An amusing dynamic this morning26 Sep 2023 09:03
A punter with a disastrous record this year (and I mean, seriously disastrous) is ringing around folk this morning to try and initiate a short on HE1 today.
It’s probably the best thing anyone long of the stock could hear this morning due to the track record of this character in 2023.
So the attempt to lower the stock this morning is just a coordinated attempt to cause distress.
What will be glorious is when said poster is squeezed out when this short attempt fails - It will happen.
Added this morning
"I must say, it's extremely curious how they got an unsolicited offer just before they ran out of cash".
IMO it is a good time to make an offer as it will not be high ball but enough to interest, here is the offer or do you want to go down the new equity route.
I admit I think they will struggle in 2024 to turn a profit and the report shows this, so for me it is worth a punt that they might sell to deeper pockets if the price is right

The rest of the board is over 55, three are share holders another two have options and one has none.

Current cash runs out next month.
If the price is fair I think this will sell, pass it on to a company with deep pockets.

What is it worth, and this is just USA.
"Renalytix AI has partnered with AstraZeneca to develop and launch precision medicine strategies for cardiovascular, renal and metabolic diseases".............so if the buyer is AZN will they need to do a lengthy DD.
It's a thought.
I was wondering about that Fin.
Even if he/she was in the most easterly part of the USA, Maine, 5 hours behind uk, it meant he/she started posting this morning at 4am US time.
Cannot of been a very good night with his/her lady friend, or was it a lady.
hhhhhhhmmmmmm, better go to church and seek judgement from a higher authority!
Alfresco, I did not word my post correctly apologies.
As in your post showed they say they injected NGL in the third quarter (July, Aug, Sept) but RNS to purchase and increase injectant was not till the fourth quarter, so they had no NGL in the third quarter.
GGS completed in July 23 but no mention of injectant used in the third quarter RNS's, just start NGL in September.
"As reported as a subsequent event in the Company's Q2 2023 press release, the Barron Flats Unit gas gathering infrastructure improvement was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. Currently, the Company is determining the best level of efficiency and is restarting NGL gas injection in September."
This defInitely is misleading information in an RNS.
Is this why they resigned. In print with their names, no further RNS's to present day ever mentioned that NGL was purchased or used. If they did use it and did not work they would of told us, wouldn't they?
RNS Number : 9632O.Canadian Overseas Petroleum Ltd. 06 October 2023.
John Cowan, CEO said:
"I am delighted to have closed this financing that now allows my entire focus to be on delivering increased production at field site through increasing Q4 NGL injectant."
Ryan Gaffney, CFO said:
"The restructuring with our senior creditors and the Anavio financing provides COPL America with improved operating cash flow from today, and the Company intends to direct that to increased NGL injectant and field capex to increase production and demonstrate the potential of the Wyoming assets."
The company plans to spend over $500,000 on NGL injectant in each of October and November to increase the density of NGL's in the gas injection
Fin, maybe this is the reason.

Continuing Saint and Micky, appears Mark wall has no previous connection to the cabal.

Aside Richardson's bluster that "The preliminary results of the third party technical review have not changed the Company's conclusions about the value of the Company's assets", there are known assets, who's conclusions, the only name on the RNS is Richardson.
https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/COPL/significant-increases-in-reserves-and-values/15623712
The 1bbl discovery is still there, no one, not even Richardson has denied the existence of this discovery.
How can there be an RNS without Kravitz and Wall's name on it.
This was a one man RNS with no facts.
I was thinking about Anavio, my view is that they have created a ****storm for themselves that they will keep there heads down and try to depart the scene of the crime quietly with the ASC, FCA and Class Action investigating.
RBM intimated that Richardson had an uncomfortable week or words to that effect, everyone else gone so Anavio have no one left to plot with.
The cabal have gone, just Richardson to go and we have a new BOD for the SL to work with.
Kravitz has the power to change things around, the SHG have done a great job and the group of high net worth individuals have all created a new platform
I would like to know who brought in Kravitz, was it the ASC, FCA, SL or all three, for a public company we sure have been kept in the dark but there has been a complete clear out so someone is interested.
