There are always arguments on different sides and a point of view is just that - the view from a particular point. Other people have different viewpoints which are just as legitimate. On the whole I think this board acknowledges that - which is what makes it so interesting and informative. Regarding the negotiations, although there's no excuse for rudeness and a lack of respect, at this critical stage one doesn't want to be the first to blink.
