it appears most of the trade receivables (debtors) don't exist as revenue was massively overstated so can't see that working.
Labskin could be the way forward, however, as almost all the tests undertaken have been 'free' ones not sure if it is a viable business. Monetarising the database of skin information that DVRG must now have might be the best way forward
At 64/67 looking strong.
Funds raised in Nov 22 so no chance of another one so soon; recent RNS confirmed that Current Assets > C.Liab; so, Co's only option is to manage its cash flow more tightly; it has already negotiated pmnt schedules with its Creditors so cash inflows will come from managing Debtors better (trade finance?) and reducing expenses (salaries, layoffs?);
Maybe even selling LABSKIN off.
Meant to say 25p to 32p paid... sob, sob.
nl - a lot less risk at <1p than the 25.32 a lot of us paid 2 years ago.
The sea of blue in the trades looks hopeful - no guarantees on AIM, which most understand?
(or other places these days!)
Seems positive quite a few buys today flying in. High risk and reward. RNS confirms everything though.
You seem to be implying that there’s imminent dilution on the cards due to an offering? Not the case, so I’d caution against implying that. The RNS makes it clear that cash flow needs addressing; trade financing would bring forward the cash in advance from contracts to solve that. No need for dilution; no suggestion of dilution; hence the recovering share price.
Please stop with the suckering in new mugs
Well, the Co is infamous for "leaks"!
If one of those imminent contracts have indeed been agreed...
IMO…best time to load now..
It will re rate sooner or later from this silly low price..
Holding strong
GL
someone is loading up.
Trills, was it ego or were we simply ‘played’ not sure we will ever know but it’s cost all of people a lot of money and he has to be held accountable…
Trills - I am glad that you can now see that. The Emperor's New Clothes and all that.
Let's hope that the police/FCA etc come calling for him. I am astonished that he is still at MSYS - with him there I suspect that MSYS is uninvestable.
Fuxd us all.
Glanaco Facebook have some pictures from CQMS:

So that would be the MWMS van, yes? The van...
Presumably nobody on here in the area planning a visit to day two of the show?
Yes, 0.60-0.58 appx, since 3pm (all BUYS after 3pm done at 0.60, indicating that the 5mln BUY order was placed just before then).
Could next week be worse than this one??
Just a hopeless optimist?
Added a little over 35% to my holding, for a very modest sum.
Now 93% instead of 96% down...
Nice 5m buy at the end . Could tick us up Monday morning, add a mix of news and it could be a good week.
You are right, MTDog, Nigel will not be CEO of DVRG eventually; he will make lots of money from his 5% stake in MSYS and DVRG must be too stressful for him already.
So GJB and his "dodgy mate" will run MSYS.
On BoD I would like to see a clear out of those directors who oversaw the previous shambles.
Also, there is a clear conflict of interest with one director being on the board of DVRG AND MSYS. He has to go from one - presumably from DVRG as he over saw the shambles and was clearly one of GB's 'dodgy mates'.
Nice to have a bit of discussion about. With the temp CEO (if that is correct) they do seem to be more transparent and positive.
I’d like to see them release an RNS stating that the payment plan has been accepted. Then to release one about contracts. Let’s hope this fella can turn it around.
Only read the recent RNS as I feel anything in the past is not relevant with the company being where it is now.
MMs dropped it this morning on 2m sales, i cant beleive it has not ticked back up. Must be a large sell order in maybe?
All divisions are loss making, Muggins, so obviously it'd make no sense for the Co to sell at Book Value.
labskin is (was?) supposedly the jewel of the crown so if someone with deep pockets wanted the concept/brand/AI behind it, they'd pay more than the book value.
We are discussing assumptions, what if scenarios etc here, so you need to keep an open mind; some scenarios may seem and be far fetched but that's why we exchange views (some people, believe it or not, actually act in good faith).
From the last set of financials Labskin made an operating loss. Since then the US, supposedly the main driver for growth, has been closed down. Also, we have no idea how much of the revenue overstatement relates to Labskin so the performance could be materially worse. Why anyone would think that we could sell this for mills is utterly beyond me.
Or sell Labskin for a few miln.
