It is astonishing that posts get deleted from here that the crooks and their mates who run this are just repeating the con that they pulled on Modern Water and DVRG. Shouldn’t the moderators be looking to protect PIs from being conned? Perhaps the moderators might want to look at the comments on lse about these 2 companies and Alltracel on the other board? This will demonstrate what these people have been up to.

I havent checked in on this company for a while so when I saw the share was suspended I assumed that I had inadvertently clicked on DVRG or Modern Water by mistake! But no - the same crooks (boD) doing the same things. Laughably there are a surprising number of people burying their heads in the sand here and even trying to ramp this.

You do not delay the audit and suspend the shares unless there is a real issue. My guess would be that the auditors had raised going concern issues. Given the cash out flows and the limited financial resources this is not totally suprising. In practice, given the conment running this company it is entirely to be expected.

Sad to see so many people throw good money after bad.

This is just the same super dodgy management team. Even the dodgy broker, Turner Poop, is the same. It is clear that they lied and lied on RNSs and presentations and this time will be no different. Even the SP is collapsing like DVRG. No doubt Turner Poop is busily trying to offload shares before the inevitable collapse.

How long before it runs out of cash like DVRG? I give it a year unless they can find further mugs to prop up another deeply discounted rights, pretty much wiping out current shareholders (and that is the best case).

I suspect that Burton was almost as involved in the scam as much as GB. He also took dodgy unearned shares in Modern Water. However, we do not have evidence of other dodgy dealings for NB as we do for GB eg employing his wife without declaring it properly, getting the company to buy his shares (apparently DRG had no liquidity issues!!!).

If one takes the view that he did not participate, which seems unlikely, then the alternative was that he did not spot the fraudster. That would be quite astonishing given how obvious the con was.

Either way, he has to go as should the entire BoDs of DVRG and MSYS. They need to clear out the cesspit.

Indeed the microsaic/modern water/deepverge crooks are at it again. If you want to lose all your money then put it into their next scam.

Looks like the next con is happening. I find it difficult to believe that the DVRG management team are transferring all the DVRG technology which has been developed at the costs of 10s £m at a token amount. Absolutely shocking.

No doubt that they will pick up the assets for nothing, leaving all the liabilities behind for the shareholders. As the management team are pretty much the same it is an internal transfer which, no doubt, the MSYS BoD will do very well from. I suspect that the merry go round will continue.

There are 2 big losers. The PIs and staff.

Without the regulators or the law having a real go at GB and the rest of the DVRG board I fear that GB will be on his next scam shortly. His behavious has been an absolute disgrace and I am mystified that he has not yet been banned as a director.

Turner Poop have also been a disgrace. Their so called research with completely meaningless SP expectations seems designed just to act to lubricate all the dodgy shares that they received.

Perhaps the most shocking though are all the GB fanboyz who kept ramping the stock when it was clear to anyone with even half a brain that the trapdoor was getting ever closer. It is a shame that the cretin Chesh, who was a self confessed financial illiterate as well as being illiterate, is noticeable by his absence. What a moron.

LTB - good spot on the fine. Perhaps this is the start of the authorities taking a closer look at GB. It is clear that he had a massive conflict of interest as a director of both DVRG and MSYS. As a result the MSYS shareholders have been royally sh@fted. I very much hope that after his antics with Alltracel, Modern Water, DVRG and MSYS that the authorities undertake a proper review. His actions have costs investors millions and all staff have no lost their jobs. All done to one person. Shocking.

Disappointing that the other directors have not been cleared out as they have indeed been napping as LTB says.

Unfortunately it looks as if current shareholders will end up with virtually nothing. I would have hoped that the company would offer current shareholders the same deal as new shareholders given the likely level of dilution. But it seems not.

Shocking to see that Turner Poop are still involved as they are also responsible for the shambles.

The tragic thing here is the employees who have been royally sh@fted by GB and his mates. GB has done this three times now. Firstly with Modern Water where employees got no compensation and contractual payments were not made. I suspect that DVRG maybe similar and possibly MSYS.

These employees provided highly accurate posts on the DVRG and other boards yet they got shouted down by GBs paid rampers. These are the people who we should feel really sorry for, not those who did not to heed the numerous warnings.

Sol - Far from being a stuck record I am simply answering your questions and responding to your questions.

