Another 2 director buys whilst shares are going cheap.
Michael de Picciotto makes his 5th purchase this year, buying another 2500shares now giving him a total of 567,754 shares!
Amedeo Felisa ex Ferrai CEO makes her 2nd purchase this year albeit only small at 1000 shares.
Anyone doubting their grasp of how the company is performing should bear in mind that Felisa was CEO of ferrari for 8 years and Michael is a top business man specialising in finance (biography attached)
http://michaeldepicciotto.com/biography/
You should bear in mind Amedeo is a he, not a she. ;)
And if Michael de Picciotto was such a great businessman, why was he buying at £19? He is a 25%/£1million down already.
He 'left' after the Ferrari share price lost 1/3 of its value, so he will fit right in at AML. He only has 2000 shares, peanuts.
He has taken more non-exec roles with other car companies too, he aint exclusive to AML, just getting the retirement funds in while he can.
Yes C26, I did know that Amedeo is a 'he'. I obviously slipped into typing 'she' by mistake after typing the name Felisa...easily done. Anyway, we digress, the point is that directors continue to buy contrary to the direction of the SP. There's only one reason why they would do this, and that is because they know how the company is performing and expect the shares to rise in the future. As for Felisa buying at £19...he's just like the rest of us...nobody can guess the bottom exactly right unless they are extremely lucky. I'm sure he won't regret his earlier purchases because he knows what direction the company is heading and therefore knows he will make money in the future.
He is a non exec director who follows Stroll around like a puppy, Force India etc.
Another one who thinks if he copies Stroll he will get rich, and in fact it's done the exact opposite.
Imagine punting millions into a company in the middle of a court case which cold easily bankrupt them if lost?
The longer Stroll leaves this cash raise, the more dilutive it will be.
Well one thing for sure is that they both have access to far more information than the rest of us!
Michael de Picciotto now with over half a million shares.
BC
If he had access to more than we did, why was he buying the majority of his shares at £19?
Do you know what a non-exec director actually is?
C26. You are an arrogant and smug individual who is much less impressive than at first sight.
Shame on you c26, youve just said
"The longer Stroll leaves this cash raise, the more dilutive it will be"
What cash raise? There is no evidence or factual information out that says there is a cash raise coming. So stop spreading lies again.
Go crawl back into the hole you came out of.
You must be a slightly happier shareholder today?as the sp has had a good day.
-Sports/GT cars sales collapse: Half what they were in 2019, pre-pandemic.
-Current court case could lead to bankruptcy : Stroll rips up Nebula agreement over Valkyrie/Valhalla/Vanquish royalties.

-Gross debt of £1.3bn, costing £165m per year in interest. Bondholders are undisclosed, but making 10.5% to 15% per annum, doubling their cash in 5 years)
-Operating losses of £250+ million this year. YTD 9 months = £188m loss.
-Still burning through cash…. £60m burned between 25th Feb and 28th July 2021( £144m per annum)
-St Athan (DBX production) running at 40% capacity, laid off 1/3 of the workforce.
-AML capitalise 95% of R&D when majority of other car companies are less than 40%, so shares are anything but undervalued.

