Has anyone had any luck contacting the crooks at blcc? Or have they been lucky enough to vanish with our money with no explanations.

Has anyone seen this. Todoroff and Clayton still around
Worst company by far, still paying off the debt incurred by investing in this pile of crap.... lost about 100k. Crippled by debt for over a decade and 2 years left til break even and rebuild my life. These guys should be ashamed.....
No, just that Tordoff and Clayton were involved with BLCC and VULC, scumbags. We never got any answers or found out why First Sentinel Corporate only lasted a few weeks as the Advisor, stinks.
Have they set up as Vulcan industries know ?
Neil Clayton was the company secretary for Blcc and he's also the company secretary for Vulcan Industries.....
Can you post his email on here so we email him if only not yo let him get away with it so easily. Surely they can’t just disappear with our money in broad daylight without explanation. Seems these days if you’re corrupt the Tory party will reward you with more money and promotion, eg Lady Mone and clever Cleverly. Where is the corrupt FCA?
Why didn't someone chase down Ian Tordoff ? He was CEO and director at the time of delist, he's also executive chairman of Vulcan Industries Plc.

How can a listed company just do a runner with people’s money? They appear to have deliberately relisted for the bod to get rid of their shares at our expense and disappear. Who in reality does the FCA protect? Anyone complained to the FCA? Just to see their response. Isn’t one of the bod related to the Tory party?

Doesn’t seem so
ANY NEWS?????
Hold up, i thought they told ChesyCustard over the phone that loads was happening in the background and we'll be back up trading again in a few weeks, this was 8 months ago! Block Commodities website now "under construction"
Not looking good is it......
For info I just had this corporate event notification from II:
Stock BLOCK COMMODITIES NPV
Event Type De-Listing
Description Trading Status - Update
Market affected: AQSE Stock Exchange
Please be informed that Block Commodities Limited have advised that they are currently not in a position to appoint an AQSE adviser at present so are no longer listed on the exchange.
The company are still working on a potential reverse takeover with a view to being readmitted to an exchange which may or may not be the AQSE Stock Exchange. However, at present there is no available timetable for this.
ISA and SIPP customers may receive additional updates regarding the status of this stock due to the ineligibility of holding delisted stock within these products.

Nearly 4 weeks have passed since you "spoke" to the company about relisting and surprise surprise that have failed again to stick to what they say....I'm not angry, just disappointed lol
Can we believe a word they say though ? They don't even stick to what they've said on an rns so what's been said over the phone holds little weight. As Dave points out, the exclusivity period for the option to acquire a 70% interest in a medicinal cannabis licence had already been extended to 31 August 2021 so must have lapsed.
They have until the 26th of September so plenty of time to do a deal
But as it’s September and it’s still suspended. Could have missed the boat with the Zimbabwe license? Is the company worth anything without it?
I just rang the contact number on the latest RNS. Think I spoke to Neil.

agreed, I think if we all have a similar template it will be better
Comek, why don't you write a template and then we can personalise and sign it from ourselves. This will ensure we are all singing off the same songsheet and getting consistency.
Cheers
It's a shame some people are prepared to lose their money through suspected fraudulent activities by the BLCC bod, instead of an hour of their time writing a letter to the authorities concerned. No need for legal action, but a letter to the FCA and copy to aquis will suffice. After all its their responsibilities to ensure the bod act in the interests of shareholders.
Not sure Reeves tbh, the company is currently classed as suspended on the Aquis Exchange not delisted. As for the company address, i can't see one anywhere on the Block Commodities website and you won't find any information on Companies House either as Block Commodities has been registered in Guernsey "Block Commodities Limited is incorporated and registered in Guernsey under the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (as amended) with registered number 53855" If you register on the Guernsey Registry website you should be able to find Block Commodities (53855) and a registered office address for correspondence, this address won't necessarily be where they're based though because most microcap dogs use a Registered Office Address Service that forwards them on the mail.
This company has most likely spent more time on the Aquis (previously Nex) Exchange suspended than they have tradable and I'm surprised they haven't been booted off for good, the only positive i can currently see is that the share is suspended and not totally delisted, maybe people could contact the Aquis Exchange and try to get some answers?
I'm not advanced in this situation. Does the company just remain delisted or do they get removed completely from the market....if so what is timeline or protocol for this? Does anybody actually have the company address etc?
More BS than a Chris Cleverly potash MOU with an African prince, what happened to "Admission is expected to occur at 8:00am on or around 22 June 2021" ? Don't tell me, they're trying to secure a new advisor, well let's hope they last longer than a few weeks this time, that's if they can find anyone who will touch them.

