My information is taken from "BTC 2022 Mining Industry: Main Listed Miners".

I was referring to some research findings by QBT.

Does this mean it is now cheaper and easier to mine bitcoin as the price is up? So unless the demonstration was absolutely mind-blowing, maybe the costs of implementing it outweighed the savings?

I can't disagree with some of your points. Apart from the presentation results being too early.

Per the March 2024 RNS they had been in discussions already "over the past nine months";

then in August 2024 FG said "This complex technical step of the process is the precondition for deploying QBT’s technology and entering into pragmatic partnership and commercial discussions with the major players of the sector, all of whom are very aware of QBT’s technology and all of whom are just waiting for real-time."

Surely something would have been agreed beforehand, then all that would be left to do is prove it actually works in real time?

Also if RKB is cross-ramping on other boards. He must be desperate!

From September 2021:

Fast forward to January 2025:

FG said: "We believe this has the potential to be a major breakthrough for the entire Bitcoin mining industry, as QBT has developed an AI Oracle which can either reduce the energy cost of mining or increase the speed of mining at current energy costs, by approximately 30%"

The wording is pretty similar again..just changed the methods and numbers. Why has no one wanted to use it yet?
