Slim - So you are saying that Hannam and partners who will have an NDA with the company have disclosed price sensitive communications about the offers on the table and if the sales process will happen ? In your words they are saying nothing is on the table . I’m sorry slim I don’t believe you . That would be market sensitive information . All my opinion
The negative posts won't make a person's mind up but it could eadily deter them from doing their own research
I fully concur with your comments ’Slippery1’ and am also guilty of posting my frustration! Do you honestly believe that any posts on here will discourage PI’sfrom investing, any more than ramping or deramping would influence the SP?
Hmm a female dog ing is filtered
anyone thinking about investing in cnr will take one look at the posts here at run to the hills.
i know we are all mostly in the red on here but the constant ******** and name calling isn't gonna help the cause.
it only takes a few pi's to build a little momentum that might increase any potential deal.
disappointing it maybe but this is the aim and you shouldn't invest money you're not prepared to lose.
on the flip side i've got a dead cert in the 13.30 at lingfield if anyone is interested.
Thanks slim. Get ready to bend over and take it from Big Jim!
I wasn’t getting no answers from mark so someone phone Hanna which there’s numbers available on line after a week or so they got through to a chap who basically said nothings on the table this year and if no sale they will part company in February . The biggest problem is it’s in Nicaragua , he’s words This will end up in Jim’s hands
Slim could you let us know more about your phone call with Hannan - I couldn't quite get what you were trying to write! Ta
Yep, definitely time to update us on progress now. The proper process was supposed to be over by early summer (taking into account Xmas delays!) and yet here we are in November!!
Where is mark well he’s in the Uk hasn’t left since the American holiday which we paid for .the man hasn’t surfaced for some time , no videos, no rns contact number disconnected, has the shop been shut
A co getting stick from every board and some loyal investors would come out and put the story straight
My believe is this is all being geared up for Jim to finger us
888 and nero120 do you still get yr regular updates from him or have they stopped
Should be in court for mismanagement
You’re dreaming or deluded if you think we we will get anything above £0.50p!
Not according to Hanna
The sale process is happening until they announce a sale or that it isn’t happening. No one on this bb knows anything about the sale process so the continuing chatter and speculation is entirely pointless. I will rejoin the conversation when there is something new to say which will hopefully be an RNS confirming a binding offer. The current strength of gold and positive views going forward can only help the process.
Sadly price wise I reckon you’re right Seingred, what a **it **ow! Where’s our resident ICB these days, conspicuous by his/her their absence? GLA

Mc has touched on this a few times and it is for sure coming. Kind of nice to buy little bits of gold on your phone when you have a few quid, or swap some eth or tether into gold. Good for gold in the future.
Ddd, next crypto bull run has started . ETF close and Bitcoin halving next year. A lot of money is heading that way could well be in tandem with gold. Been adding and trading crypto over the last year or so. I have micro strategy and Clark in the isa. Personally had enough of small explorers. Too risky, and cyclical. Was hoping to transfer some from Cnr to crypto base but it is taking way too long. This Maybe of interest in regards debt and crypto etc . Quite long tho

don’t see any way 60 p plus is likely If a sale happens. We must be close to heading into 200 m shares soon as cash cannot be too far from needing topping up. I doubt a sale price above $120 m with a number of costs inc I believe 15% tax. I still see 40-50 as best Hope which would be fine if you are buying at 17 p. Nobody is though . A 1 year sale process with just 3 site visits and no binding offer isn’t encouraging new investors. News for sure needed here !
Lol on x there’s more info about the water plant and bottle plant then the gold we cannot get to
DDD, although the US sanctions doesn't impact on us directly, I think the indirect effects are enough to impact our ability to raise the money for the mine build.
DDD don't lose heart. I suspect that MC and JM could sell the assets now if they were willing to entertain a lower binding offer, and I suspect there would be no shortage of bidders given the quality of the assets and the strength of the gold price, as you point out. There are negotiations ongoing, we just need to get to the point where both parties are willing to deal.
I think JM/MC want a higher initial binding offer, but that once the first bid is made public it will trigger other offers up to the true current market value of the assets (whatever that is, no one really knows for sure). My suspicion is that MC and JM have not greenlit an offer as yet because they don't need to, not because there is no interest. This will not last forever, and the assets will sell. A bit more patience required here.
With gold loitering around the $2000 point it's hard not to be optimistic about its next move. Conventional speculation on mainstream media seems to suggest it's all about the Middle East and Ukraine situation, although I've a feeling there is a lot more to it. I don't know how many others have noticed, but in recent weeks there has been a barrage of articles on U.S. debt, specifically its ever increasing deficits. We are now in a world of multi-trillion USD deficits and it is not sustainable. I'm watching for a US bond purchase strike, which logically shouldn't be too far away. The FED will likely increase rates to maintain interest although I'm unclear about how much further it can go before sending the U.S. economy into a tailspin. Is 7% too much, as is hinted by J. Dimon? I don't know, but the sort of wake-up call that the UK had with Liz Truss must be on the horizon.
So how could the markets react? Buy gold? Buy crypto? Buy non-US currencies? Could be all three, in which case gold could be readying for a run.
And in a world where $2000 is support vs. resistance, surely a bid for Condor can move up beyond 60p. What would the NPV be at $2000 gold?
Mark as a supposed financier could of raise money with big Jim and we could of been 6-12 mths away from a mine just as the script had started 16 yrs ago
No money to drill we p buy a mill
No mine to use the mill
We are not miners
Please just a catalogue of extremely bad errors which now play into Jim’s hands.
There’s no deal just like all the other promises
I can't recommend my own post. I'm ready to throw the towel in on the sales process. Let's say by December 31st, if a deal isn't on the table we change course. A wasted years, and money, yes, but we have to accept that bidders seem to want the work doing for them. We'll probably get more value in a year of raising money and pressing ahead with production than continuing to flog a dead horse.
Let's get a flavour of opinion.
Or down with the next one.
While I'm just as frustrated as anyone, I don't buy in to any conspiracy theories on BoD intentions until I see some tangible evidence of misbehaviour. All I'm seeing at the moment is speculation.
The fact that we don't have a deal yet is pretty obvious - we don't have a deal until we do. I don't need someone to tell me that we don't have a deal. I want someone to tell me that we do have one.
The equally obvious conclusion to that fact that we don't have a deal announcement is that the bids are below mine, and probably others, expectations. My circa 60p - 65p (share value equivalent) expectation is starting to look ambitious. My question is how ambitious is it vs. the actual ball park we are playing in? I always knew that the c$420m NPV would be heavily discounted, but I reckoned on a $120m - $140m base (post costs). Could we actually be in a sub $100m world? I don't even want to think about it, but perhaps we have to. That is if we are anywhere near a number and a contract.
On the other hand, after a year of failed attempts to sell why can't we have a go a raising the finance for a build project? The mere announcement would probably do more than any number of market making share price reductions (to generate a handful of trades). It's not defeatism, it's pragmatism. If you can't raise shareholder value one way, then you have to try another. This current non-progress situation really isn't sustainable for more than a few more weeks, whatever our 'advisors' might think.
Maybe a few calls in to bring it to a close is now in order.
