BB: yes, for example, the semi-conductor industry supplier VAT Group have been open about their issues. There's plenty of others who've been open about it too and many more that haven't been open either because it doesn't make sense for them commercially or they had reserves.

BB: whilst supply chain disruption should alleviate over time as shipping starts to move again, it is a matter of fact that production capacity has been signifcantly impacted by the war and will take time to reinstate. Not only has this constrained supply in the short and medium term and therefore caused prices to spike, strategically it has exposed geographic concentration risks. New sources of helium supply will be valued at a premium and risk appetite will increase.

Kread: oh dear! For companies of this scale and at this stage of development, valuation is more art than science. Whether your long or short it’s is about your assessment of likely news (or rumour) driven step changes in momentum outside of the current trading pattern. IMO it may drift a bit lower in the short term, but the step changes are much more likely to be up than down. Be very careful.

Kread: your post betrays either your complete lack of understanding or your malign intent (or probably both!). I have no idea why people like you hang around on these BBs - you’re clearly not invested and you’re certainly not being paid for this rubbish that’s for sure. Maybe you short this stock, but that must be a disaster given your patent lack of ability.

Trying to compare businesses of this scale and at this stage of their development is a fool's errand. IMO, better to stick to assessing the merits of the individual investment through proper analysis of geopolitical events, and market and company information combined with a dose of instinct. This or that is better, and look at this or that timeframe, adds zero - and in some cases it's just posters trying to create a false rationale for their own preference (or the preference they've been asked to prosecute).

The judgement they will make is risk v reward, not just risk.

No decent outfit would pay these clowns. Their tradecraft is appalling. Someone with genuine capability paid to impact on sentiment (either way - positive or negative) would be more subtle and nuanced - more 'nudge' than 'shove' - rather than just shouting their partial, infantile and unintelligent attempts at influence. Blagger: good morning. I agree with your point - it’s good to maintain balance by fully considering alternative viewpoints, provided they are posted in good faith. The ‘good faith’ bit is important and IMO you don’t ‘pass muster’.

Blagger: Historically, confidence here was often more about hope (emotional) than expectation (logical). That balance has shifted over time and your negativity now sounds emotional and illogical. Of course there’s risk for investors, but it’s materially reduced. You sound like the sort of person who doesn’t get out much for fear of something bad happening.