It needs to relist before it moves anywhere first buddy.
Hopefully no one has invested the family silver in here..............really small M/C, a popular area at the moment, hopeful progress with cannabis licence acquisition, acquisition of seeds, action to repay creditors..........it looks like things are heading in the right direction.
If it moves, it will move quickly..........just fingers crossed it will be in the right direction!
:-)
So after the RNS release a couple weeks ago with the proposed return date. What is everyone's views of this actually returning to market......I'm losing hope slowly but surely :(

BLCC all doozy and no doobie.
Clearly not because its not trading, if all the boxes were ticked then we would have "lift off" by now surely?
Not "going to", has!
Then why release a rns and dangle the carrot on a release date if they are not going to stick by it....its just going to annoy shareholders.
I'm not holding my breath, just looks like same old same old to me - announce some cannabis venture, go quiet for a few months, announce an extension to the option of buying into the venture, go quiet for a few months, announce venture has been scrapped, obviously there's money raised and shares issued along the way.

Surely aquis should be showing if it’s trading today. I haven’t checked yet though.
*hears
H&l have just point blank said there will be no trading for blcc today and to call back tomorrow lol if anybody here's that it's back on trade can you let me know.....hopefully can get more brought before it goes up.
EQI is saying they are trading but no option to buy or sell yet....expecting an update mid morning
I have 55M, so 0.72% & looking to buy more . Remember, it was "on or around" - "Admission is expected to occur at 8:00am on or around 22 June 2021."

So once we relist Tuesday what is short term 2month sp prediction and long-term prediction or is it all dependent on funding etc?

I don’t think it will drop. On the contrary, they’re raising fund, so those investing surely see value. Plus getting the option extended and the corporate adviser recruited. So all positive, imo. I really thought I had lost my money, but now I see profit, lol, a lot more of it hopefully.
So what are we expecting the sp to open up at?
The raise represents half our MCap but one has to speculate to accumulate.
Hopefully the beginning of something big!

If his word is true then yes.
So, market update tomorrow then :)
The business is so small, I can't imagine a massive placement call.
Fingers crossed!
hopefully not too much of a shafting discount wise, when they do eventually place.
What do we think of this reply?

Dear Mr Edwards,

Doesn't matter if we give up or not atm
Locked In until we can find out what has happened and what is going to happen
Hi Guys don't give up on the share as good news came for Ananda Developments today, after waiting 3 years the licence to grow and cultivate above 0.2 THC has been granted, this is a big business for the future and I'm sure the government will see a lot of potential tax to be made. a lot of interest will be looking in to these companies. This share will come back stronger than ever just wait, you are in it at the beginning.

Hi , does anyone have advice on how to go about claiming this as loss, would a Negligible value claim be appropriate or are there other methods?
Last post: Captain-Fanley, 2 Jun 2021 12:50
Anymore news of a new advisor...?
Sorry shortcut didn't mean the negative response it's just irritating with the radio silence from them. I've emailed them but to no prevail....fingers crossed!
I emailed the company! Didn’t expect a response but got an email back the same day. News in next few weeks with advisor progress. Someone really needs to tell Tom Winnifrith to stick a sock in it.
Is the next few weeks....why do you think this? Do you have any evidence to suggest this or is it wishful thinking? If I'm honest I think it's lost money but I'm to be proven wrong :)
Looks like we will have some sort of news flow in the next few weeks with regards to new advisor coming on board. Fingers crossed here for everyone.
Watch this space.
Aren’t they obligated to update shareholders by aquis....and aquis by the FCA? It’s over 2 months now since suspension.
Sorry Aidan not a clue , beggers belief that no comment . Update of some nature would be respectful
Does anyone know what is going on at present?
Thanks

