Awarded stupidest post last week and now continues now to be Share Clairvoyant of the Year by telling us the share was tanking in his/her first COPL post below, Dec 2023.
Talk about stating the bleeding obvious after the horse has bolted, where do these geniuses come from, as much use as a wet f4rt.

It's rare for anyone to actually want to buy these oil AIM companies, they're usually a vessel for PI's cash into board pockets.
Of course there is the odd exception
Cheers, saintnick, I agree there must of been a potential JVP, it was in several RNS and all the usual suspects at one point had their names at the bottom of these RNS, Mulholland, Richardson, Cowan, Gaffney.
Bring on the Class Action.
Saintnick, you bring up the JV, was it a lie.
I am in the Class Action but do not look in the bb everyday but a while back there was comment that CAG had said that there was a potential JVP who walked away in December.
Was there a JVP, can anyone confirm.
"Thank you Joel.
I am in this Class Action and realise a KC (was never included in the no win fee) and the added complexities that it will involve British and Canadian Law although they are similar, will add to some costs.
Best wishes",

RE: Bearish engulfing posted. Today 12:54
Yeah, olderwiser is a massive deramper unfortunately. Hundreds and hundreds of deramping posts. Olderwiser will sell PANR and buy 88e very soon because of his behaviour.
Why did PANR sink from 45p back down to 30p if it is so much better? Expected better here. Must be the alaskan curse. The market still wants to value 88e higher, so it must be better than PANR.
This will go to probably go below 20p because of massive dilution worries and lots of rampers on here. Might be worth a small bet then.
That is it, Class Action is the only way to go.
"23. Despite the Applicants’ considerable efforts, with ongoing support from the Monitor, the
Board and the Financial Advisor, the Applicants did not receive any LOIs from potential bidders
as of the LOI Deadline. No LOI was received from the CAG or parties affiliated with the CAG.
Therefore, in accordance with the terms of the SISP, following the LOI Deadline, the Stalking
Horse Bid was declared as the Successful Bid and the SISP was terminated".
It is obvious that the shorters are a little nervous.
Yes the 88e has no big money on the table as yet but the Test Wells at Phoenix succeeded and looking for a farm-out partner to fund Phoenix.
If this comes together this should push the sp up and the shorters know it.
The other plays need time to develop but could always be sold as geo politics will play on everyones mind.
Putin, Iran have made their pitch and now between a rock and a hard place imo and not changing, China needs a global economy otherwise how are they going to employ their people, over 700 million in the workforce but will need to support Putin one way or another.
Oil is here to stay for now so 88e could become flavour of the month anytime.
This farm-out is getting repeated, so I will hold, bottom drawer, BOD realise that deep pockets required is the minimum.
I would like to see them sell Phoenix but with "Pantheon Resources Plc has declared significant contingent resource for Lower BFF reservoir on neighbouring acreage", I do see that this area has production potential.
A Major will change the sp.
III. "Commence formal farm-out process to attract new partner to
fund next stage – Early production system (EPS)"
There is oil, forget this nonsense about flow rates, these are Test Wells, it has done what it set out to do, find oil.
This has always been the only option imo, farm out, sell, buyout, TO etc etc.
There is no debt but at the same time no money so the market wants to see money on the table, now is the time, spring coming up and the geo political situation has become a basket case.
Question is what is Phoenix and Icewine worth.

Older, IMO the work below presents a fully analytical model for estimating the productivity of a vertical, fully penetrating and completely perforated well.
It is very easy to follow, if you struggle with it I suggest waiting for results this week, might be easier.

Rpj8438, did you mean to say..is a likely scenario.
"That being said you would have be foolish not to think that a potential buyout of all these leases including 88, isn't a likely senerio..As you know the cost of production is hundreds of millions of dollars..huge financial burden for small companies, but not for big oil...either way glta.."
My hope is a Buyout, 88e is a minnow, it does not have the manpower, capital equipment, money etc etc to develop this field, I hope they see that shareholders need to make money at some point or this will become COPL over again.
Just up the road is Conoco and Exxon and they are working together, are they watching?
As Stas and I know from experience with COPL the scenario of a minnow sitting on billions of barrels of oil and losing control of it because they had no money but thought they could do it themselves with wonga lenders.
PANR and 88e are in a unique position of potentially sitting on a basin with billions of barrels.
Both companies appear to be working together for the greater good, both are minnows, both do not have deep pockets, I hope when all testing and data completed they sell to a Major, COPL missed the opportunity because they were run by a bunch of crooks, I am hoping for a TO, Buyout, JV with a major, cannot see any other play, otherwise we go down the never ending placing or borrowing route.
IMO this is too big for an exploration company.
At some point I hope sooner rather than later the major shareholders will want to make money imo.

Blimey, all this my flow rate next door is bigger than your flow rate, they are testing, all to play for.
"88E’s result is in line with its neighbour directly to the north, UK listed Pantheon Resources - who got flow rates of circa 45-108 barrels of oil per day".
