Mine split btwn HL and LLOYDS....not a sniff of a letter from either !! They clearly wish to take this to the wire.....at the detriment to shareholders, the company, and Callum.
Posters on Telegram group are reporting problems resulting from arranging ogm to replace egm. Some are saying their brokers are now showing as not voted even though they had, so many voting again or concerned voting twice may invalidate their vote. Also, some have received letters from the BOD asking them to provide details of their holdings, on the basis that failure to do so will invalidate their votes. Talk about dirty tactics but it is all a bit concerning. I voted on HL but only after the revised meeting was put out and asked for and received an email from HL confirming my vote. On HL I had to vote twice as My holdings are split between ISA and other funds. Are others aware of that?
Getting weirder by the day. HL now have me as voted but if I click “vote here” it appears to infer that I haven’t voted on the 3rd party site that dealt with it. I’m not voting again until that gets clarified in case it voids the vote.
Bellers you could be right, given the timeframe it’s probably best to involve key players rather than every holding.
Nothing unusual here. A very short response window has been given. Clearly with a view of nullifying some of the vote for the resolution. Those with the letters need to respond immediately.
Having investigated this is fairly standard and we should all answer within the given timeframe
Nothing for me yet either. I wonder if it’s for people with fairly high holdings that will make a considerable difference to voting. On another note, the spread is tight today. When I looked a few minutes ago a dummy sell and a buy were only 0.06 pence apart. I wonder if we’re going to get wild fluctuations in the sp?
No letter received by me. Looking out for it just in case.
Please beware that chill is sending out letters quoting section 793 of the 2006 act to some shareholders asking for their amount of holdings and if you don’t comply your vote can be invalidated , this is how desperate they are ! If you get one just answer it truthfully and have proof you’ve sent it .
Open Letter to Antonio & Trevor
Have a look at Primorus Investments (PRIM)
On 9th September 2020 a shareholder with more than 5% submitted a letter requesting a General Meeting.
This GM was to remove the three existing Directors and replace them with three new Directors.
The person who submitted the Request for a General Meeting had 17.6% on 26th August 2020 and on the 18th of September 2020 they had 18.36%
We know JS has declared 13.45%
What happened at Primorus Investments was on 23rd September 2020 the letter of Requisition was withdrawn and three new Directors would be appointed (after due diligence) and the original three Directors would resign after the AGM.
I was actively involved in gathering support for the new Directors and if you have a spare 48 hours you could read all my Posts on their B.B.
I have spoken to numerous Chill Brand shareholders, and they all want change and both your resignations.
If you go-ahead with the General Meeting you will lose and the record of shareholder dissent will ensure that you will not be Directors and the GM.
There is a short window still available for you both to exit or face an uncertain future.

“Yes there were times, I’m sure you knew when I bit of more than I could chew.”
How to get Rich
One way of becoming rich is to rob a bank (please do not rob a bank as there are laws that can potentially convict you and you most likely would go to prison)
I don’t believe actual “Bank Robbers” wake up one morning and decide to rob a bank.
They probably begin firstly by stealing the odd bottle of milk from a doorstep.
Then when they realise that there are no consequences, they steal a few sweeties from a newsagent.
Then as they realise that there are no consequences, they rob the cash-register of the newsagent and if they are lucky, they may get a few hundred £££.
Assuming they were not caught they become a bit more adventurous and rob a Post Office (because there is a lot more cash to steal than at a newsagents)
Finally, the “robbers” but really, they should be called “thieves” want more and more money and decide to rob Banks.
Unfortunately for Bank Robbers, they nearly always get caught.
In their milk stealing youth to their adult Bank Robbing days, they will have done other things in-between. Sometimes they settle “out of court” because they don’t want to do jail time, or they try to avoid having all their “ill gotten gains” confiscated. Sometimes they try to cause a diversion when they have a pending court case.
People in the above hypothetical situation will have trampled on many toes and done more than stealing milk.

PS The X-Files The truth is out there.
I remember being told that I must be an idiot if I don’t think the seeds were worth $1 each, apparently they were a commodity !
Was invested in days of HNR, still am !
Should have been called Trevor Antonio Resources, TAR !!!
Amazing what has been unearthed, and yet to be, dodgy seed deals, shares to seed staff, the disappearing hydrogen, etc...
Yeh they're complete clowns, good to see shareholders all understand how terrible keeping them onboard is for the company
Antonio & Trevor are a couple of clowns & have only ever been out to line their own pockets. Someone should do a timeline dating back to when this was an oil company, just with no oil.
I agree Hydraulic
RKB you’ve gone well over “above & beyond “
Thanks Hungryjaxx
I dont usually post but I would just like to say thank you, to say your are going above and beyond RKB, would be an understatement.
And thank you for all the rest who have posted and gave their say and numbers, cheers to you all.
My 215k shares voted for the resolutions
Public Register
There is a public register of Companies with the largest percentage of shareholder discontent.
https://www.theia.org/public-register
The Public Register is the world’s first register tracking shareholder dissent at listed companies. The Register details companies in the UK that have received significant opposition by shareholders to a resolution (written statements by a company’s board of directors detailing a binding corporate action), or any resolution withdrawn before a shareholder vote.
I have been doing some research (along with the digging) and I asked my AI BoT “what is the largest percentage of a UK Listed Company that shareholders voted on” (or something like that)
The artificial intelligence BoT said Keller Group Plc votes were cast for a total of 60,117,950 Ordinary Shares representing 82.61% of the total number of votes capable of being cast at the AGM. (I checked their website, and it was correct, Main Market KLR is their ticker)
I still believe we will have over 60% (possibly 73%) of all shares casting their votes and we will win with a landslide.

PS I check the average daily volume of Chill Brands Plc shares over a 15-day trading period, each month from January 2024 to yesterday and it was:
January 3.7 million
February 2.6 million
March 1.6 million
April 1.87 million
The reason I was looking at the average daily volume was to see if after the 22nd April 2024 there was an increase in Trading (there was not) DYOR
My 496k shares have voted for the resolutions
Dont think I have ever seen a vote so one-sided. Great stuff from all shareholders! Callum will be back in the drivers seat in no time.
As previously declared on this board, I confirm having cast a total of 3,384,500 votes in support of all resolutions in respect of shareholdings held in 4 Interactive Investor Accounts.
Guys, this is all completely staggering!
This should make the front page when it hits.
At least Trevor & Antonio will have the consolation of being front page news for a day.
They might even get their pics in the paper.
Callum will be completely vindicated.
The People have spoken.
Further to my conversation with you yesterday I then received later an email from Lloyds and voted all resolutions for my 954,700 shares.
Appreciate the time you spend for all concerned to give an insight to where we stand.
You can add mine as well, holding only 25000, voted 'for' all resolutions.. every little helps as the say.