I wish I could buy...at present.
I've seen this situation 100's of times over the decades I've been investing.
We doubt we will get to invest as a placing, a big investor or a couple will be in discussion with Ian.
The key will be the dilution we face, however the growth and relist should be superb.
I'm estimating £500k of raising which will cover infrastructure and up to the 1st crop.
The timeline is uncertain and obviously I'm speaking from experience nothing more.
I'd expect based on time for planting/growth/harvesting etc, that once relisted add 3/4 months and then income.
So in theory it could be between July and next March....exciting times.
I’m was fairly content before reading zulu-one’s findings. I’m now genuinely excited to see what happens on the return of this listing.
Are we in at the beginning of something big?
Fingers crossed!
:-)
zulu-one, you're doing good research work. Thanks. Personally, I'm so far underwater here I'll get the bends if we ever come up.
Had a chat with a guy from Aquis Exchange, they have six months to replace the Corporate Adviser or they would be removed. He said it was unusual for them to resign without notice but could be that the cannabis business was a problem for them.
Then spoke to Brian Stockbridge from First Sentinel Finance and he said they just didn't tick all their boxes and its not unusual for corporate advisers to resign , they didn't have a problem with the cannabis side of the business but he couldn't go into it ,i asked him if there was anything fraudulent or law breaking and he said definitely not.
Would be good if they keep it suspended until the deal is done..
So it's been almost a month now since we've ceased trading and we have had zero communication from BLCC. How long can a company be demister for before they are completely removed from the lse?

Excellent, much appreciated detective work @zulu-one.
If this was done so that certain people could offload their stock why are our partner selling their entire interest in the Emperium Cobalt Project , "the Company will change its strategic direction and focus on the recently announced medicinal cannabis licence opportunity in partnership with its UK listed partner, Block Commodities Limited"

LOS ANGELES, March 23, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Century Cobalt (OTC: CCOB), further to its announcement made on March 17, 2021, announced today that it has signed an MOU and entered into discussions with UK-based Technology Minerals Limited (“Technology Minerals”) for Technology Minerals to acquire the Company’s entire interest (“the assets”) in the Emperium Cobalt Project, (the “Project”), based in the Idaho Cobalt Belt.
Technology Minerals is comprised of mining assets and a major recycling group, laying the foundations for the UK’s first meaningful green circular economy in the battery industry and is currently in the process of becoming a UK-listed Company on the on the Standard List of the London Stock Exchange, by way of a Reverse Take Over.
Technology Minerals will extract the raw materials required for Li-ion Battery cathodes and then help solve the ecological issue of spent Li-ion batteries by recycling them for reuse by battery manufacturers.
To date, Century Cobalt has focused on exploring and developing its large Emperium Cobalt Project to take advantage of the growing demand for secure, domestic cobalt supplies, but the Directors believe that a sale of its assets to Technology Minerals represents an attractive and quicker route to monetize the Project.
If the negotiations are successful and the sale of the Project is completed, the Company will change its strategic direction and focus on the recently announced medicinal cannabis licence opportunity in partnership with its UK listed partner, Block Commodities Limited.

Surely they can’t keep shareholders in the dark for so long. Thanks for the reply Jumpingfrog .
On a different note, aren’t they under obligation to explain what’s going on? Aquis suspended blcc cause of corporate adviser resigning, but nothing came from blcc. Should we form a group to write to blcc and aquis, if only to know where we stand? Can’t leave shareholders’suspended’ too lol
Bit of a delayed post....strange
Before suspension :)
How when it's suspended?
I brought more ooops :(
