@angioprime. Can you advise, as i bought and sold how to put a date
Hi sharealot, personally I have a spreadsheet with all buys and sells so I entered dates and values from my first buy in 2020 till suspension, as I only sold a certain amount once it was a simple one. I am with Hargreaves and you can find buys and sells under transaction history so I would assume. Other brokers have similar.
Only from my personal view, I think Mr cotter and team may clear this up in time once things started rolling. whether they set a timeline ,we shall see.gl
Hi all. I am only now thinking of persuing this with cotter, but the only worry i have that is - are these the fees for stage 1 only? or are there likely to be further fees? I haven't had time to watch the video yet but will do so. And if not enough money is obtained for the actions required will we be refunded what we have already paid?
Prophetic
You MUST watch the call video before committing. No fees expected beyond stage one, plus absolutely no problem on uptake - we’ll be going ahead as planned. You’d be better using your time watching the video, rather than waste it posting to say you haven’t.
FR, Thanks for your concern, we’re so lucky that you just happened to open an LSE account and stumble upon poor wee COPL out of all the thousands of stocks, just in time to save us all. What are the odds on that? Incredible luck, on our part.
Thank you for your advice, but we are not going to just sit here and allow them to get away with this robbery.I believe many here are happy to see justice done at whatever cost ,so you can please fly away with your advice
Just trying to help guys, no harm in an independent person who is not riding on emotion pointing out potential pitfalls and issues I hope?
As I say the cause is noble if legit, but the tone of messaging lately has been fairly aggressive, I.e questions seem to not be allowed or shouted down( just like the good old days eh!!) So I think it's fair to call that out.
We don't know you from jack, thanks for the concerns but I'll take my chances. I'll fight this to the bitter end and support any action taken. You can fly off now.
Flightrisk is "Fish" or recently "HereWeGosAgain", todays post is the usual concerned tone, yesterday's post was the usual sarcastic wind up, take no notice.
" just like the good old days eh!!", now why would it know about the good old days?
Because it has been on here many times disrupting the bb.
Just be careful what you wish for is all im saying. As I said yesterday.
Fool me once shame on you
Fool me twice shame on me.
But the endless questions about fees is concerning IMO.
Flightrisk now showing its true colours, trying to scare us with the post it used yesterday, usual rubbish, take no notice.
Covered with absolute candour by Michael Cotter in the 4 Zoom calls. A recording of one of them made so that any of us can corroborate.
Personally more concerned with a new poster who wishes to spread fud !!!
rbm and the CAG are shareholders !!
KRO
Thanks for you superficial concern Fish....
(ie) the one that was passing info to Tom Winnifrith about the original action group and their discussions.
As you can see, this one is better organised with a greater impetus and focus on the bad actors.
Give our regards to TW. The shorting trail leads straight to his front door, he must be a tad nervous these days.
NNTR ;-)
Shouston. You are one of those AIm desperados who hasn't got a clue, I still cringe at your recent post about dragons sitting aside someone at a desk, your type are ramped in time and time again on promises of untold riches, when it all falls flat, you Blame some bloke called Tom winnifrth. These chat boards are full of his name for some reason.
Also you cannot short something that isn't trading. Still I wish you well at tomorrow's open.
My experience of lawyers is sadly not great. They will take on any case as long as they get paid their £300 + rate per hour. Also the last thing they want is a resolution because then the fees stop. So they bill as often as possible and only bring things to a conclusion once they have little choice and realise the client has little left to pay them. Anyone who has been through a divorce or been through litigation will recognise this behaviour. Kicking the tyres on fees in advance makes sense. No win no fee is great but doesn’t really work if this goes to court as the fees will be huge . Imagine the costs of a 60 day trial with numerous defendants. I am not scaremongering and will probably join the class action but we all need to have our eyes open.
Sageman, I really don’t think our case can be compared with a divorce!! Totally different actions, totally different costing scenarios. Please watch the the zoom call video to see how costs would be funded in the unlikely event of this reaching court. It’s absolutely not in MC’s best interests to have a meter ticking. Having watched the video, if you still have questions, then ask them. But it’s nothing like a divorce. If you’re still not comfortable, then don’t proceed. Simples.
Michael Cotter retrieved many millions of pounds for investors in Arch Cru, Key Data and ARCK. Have any of us seen complaints from those investors who, without Mr Cotter's guidance and skill would have remained high and dry in relation to their investments (as we currently are)? Bearing in mind the enormity of losses at the moment (well, at least in my case) I am not in a position to invest the 10's or even 100's of thousands in legal fees that this Class Action would require were a pure fee-based legal service to be used. Personally, I am extremely grateful that another CAG member introduced me to Mr Cotter. His CV is highly relevant to our situation.
Sure
But just remeber those that ask difficult questions are not your enemy no matter how much you want them to be.
Those who refuse to answer them though hmmm.
🤔🤔🤔
I'm always happy to answer difficult questions about COPL so long as my replies will not negatively impact on Mr Cotter's work and/or offer advantage to CAG's opposition. What would you like to ask?
I would like to ask why you are promoting a campaign that on its current projection is doomed to failure.
Your CAG has already been infiltrated by 'your enemies' itsa good move to not mention too much on Here, but you have masses of sleeper accounts suddenly 'waking up' and 'remembering' they have copl share and playing you guys big time, they are seeking to learn what you are desperate to withhold on here, and you are giving them all the info they require.
As I say I'm not on anyone's side here, but by God don't be so naive.
'Doomed to failure'? Obviously you have a reason for saying that. What is it please?
Flightrisk - just one question, why are you not on the side of shareholders that have been stung big here 🤔😮
" I am not on anyone's side here"
Tells us us we need to know about you imo.
You have reservations that's your view and OK to have an opinion, but you state that you are "on no ones side". Surely you would be on the side of shareholders if you genuinely concerned about shareholders getting ripped off 😮
