds like a one of a kind find ,might need a special process or many variables of,as ageos has said we are only hopeing/guessing as there is plenty of examples online of many russian sounding names doing just that and publishing papers on the subjectt at least 13yrs ago,, time will tell, christmas will come early for us,how early and how big the presents,no one person will know for sure, its a gamble im in on,and happy to invest as technology /knowledge always makes progress, the new find once processed could be worth $2000/ton and shaun thinks a onsite plant to that end is the way to go,per his last video,if we have some of the worlds experts hired in for this task, there must be a way forwards, the next rns,s and video updates will unravel the progress, its only been a few weeks after all. gla.
Hey Arctic,
I'll get back to TM1 this week, slight movement heading into Friday so it could be a positive week but I'll post the link later regarding its reasons.
Unlike my role there, this is more of an outright bashing from whoever feels in the mood on any given day.
The more information based your posts will be, will decide your level of engagement, plenty of content to canvass over in short space of time.
So unfortunately Dustys sense of humour, brand of straight to the point, no time for BS, fancy notions or estimates provided by unqualified input isn't necessarily suited to this investment.
And i see this as a serious investment and heading in the right direction, unlike TM1, were we are at an impasse.
Although I love bashing the Rat pack shouting it's demise, and that we are doomed, I'm glad I managed to persuade one of you doomsayers to invest. Given enough time I could maybe get ajs on board but he is a stone cold, I hold no shares but am here to save everyone preacher.
See you have followed into this investment, there is a few guys here that are from there, but less active.
I'll speak on there, spare the board.
So I still haven't figured it out.
Am I going to be rich this time next year or not?
Because if AGEOS doesn't know, know body does.
