Last investors presentation at about 27 minutes in,
SB says when the next lot of drill results are in .
Empire will be able to give, "Grade and tonnage "
Not in the first quarter, but certainly before the end of the second.
So my guess is sooner rather than later, a big announcement, media coverage and a lift in share price to reflect the news.
Probably followed by a necessary cash raise.
Enabling the laid out pathway for the rest of the year.
All going to plan.
Do Boards rely have that much effect on a share price?
All I read on the RNS is good positive news. Put out to inform share holders and would be investors of what is happening with the company.
I've held shares in empire for about 5 years and I'm currently more excited for the future, than at any other time.
Time is moving on April in a few days.
Exciting times ahead.
I want to put my hands in the air and say quite honestly that after holding eee for some years now, reading all the news and other BB opinions.
That I still don't really know what we are sitting on with regards a long term profitable business.
AGEOS seems to have the best handle on what's going on.
I am not at all surprised that the SP has slipped from its January high, my hart did sink a little when 2025 was mentioned in the news flow.
I know after investing for 20 years, any news on Aim that talks about further than 6 months away can be viewed negatively, and people will look elsewhere for a return.
I'M pretty sure SB is well aware of this ,
Re next weeks presentation.
I console myself with the thought of what the share price will be when we switch on the processing plant.
For what it's worth I see a bumpy few months ahead, but as the time until switch on comes more into focus I forsee a rush to get back in.
Based on a reasonable time line would anyone care to have a guess at a date for the first sale?
Sometimes there are anomalies like the price of the shares being traded with Empire metals.
Maybe we should be taking a leaf from Warren Buffet,
When the crowd is selling, if the fundamentals are sound. Now is the time to be buying...
Empire has basically scripted the interview.
To me he's pushing the Saudi connection and what that individual and his company can bring in terms of construction, then he follows up with the existing infrastructure, just how good it is.
Then finishing up with the results that are week's away.
And this interview was recorded a couple of weeks ago in South Africa.
I'm off to prospect my settee for some money to buy a few more shares.
I think the price will continue to drift until we get the results of the rock samples,
I had hoped we would have had them back by now.
Investors will sit on their shares, but the traders will slowly move on to the next.
I for one won't be selling, when the news finally drops it could completely change the narrative of empire.
I remember about this time last year when the market cap. was about £7m thinking this is absolutely unbelievably undervalued.
I think we are at the same unbelievably low valuation at the moment with Empire at £60M
How the company has progressed in 12 months , its almost unrecognizable.
I know there is an "if" here, but we are talking many billions in the ground.
I will not be surprised to see a market cap in the hundreds of millions when all the dots are joined.
And I dont think we are a long way off.
I Had today the most unbelievable good fortune, to be able to buy more shares in a fantastic company.
All their stars are aligning, fantastic news flow very experienced and big hitting investors building positions. Unbelievable future potential worth billions. Its got a tiny market cap and I managed to pick them up at a ridiculously low cost.
Lucky Me
The Mcap does seem strange to me.
I'm an old geo investor and have been following our friends for about 6 years.
I managed to average down to about 5p end of last year, and so after 5 years of death by 1000 cuts, I'm very happy with the direction we are heading in.
But there seems to be some sort of disconnect between the fantastical news flows describing billions upon billions worth of product and a pitifully small Mcap of £52m?
Surely at this stage on our journey the company should be worth multiples of where we are now.
I know there are a few people that post on here that have many years of experience working in this sector.
I would be very interested in there thought on what is holding back the share price?
I first bought byotrol shares on 27/7/05 (yes ive held these for a very long time) and for years I could not understand how they seemed to have such a great product and yet not manage to generate any sales.
I bought some more about 12 months ago, on the announcement Director of the Company with effect from 29 January 2019.
Sean Gogarty, 53, has a wealth of experience developing and running branded businesses, gained particularly from a 20-year career at Unilever, where his roles included Global CEO Unilever Baking, Cooking and Spreads, and Global Category SVP Household Cleaners. In the latter role, he led the rapid growth of a number of well-known household brands, including Domestos, Cif, Lysoform and Sunlight, from a sales value of E800m to over E2.5bn.
So my feeling is although c19 has added a lot to short term revenue. Byotrol have managed to put into place 4 licencing deals in place in the last 12 months (I think that is more than the last 12 years)
As is often the way its more about the people.
I paid 27p per share in 2005 maybe, just maybe my patience will pay off.
So as far as I can see, we had 194 million shares and now we are issuing an extra 95 million that are going to Artemis
Total of 289 million shares, So Artemis own approx. 1/3 of EEE . This could be a good thing.
I myself am an expert in gold mining (ive seen all 10 series of gold rush) and what I have learned is " if you are not washing dirt, you are not making any money"
I have been invested here for a while and would love to see us mine some ground and make some money .Fingers crossed,
I think we are in a much better place now than we were this time last year.
Nice to see Byotrol getting the product out there.
So in the last 18 months we have Medimark, Tristel and Tower.
Interesting to see Lim Teck Lee (who bought a % of Byotrol earlier this month) are not only an investment co.
They also seem to be a wholesaler as well. I wonder will they start to import some of their new Byotrol products?