""Concerns have focused on some of the carmaker’s racier accounting policies. For instance, it capitalises much of its R&D expenditure, amortising this over the expected life of each model it makes.”
-Valkyrie production handed over to Mulltimatic. Moers admits 6 weeks to build 1 carbon fibre tub therefore 40 produced per year. 260 orders = 6.5 years to build them all.
https://karenable.com/analysis-of-aston-martins-q3-2021-results/.
-Cannot generate enough cashflow to pay interest on debt never mind pay off debt.
-Operating Profit, Free Cash Flow, and Net Debt heading in the wrong direction,
-Loading dealers with DBX models to inflate wholesales, refusing to publish 'retail sales' to obfuscate demand.
-Stroll promises 10,000 sales, 2bn revenue, 500m ebitda by 2024/25 (which is almost double the sales & revenue 2 years from now) Minus D&A of >£300m (so let’s say 325m), minus interest of £165m = £10m profit, but based on no royalty payments from Valkyrie/Valhalla/Vanquish (courts decide)
-Stroll suing company who sell 20% of all AML’s limited edition cars through their St Gallen dealership, and have an agreement in place to fund Valkyrie project with costs to be recouped on Valkyrie, Valhalla and Vanquish deposits and sales in the future, so you can pretty much say goodbye to a decent portion of the £10m profits above)
-Agreement with Merc until 2027, but Moers refuses to answer analysts if AML will receive the MBUX infotainment or Mercedes AMG EA (high performance electric powertrain) technology .
- Stroll raising hundreds of millions for F1 team via the brandname of Aston Martin. As CEO of AML, he should have our best interests at heart, not F1 and his son. F1 should be paying us for the use of the brand, not the other way round
Fundraising:
£150m 2019
£540m in Feb/March 2020
£75m loan from Stroll to see the business through to the rights issue
£100m credit line opened March 2020
£190m rights issue June '20
$68m bonds @ 12% June '20
£125m equity release Oct '20
$10
$107.4m more in bonds Feb '21
Let the readers decide if they need more cash soon, eh?
Looks like the Valkyrie hasn't even passed the crash tests.
This looks very messy to me.
China up 606%
Looks amazing to me, "gangbuster" one might even say.
But it would look good to me, as I'm invested.
To anyone not invested and is bitter and twisted and constantly talks aml down then I guess they might use the word messy! But they would be wrong.
https://amsc-prod-cd.azureedge.net/-/media/corporate/documents/results-centre/2021---results-centre/q3---2021/aston-martin-lagonda-q3-2021-results---factsheet.pdf?rev=b5ebaf0984db48e4a79ba775de7fa043
And there we have it, another Stroll apologist.
Quite happy to quote him saying China is 'gangbusters' when it's only up from 2020 levels, and NOT YET BACK TO 2019 levels.
Everything looks great when compared to 2020, the entire world was shut for 3/4 months.
Refer to my post below to see this comparisons.
It's going to be some loss in Q4 (and full year 2021) without any Valkyries sold, and the bond interest subtracted too.
All those Valkyries at £2.5m each factored into this year's guidance not materialising, ouch
You might be fine cherry pocking data to tease buyers into this nightmare, but I am not.
C26. They’re out their depth with you.
I know you’re just a wind up merchant but it’s hilarious watching you battle with the others on here.
If people didn’t bite so easily you wouldn’t get an audience.
Keep it up.
Keeps me and Englangder amused still even if you are bloody annoying :-)
No battle here doit.
C26, A Stroll apologist! Lol. I'll stop defending Stroll when he starts letting aml down. So far he's saved the company and is taking it forward into a brighter future. You talk about Stroll like he's never done a thing right, like he's gone out of his way to hurt the company! He's a business man, he's here to make money just like all the other real shareholders.
It's called integrity, Nella.
Feel free to show everyone exactly what fabrication you are alluding to.
I couldn't care less what yo think of me Nella.
Again you quote the bits you like. The share price hit £23 on the 2nd Feb 2021.
Yes it rose up on hope/faith, and now people are seeing right through Stroll and complete lack of vision.
He thought he could use the brand name to raise millions for his son in F1 and sell more cars just by telling people he would sell more cars.
We're selling fewer. and got more debt, go figure.
Stroll now HAS to come up with a plan. HOW is he going to almost double sales in 2 years to get to his target?
You spend an awful lot of time on here bashing Aston.
More than ever recently, most of it un provoked.
Unless you are paid, it’s makes no sense to post the same information “day in, day out”.
Nobody actually thinks your doing them a favour.
Becoming a joke

@Doit2morrow – Sorry, I’m guilty as charged. { Roll Eyes }
Curiosity got the better of me on a day when the whole first page of posts on here were filtered.
So, I unfiltered some posters and, as it has turned out, I wasn’t actually missing much. ;-)
At least this time, my attempts to highlight the consistent inconsistencies were not deleted.
My favourite piece of non-fact reporting was the Wordpress “Press Release”.
Honestly, there really is no such thing as an anonymous press release.
(Which is why LSE kept deleting the link, no matter how many times they posted it.)
The press may print stuff from an anonymous source, but they know who that is.
If this is a real company, with a real story, did this press release result in a story in the press?
Or did none of the UK press touch it with a barge pole?
@c2645sg defence was
“Why would anyone make this up?”
Why does anyone make things up on the internet?
I once had an email claiming vast riches await me in a Nigerian bank account, was that true? ;-)
But, I will try harder not to feed the troll going forward.
Cheers, Paul. :)
AML007 if the link is nonsense and there is no problem with the carbon fibre tubs, why is there a court case between Multimatic and the supplier?
Where is the Valkyrie that Stroll PROMISED would be delivered Q3 2021?
Under liabilities on the balance sheet for the last 3 years:
Accounts Payable: £104million £139Million £168Million
The is the money owed to suppliers. in Millions.
https://www.wsj.com/market-data/quotes/AMGDF/financials/annual/balance-sheet
"I will confirm, as we promised, we will be delivering cars starting September," Stroll said in a select media roundtable including Motorsport.com.
"Our first cars will be rolling out at the factory as planned, as I said five months ago that we would be doing. So it's very much on time.
