Gas gas gas!
in JUNE we will be generating
Cash from SFB
Cash from Brockham
Cash from Lidsey
Who you kidding
DoneK - too much we’re gunna do and gunna make money stories from you. Only people making money here are BOD and Financial people taking commissions from all this dilution. You must be in on it.
"heaps of confetti"
---------
That's not confetti, that's 49% of Saltfleetby + £6m of cash.
Speaking of heaps of confetti...
This update from the ANGS webdsite on major holders:-
"The issued share capital of Angus Energy plc consists of 2,283,650,514 Ordinary Shares of £0.002 each with voting rights. No Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Angus Energy is 2,283,650,514."
Forum Energy Services Limited 27.9% (That's around 637 million shares, which stacks up exactly as per the recent RNS)
Aleph Fin C Limited 7.19% (Hang on? That's only 164 million shares? The same RNS stated that 273 million shares were being placed with Aleph to raise £3 million in tranche 1 of the £6 million placing? Where's the other 109 million shares then?
I've decided over the weekend to cut my losses too. Fact is that PIs don't have the share base to initiate any attempt in preventing ANGS from issueing more and more shares.
Additionally, I can't see 'actual' income revenue hitting ANGS bank accounts until end of July for first gas AND any Sidetrack revenue ('if' successful) not coming in until end sept.
I may lose out on a possjble spike, but in the meantime, if I leave my money in ANGS, its likely to depreciate further over the next 2 weeks while I'm missing out on pretty well guaranteed smaller profits elsewhere.
So I wish everyone well and good luck :-)
Bottom_feeder,
Best wishes to you to and thank you for your contribution..
Can i ask where you are thing of reinvesting?
Regards
SB
If you don’t have the balls to invest here… maybe premium bonds are more suited for you?
Are you actually invested ShareFlyer? you seem to disappear when the share price falls...
Will be Headinyourhands when this is 3p+ in a few weeks and you have zero shares.
Jamdo,
No harm they disappear & stay gone, their contributions tend to be limited to one line nonsense statements.. examples form earlier today
"Massive buy! This will Multibag from these levels!"
"Gas gas gas!"
sillybuttons, the same applies for HITS being uninvested and spouting for 5 years.
BV,
See post from HITS earlier on this thread..
You may notice it is more than one line!

I know Buttons, I was just curious to see how it's algorithm would respond to a direct question. Not very well apparently!
Silly Buttons - your name says it all! Suggest then you call up each ii and tell them that. Give it up - this is now only going UP!
IMHO DYOR GLA BUYTHEDIP
Sillybuttons, if you can explain why one would waste 5 years of their life posting about an individual company they are not invested in be my guest. Angus had 1.3 billion shares before buying the other half for a total of less than 2.3 billion, rocket science isn't needed to work out the maths for the upside is it.
Sillybuttons, you also like pasting HITS posts, it's as if you are the same person lol .
Looks like BUY pressure is building - MM have dragged it back three times now. Can’t do this forever eventually Mr Market will decamp from squatting on the Bid and it’ll run up fast
Ducks all lined up. Positivity reigns, Gas getting ready to gush and new lucrative beginnings in the bag. BOD have done a sterling job. Now let’s gather up the rewards.
I remember when 32 was cheap here with not even a 10th of what we have here now.
IMHO DYOR GLA BUYTHEDIP
BV,
"you also like pasting HITS posts, it's as if you are the same person lol .".. that statement is funny!
Re HITS, well they stated they are an ex investor in angus so, they haven't been 5 years post about a share they are not invested in.. I was asked this previously and the answer is I don't know.. maybe philanthropy, maybe to counter the positivity only crew, maybe just to annoy that crew, I don't know.. I know i general get more benefit and use from HITS posts than most others though
I would agrees, Rocket science isn't needed to work out the maths for the upside. But all the same, would you mind doing the maths for me? just in case I'm not getting the same answer as you? :-)
Sharebel,
"Silly Buttons - your name says it all! Suggest then you call up each ii and tell them that. Give it up - this is now only going UP!"
Not sure what this refers to in this thread. are you referring to my post to you to look at previous interviews in a different thread?
it was just a bit of friendly advice as your ID is not one I have seen on this board until recently..
don't look if you don't want too... take GL statements as gospel if you wish..
Sillybuttons, I think you need to listen to the interview very carefully for the upside if you have any shares.
BV,
I will try listen to the interview again this evening, in case I missed something. but,
Does that mean you wont do the sums for me?
SIllybugger, 1.3 plus 1.3 is?