Why I should do all the work for you is a mystery. I have previously set out in detail while GB and his merry band are conmen and have advised against investing. If you were foolish enough to invest then that is down to you.

If ithe advice was wasted on you then I suggest that before you do not make any further investments until you take the time to learn some financial and due diligence skills. Some of your comments demonstrate an astonishing lack of knowledge about some of the basics of company law and financial accounting. You need to grow up and take responsibility for your own mistakes.

Yankee and I have done all we can to steer you away yet you continue to rant and criticise.

For the avoidance of doubt, by far the most likely outcome here is that you will get nothing back. The upside is that you might get squeezed down and end up with 5% of what you had. The chances of the later are remote. You need to set your expectations appropriately. You have been well and truly been done by an Irish plumber.

Sol - what a bizarre comment! I have been warning for years about GBs behaviour. If you took a moment to go through my posting history then that will be very obvious. I called him out first and have consistently done so.

Sol - GB is most certainly not in the same position as the rest of us. The facts are that through his catastrophic management of Modern Water, DVRG and MSYS he and his wife have taken out £tens of thousands. Shortly before DVRG collapsed GB received a big chunk of cash from DVRG in return for some shares. Mrs GB was paid for activities that were far from clear and none of this was declared properly at the time. GB is an old fashioned conman who has been ripping off PIs and companies for years.

According to the Irish press, his only qualification is as a plumber.

PIs in DVRG and MSYS paid for our shares. He received virtually all of his shares whilst at the same time scamming the companies and enriching himself and family in the process. No need to feel sorry for GB he has done very well out of this to date and no doubt he will make more in the future. I suspect that there has already been a deal agreed whereby he and the management/BoD will skim off the best bits of MSYS and DVRG, probably as part of a prepack deal when the receivers are called in.

The conmen and crooks have done it before and will no doubt try and do it again. It is sad that so many PIs were sucked in by the rampers, no doubt many of them paid. Tragic that the rampers are too scared to show their faces on this board. We really need that ignoramus Chesh and his merry band of to show up here and apologise for getting this so wrong. Shocking that anyone who pointed out the clear and obvious fraud by the management team got shouted down.

The other important thing is that everyone is warned about the crook Gerald Brandon who should be never allowed near any public market ever again. I fear that he will try. He has done it with Alltracel, Modern Water and now DVRG. No more.

The behaviour of the rampers was shocking. As you suggest I suspect that many of them were paid by the company or were company staff.

It does seem quite surreal that Ratty, Chesh and their merry band of GB lovers, still do not seem to appreciate that they have been a victim of a long con. There were plenty of people who pointed this out to them in the last couple of years but it seems that they still cannot believe it.

Many insiders from the company spilled the beans and told them what was REALLY going on but they chose not to listen. I also pointed out many warning signs.

He is a conman. Simple. He has done it before and will probably try it again. Maybe he will find more credulous fanboyz to support him and bring in more gullible punters.

Chris – As you do not seem to have done any proper research on our CEO I thought that it might be helpful if I gave you some assistance.

I think that would be interesting and illuminating to look at Alltracel as it is indeed supposed to be a ‘success’. It seems as if GB left many Alltracel PIs extremely unhappy when the company was sold to a US based company. It would seem that there were many things that PIs were extremely unhappy about including special deals for management, dodgy shareholder votes, High Court cases, cronyism, complaints about a lack of transparency and disputes about the takeover. By all the accounts of the PIs there was clearly some very dodgy dealing.

Astonishingly, before the deal was agreed Alltracel management agreed to receive shares and options in the acquirer giving them a real conflict of interest. Incidentally I understand that Helium Fund were also involved in Alltracel. What a coincidence.

You might want to take a look below, these are all comments from another BB or the Irish Times. It is worth taking a look at the BB starting from about 8 pages in. There is not a single PI who has any time for the Alltracel BoD/management and they were all appalled by their treatment and the side deals that management got.

As I have said previously the Irish plumber has done this before with Alltracel. I suspect that he will do it again with MSYS.

He has completely abused the market whilst artificially inflating the SP with spurious turnover figures and effectively selling shares.

It really is difficult to see why the police are not involved.

Was there actually an RNS saying that they would delist? Surely that is a requirement.
