Does anyone know what happened there? They were demonstrating there and even had NDAs in place at one point. Even modifying one of the methods so it would have better success there.

Did we ever get an update on this?

Well it has no revenue, and has anyone seen the actual product?

The methods seem to be all hearsay. Why not roll out methods A and B and get commercial deals sorted and some form of revenue coming in before focussing on Method C? And I have noticed that they no longer mention China in any of the more recent RNS's. So it must be US or nothing I imagine.

It seems like they just alter the wording of the RNS's...and use vague terms to keep investors suckered in.

Even if there is an update re the court case, it should have already have been factored in to previous rises. So until they have an agreement in place- with no new raises etc- I can't see this going above 2p. More than likely just stay around the 0.5- 1p range.
