Because, we have heard it all before:

They have been doing it since 2022, so why is FG telling us that they are going to continue testing, even though they cant be sure if its practical? Was he hoping that we'd forget??

My favourite bit was this:

"While quantum computing is not yet ready for practical deployment in Bitcoin mining, we believe that early investment and proprietary capability in this area could translate into a significant competitive advantage in the future.”

Why not just focus on testing and commercialising method c?

Can someone tell me where the investment is going to come from if the company has no revenue?

More vague can-kicking from FG. He wants to get to the end of the year, so he can vote himself one big final bonus..

Everyone on this board would smile for photo's if you'd been paid to go on a free holiday. It doesn't mean anything apart from look at what great time we are having on this holiday paid for by the shareholders, yer again! I look to the RNS telling us about the NDA's that have been signed!

IF FG was so confident and wanted to prove something, surely he'd exercise his right to buy the shares at 5p? Or even purchase the REPO back? It's just all smoke and mirrors, so he can continue to fund his lifestyle?

Also, it's a bit strange Mikeydj hasn't been posting. Do you think he could be FG and has been travelling so can't get on here?! haha

All it is telling me is that FG's shareholding has dropped to about 1.82%. Would be better if he'd actually got his hand in his pocket and increased it, don't you think?

I dont know what everyone's expecting here. With regards to the patent.. "You can patent software, but only if it represents a genuine technical innovation—not just code or a general idea implemented on a computer." So that's probably why it keeps getting denied. But heyho best keep wasting money and time trying to get a patent anyways.

And they have done Vegas every year..not as a speaker but as guests - like any person who bothered to buy a ticket. They needed the placing so they could buy people drinks in return for their signatures on NDA's 🤣 im just waiting to hear what a great time they've had on their hols 🤣

Why do they go every year? The only way the constant holidays could be seen as positive would be if they actually signed up to speak/present. Otherwise it is nothing more than a jolly; paid for by the shareholders!

Maybe I will be proved wrong, but it is nothing more than a lifestyle company at this present moment anyway! (all my own opinion of course, before I get reported!)

In my opinion, that doesnt make for positive reading..it screams to me 2 things:

Either it's getting taken private (which is why the bond holders wanted to change the terms)

Or

If blockeeper does get listed, I reckon it will rto with qbt and completely wipe-out shareholders!
