I fully concur with your sentiments Seingred, regrettably my abject folly, naivety and stupidity in equal measure, have cost me with other potential opportunities elsewhere. I am extremely mindful of investing anywhere else whilst still underwater here! I feel I may be a late arrival at the GGP party and will pass and watch it no doubt fly in my absence from the sidelines? Thanks as always!

Cheers Seingred, I appear to have a penchant for arriving to the party late! My exposure to CNR, has cost me big time with other potential opportunities due to the amount and time I was in the red!!!!! Perhaps, I'll get it right in my next life? GLA and have a pleasant weekend.
