Agreed surprised, personally I feel that it is inevitable, therefore the question is when. Surely coming out of a global pandemic and with forecasted +ve EBITDA in 2nd half of the year would be an ideal time to accumulate additional shares..................... I am holding LT as I feel bought out or not, given the cost savings, recent focus on additional channels and leadership changes, coupled with successful acquisitions will drive the SP higher.
and the fact that the mm's are happy to take any number of shares down here... :-)
you would think it an ideal oppoertunity for our largest share holder to take a hold of the company it has invested in heavily so far...they hold the strings already :-)
steve196, tbf the drop in revenue was largely expected as a result of the pandemic, you have managed to miss off the key take out for me which is that they expect to be EBITDA positive in the 2nd half this year, this is significant for me.
This will tank, what a pity.
Reduction in revenue to 5.5 million from last year 10.1 million.
Loss before tax of 1.4 million.
Word of advice, never read the crap on these boards, before the results.
M soft in talks to take on Chinese arm of til tok. Could this link be significant for BBSN.
Strange but not so strange buying... late yesterday = America = early today Asia or am I willow the wisp this could be a Panasonic rocket that Elon musk could advertise rooms to rent on mars there is only one way for this share up
Games being played again, 1.31p to sell, 1.34p and 1.35p are all buys.
Good news yesterday. The company is building up its business with some excellent clients just like Tangent the main shareholder. The combination of the two would make them both stronger in my view. Greater creative resources to share and develop into one of the majors in the industry.
BBSN's current market cap of only £8 million and now have a global partnership with Panasonic who is a global leader developing innovative technologies and solutions for wide ranging applications in the consumer electronics, housing, automotive and B2B sectors. Panasonic reported net sales of 7.49 trillion yen for the year ended March 31st 2020.
Appointment by Panasonic for new campaign
Surprise surprise, my 100,000 buy is in red.
Can't access the investors page on website, wonder if it's about to be updated ?

Tangent shaping the business with increased holding,27%, and now their people on BOD, expect improved revenue/profit and full takeover at some point as new platforms add value
150,000 buy at 1.33p.
That's 62,203 sells VS 212,345 buys but all down in red. I was one of the buyers.
1.3p is a sell, 1.333 and 1.33p are buys recorded in red.
Good deal of buying on Thursday. Good to see the SP edge up again. Not too many sellers about as most holding until a takeover from Tangent.

should have posted below..seeking to improve the financial situation further..as it was not too bad to start, ;-)
step by step here...Tangent taking key roles and with a large stake here are clearly seeking to improve the financial situation and early indications are they are expanding the business and as a result the sp along with it....a bit more patience as we gradually edge up in price :-)
Thanks chas, very kind of you and my late mother (who suffered from parkinsons) would also have appreciated the donation you very kindly provided to them after your recent success, much appreciated indeed.....let's see if we can find some further value in the markets from here.... gla
