Maplinman - you make some good points. Ignore the idiots who infect these boards.
Even more fundamentally it is about cash - something that DVRG have very little of.
Scarlet Vixen, there is no need to insult me, day traders like you are two a penny. it's not about revenues it's about profit.
Good luck to those recent investors perhaps there’s profit here for you but long lth there nothing to get excited about for a very very very long time

RNS issued on 19/4/2023..
…” Further to commentary in the Company's 17 April 2023 notification, at present the working capital position of DeepVerge is such that the sum total of its trade receivables (net of impairments) and cash balances together exceed the sum total of its trade creditors and other payable balances (with the amounts owing to Microsaic set out above included in this).
In addition, the Company has agreed payment plans, or payment phasings, with substantially all its creditors.
The Company is exploring funding options including trade finance as a stronger balance sheet would enable the Company to accelerate delivery of some existing contracts and increase confidence in seeking new business.
The Company will issue further announcements as required in line with the AIM Rules for Companies.”
They have cash and revenues to pay all dues including debts but the balance sheet needs to be strengthened to accelerate contracts delivery and attract more business from strengthening their financial position…
This is a positive development and not negative…
The only way from here is up up…
This company is very underrated and the current sp is an anomaly…
Holding significant numbers here with confidence..

It doesn't have 10m income, its own broker (Turner Pope) wrote in April that : "the Board presently concludes that full year 2022 revenues will likely be in the range of c.£7.75m to £8.60m, compared with the figure of £17.20m provided by the previous executive management team." It's going to make a pre-tax loss and has £1m in cash as of 17th April.
A fundraise must surely be needed and soon. I assume this is the pump before the raise is announced. I may be wrong of course. DYOR etc.
Nope -don’t see many shares rise on the back of a funds raise!
I’m assuming it’s a leak/recognition that it’s fundamentally undervalued if the forecast rev numbers are real.
Has anyone actually got any news re. this stock? I assume the rise is speculation of a fundraise. However, won't any raise be highly dilutive and possibly result in a share consolidation? Thoughts anyone?
Why is this share so low in value despite 10m income
It was above 30p in 2021. How times change ....
Come on people…. sell limits at 0.8? Doh. You’ll be regretting that when it’s double. Remember how dirt cheap and depressed we all felt this was when we’d been sitting at 1.6? I’m letting this ride until it’s a multibagger from THERE, not from here. Good luck to all, especially those with strong nether regions.
Top on the risers, good luck all.
Just saying..

"The vast majority of the revenue shortfall in 2022 is now expected to be recognised in 2023."
Microsaic Systems PLC - Surrey-based mass spectrometry equipment - Notes that DeepVerge PLC, a Dublin-based environmental and life science group, owes it GBP1.4 million, mostly relating to the supply of goods and services recognised as revenue for 2022
Exploring funding options including trade finance as says a stronger balance sheet would enable the company to accelerate delivery of some existing contracts and increase confidence in seeking new business.
I suspect many of us here remember what it felt like to buy too soon at around 1.50. Let’s not also be the morons who sell too soon down here in the basement.
Finally. It’s taken nearly a month but we’ve broken back above 0.65. No ceiling from here for miles. Not even a mezzanine.
Whatever the reason for the rise, it's good to see. Hopefully, it's onwards and upwards from here!
