I know someone will point out that DGI is not AIM atm,.. but it will be at some point.
Every investor should consider having a long term strategy. Jumping from share to share is o.k. as long as you think about the impact on your investments.
My safety buffer is the 7% rule which I modified to the 5% rule.
I now have four shares where I am in and have a 90% commitment.
Slicing off profit and averaging down or up depending on News or how the Share is performing.
Just curious to see where other DGI investors have risked their money,.. here's my list.
At present I am in the blue on 3 shares HEX which has made me over 70% profit, DGI which I have managed to increase my holding by another 3 million shares in the last week thanks to HEX profits and Tertiary which has just started to come good.
My new punt is on Katora Just a 1k flutter to see if there is any mileage in the latest developments in Namibia and Tanzania. They have 3 JV's and a further project in Haneti TZ.
I also keep previous shares that have potential on my radar one being HE1 and PHE. HE1 is due yet another raise for the EWT so staying out till that is announced. PHE has huge potential but don't see any real movement up in the SP until the Kiln installation at Bridgend. The Kiln has been shipped from China and will take approximately one month to port.
That's all I have in AIM shares the rest is in boring FTSE 100 companies which do provide a dividend income which I still stupidly gamble/waste on AIM shares , I think it's called addiction!!
Interesting times ahead here i do trade a bit bit this one am holding as major news more tie ups agreements would see this closer to 1p over the course of the next 12 month's
Goid luck all
Hey
I am with you all for the long haul. Thats why i added 3.69m first thing this morning
Dual listing could possibly raise more funds.
for the JV, together with any foreign direct investment and other regulatory approvals required in India, as soon as possible, with the parties targeting the start of manufacturing by the JV within the next 12 months.
And if you look at the other RNS re
external financing was mentioned
Would expect a higher SP with news There is no way the Norwegians would take near on 5% otherwise
imho
People who want to be wealthy in the longer term I should imagine.
Looks like the sp is stuck here for the forseeable as the last RNS indicated the move to AIm will have an associated fund raise.
So who will buy with a fund raise on the horizon.
Be interesting what newsflow is around the corner with the Norway investment
next raise must be a lot higher with alternative funding mentioned
great time to be on here
LOL.
Will have been absorbed overnight
Should see some action today
But whos the Tier 1 in the USA we are with ?
The next leg quickly after shares admitted
Going up
They will be concentrating on small vans/lorries first as thats the ev market in india, and its what evage are already good at,modular design, a car would be a great addition, theres no need yet as several hundred million goods vehicles are ripe for replacement with the government keen to reduce tail pipe polution in some cities from lethal levels like living in a coal fired blast furnace from 1824 not 2024. a taxi would be the next step as they are using 1950,s cars from england like the morris oxford, this was in mumbai about 7 yrs ago a truly eye watering experience if you were following one of these mobile toxic waste excreters..
We need to build a reliable yet affordable car. We don't have to be the iPhone of cars but the Motorola even in the share price.🤫👈
Il take the lead from tbe Norwegian investment fund
Phone your broker?
great. ask him/her about the fundraise (mentioned in the RNS) on the transfer of the company to AIM.
that's going to be the big one...surely? thats the one you want in on.
Yes top article optrade.
I’m just calling out DGI’s 18 world wide patents -not to be sniffed at.
Peter’s words
"Asia is a critical market for the EV industry, and India in particular benefits from a leading manufacturing platform that will allow us to deploy our products at top speed and competitive costs," said Peter Bardenfleth-Hansen, CEO of DG Innovate.
Deploy at TOP SPEED & COMPETITIVE costs - if anyone knows how to navigate this sector it’s the Fab 4, for sure!

It's still early days but as others have said, for those who buy and hold. This stock has massive upside potential.
He is doing the same on HEX
