I was quoted .285p for 1m, so I bought 500k at .28p and 500k at .285, saves myself £25 😆

Placings? Not sure what you are referring to there, that's one good thing about Trac, there has been only 1 very small raise they did for £262k.

The Company's issued share capital will consist of 65,626,357 Ordinary shares in total.

No worries Ctw2014, easy to forget when it's not on Lse. There were a few interesting snippets in there like :-

I have bought a substantial amount today, these are to cheap for what they have in the pipeline imo.

I've just noticed there were contracts awarded back in early 2023 for that sector of government, but surely this is a new development?

I had a small top up today, I haven't got a clue if this is good timing or not but I'm holding long-term so not worried.

I saw there was a definitive contract award for $0 action obligation, in connection with the "Dept of the Navy" on 7th April. I'm unaware we had any dealings with the Navy, can anyone clarify anything regarding this?

Looks like the start of a nice turn around story here at Trac, doesn't often happen these days! I just found some more money so topped up 130k shares, I have a nice round number now :-)

Time to sit back for a few months (no rush), see what contracts come in and see where this goes!

I cannot account for anyone else but personally I have been following Trac closely for a couple of years now. To me it looks as if Trac turned a corner in 2024/2025 and re-focused on shipping, things look better than they have in 2 years (with or without DHL) but the SP is at an all time low. Nothing is guaranteed but risk/reward looks good from down here (all just my opinion).

Just took another 20k shares, run out of money now though :-(
