Lol- whole market overpriced? Will be seen as underpriced once inflation tops and drops- when companies still make profit which many are, why are they overpriced? Many are cheap in my vew.
Hopefully they will do a Q and A and we can submit questions.
We have a shorter Marshall Wace ,they could be manipulating.
In general the buys and sell no matter the quantity or value push the share which is illogical.
ie a sell of as little as 50 shares drops the price even though the previous buys have been in the thousands.
Illogical Captain Kirk.
After the Canadian holiday yesterday the div hit my account this morning.
I agree Mr.Bond, another point I keep thinking about is the bought / sold volume ratio.
It is continuously higher on the bought side, surely through time this alone is enough to drive the price up.
Shares in general taken a tumble due to low number of trades and for low value .
A trader controlled market .
Actual valuation ,certainly with CEY, with no debt .still making a profit even after a grim 2 years is at least 20p higher, and that is not taking into account future prospects.
Basicly the whole market has been overpriced, owing to cheap credit .
As they say cream will rise to the top. So will shares similar to CEY. A bargain at the moment.
IMHO.
Yes I miss their posts as well. Always interesting and informative!
BoE desperately trying to contain a crisis this morning. The financial system is looking like it may soon break, like here in the UK. 86p may soon be very cheap money. I am holding my Centamin.
European stock markets traded lower on Tuesday's premarket session ahead of this week's economic data and with earnings season in focus. In the coming days, investors will receive new data on German inflation, EU industrial production, and UK GDP.
On the Ukraine conflict, yesterday, United States President Joe Biden said Washington will supply Kiev with advanced air defense systems. At the same time, Europe continues to strengthen its actions against Moscow over the latest attacks on Ukrainian cities. The latest developments add to the increasing concern over the energy crisis and the looming possibility of an economic recession.

I miss them, too. The thread is much less interesting without them. Hopefully it will be just a break & not forever.
Yes they're sorely missed...
Totally agree .
Hope they are both well.
Both have been quiet since around the time when queen Elizabeth past away.
I do hope you’re both okay.
Market, war etc, we need all the help we can get.

However, on the Comex New York close there is a gap from 1702 to 1709.3 as well.
Centamin may do nothing. They may fill the gap when London is already closed or when get to see touch back to 90p for traders to play with.
Mine came in in Friday, no rise, gold has had its bounce?
Got mine late Friday.
To note gap in gold charts USA side to be back filled so should see a rally this afternoon.
Centamin Fib lines were at 87.5 and 87.6 and so expect a close around those points as we got reasonable buying support so far today.
Yes should be through either today or tomorw , takes a few days......Paydate 7th Oct , will we see a rise with all those reinvested dividends?
From memory should we not be getting the 2.5 c this week
Ooops, correction, make that Thursday - normal time of 08:30US Eastern and 13:30 UK time.
It's all about Weds US CPI data now... flat or down and everything will jump as FED will become dovish- opposite news and opposite reaction- could be more of a slight sell down up until then... be a good time for so CEY news in the next 2 days.
