Have a look over on ADVFN board, this has just been posted there. I don't know any other details, just passing information on:-

The other 5 senior staff listed owning shares total 370,585,661 or 21.83% of the total issues shares! That's 51.41% of the total issues shares held over 6 staff, confident much! With a recent large US defence contract under its belt if you don't think this seriously heading north I don't think you should be investing in shares imo.

If you want to know how much skin in the game:-

The CEO Steve Bassi alone has 502,079,484 or 29.58% of the total issued shares and that's not including all the other directors/senior staff!

I am a large holder in Narf and appreciate any additional information Sam or anyone else posts to this BB. Imo, i believe we are entering a news rich period starting with that 6.8m US contact.

I don't think you are far out at all there Mozax, I did work it out once and I think 78% is helds by 8 holders, not counting the likes of you and me. Very small free float left available.

Hi Mozax, I'm guilty on the 400k. The price was a little higher than I wanted but I'm in for the long haul and by the end of 2025 I think sub 2p will look ridiculously cheap. I will carry on accumulating as and when I can.

Good work Mozax, I've also transferred as much as I can over to the ISA. I currently have just over 2 million of these, for exactly the reason you mention, just a matter of time imo.

There are 6 large holders, who between them have taken well over 50% of the shares off the market.

Narf staff are in deep here, that should tell you something about where this is heading. But each to their own.

Time will tell, I'm in no hurry.

By your logic on point 3, no UK share is worth buying 😆

The SP and number of shares is totally irrelevant, you are buying a fraction of the Mcap which is currently just over £20m.
