FOMO Friday?
And just turned blue on the cnbc ticker....suggesting 1.5 is the end of the pullback.
It's on the move!
Will move back to 2p for AGM news.
I believe they will take the opportunity whilst having the ear of all shareholders, to give us a full operational update, and ARA's forward plan which AEX will have requested in time for the meeting.
An updated presentation should be shown and explained at the meeting, and made available on the company website during/after the meeting.
We don't need any reassurances, we know ARA have stated publicly that they are ready to get on with it. Shareholders would like to know the timings haven't changed, that's about it really.
Will AGM provide any worthwhile information or just "reassurances" about forthcoming events?

The SP seems to be continuing to slide.
Hey ho.
He has one week maximum left to sink or swim.
Bring on the AGM update.
I wonder which is more likely. 1p or 2p
Watching RoJo trying to row back on side !

...and another disappointing day.
Hopefully better tomorrow...
There are a lot of green boxes on my screen today, so refreshing not to see what's behind them!
Roll on next week
Thanks Wookie. Best of luck to you. Whatever else about RoJo he swaggers around with his Bentley but still wont tell us his Reg Number for some reason.
Ignore the lying Aminex bashing troll, it has no share is Aminex, never has had, it is just a troll trying to wind shareholders up, that's what trolls do, just put it on filter.
Oh dear !
We really don't want the SP to drop to below 1.50.

By the time we spud CH1 the sp will be beyond the 3-4p mark because I'm anticipating a cpr update before then and all the other pre drill news will make this climb up to CH1.
Well considering the company has recently seen its stock price double from the start of the year, reflecting positive developments, such as securing the 25-year development license for the Ntorya gas discovery and acquiring funding for its operations; Then optimistic views seem fair!. But Despite these advancements, a high debt-to-equity ratio of approx 1.37 doesn’t help us short term. Mcap must be around 65m and Tanzania seems to be relatively stable currently.
So 5p might be a little optimistic currently but 3-4p doesn’t seem a wild target within 12 months considering. This recent drop from 2 - 1.5p seems purely down to market volatility rather than reflective of ongoing operations. Imo. But also shows how fast this share can move short term. Who knows what it might hit on a spike.
Looking forward to next updates.
As I said, dream on.
Con men trolls busy today, desperate for their shorts to pay off quickly.
Me, I am looking forward to:
Drilling CH-1
Multi well programme of up to 8 wells
Gas pipeline being installed by TPDC
Minimum 140mmscfd but looking like it will be a lot higher than that just from the first two new wells plus the existing two
The potential to hit oil in any of the the untested traps
Huge revenues and high profitability for a company with extremely low overheads
Multi bagger share price
I don't need to know what the price does today, I only counter the total BS from the con men on here.
You're becoming increasingly desperate mctripe...
as joyo says, dream on.

Free carry to 140MMscfd production, 25% of which goes to us.
Enough cash to last to the end of this year, plus a loan facility in place that is enough to last for almost two more years on top.
Massive upside potential as the field is developed, with an estimated 16TCF, plus 24 untested traps up-dip from the previous wells and therefore any of them could contain Oil, including the very large Unit 3 which will be drilled by the next well, CH-1.
Gas pipelines going to neighbouring countries, which will need our Gas if they want to utilise them within the next 10 years.
60MMscfd target for initial Gas from the two existing wells plus the one being drilled this year (ARA report page 3), however, the thickness of sands being targeted is clearly multiples of the thickness of NT-1 or NT-2 and suggests upwards of 80MMscfd could be produced if those sands are all Gas bearing throughout.
The Gas pipeline to the Madimba Gas Processing Plant is costing us nothing and will be built by Government contractors, owned by the Government. (we get wellhead Gas price, currently $3.6 per MCF)
Loads of capacity in the Gas pipeline and processing plant to take 200MMscfd. A processing plant at Ntorya is also likely as the field develops and is something the Government would own and pay for.

Perhaps we can expect a third as a director dealing that may cover the other three million?
And a second
"Director/PDMR Dealing
Aminex announces that on 18 June 2024, Thomas Mackay, Non-executive Director, exercised an option over 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 0.86 pence each and sold 3,873,959 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.5147 pence each. The option was due to expire on 19 June 2024. The sale of shares was to cover the associated cost attached to the exercise of options and resultant tax charge.
Following these transactions, which is further detailed in the PDMR Notification Form below, Thomas Mackay's ultimate beneficial ownership in the Company is 2,654,988 Ordinary Shares."

...Around now.. and so started adding back this lunchtime.. and am open to adding more in short order as we go.
Good luck to all fellow holders !
(Towards transparancy, I did sell a big chunk of my holding in the 1.7 to 2p range.. I had a low average fortunately, and getting up towards a bag ish profit from range trading a chunk is not to distained at in this brutal game imho - but kept a small chunk as a core holding to be added back onto as and when, as I like the potential here a lot )

They don't need to raise capital before ARA drill. Suggesting they do is total scaremongering
Highlights of the week
" Best ask the buyer that just spent £33,140 on AEX stock." 1. StockCkeque
Best ask the seller that just sold £33,140 of AEX stock. It's probably a short position. If there is going to be a capital raise, it won't be at this elevated price.
" A processing plant at Ntorya is also likely as the field develops and is something the Government would own and pay for." 2. StockCheque
Ne promettez que ce que vous pouvez tenir. It is truly astonishing how there appears to be a never-ending stream of nonsense emanating from this source.
= = = = =
History:
From 50 p to 1.65 p represents a 96% drop or an annual compounded rate of return of ~ NEGATIVE 17% over 18 years. You couldn't do any worse even if you tried.
What to look forward to by looking at their Peers.
Scirocco ... a basket case
Wentworth .... Wentworth was fortunate in that it found an escape route.
Orca Energy Group is struggling at 113.1 million cubic feet per day for the first quarter of 2024 and the foreign exchange reserve deficiency is a major contributing factor. If Orca Energy Group is struggling, it raises the question of how Aminex could possibly be expected to do well. Orca Energy Group is most likely busy devising a contingency escape plan similar to Wentworth's escape plan. Unfortunately, as a captive serf, devising an escape plan for Aminex is not an option.
Question for Tanzania to ask at the Annual General Meeting.
" Considering that the company lacks any form of influence or control, its independence would be rated as minimal or non-existent. Would you agree with this statement? "
The feeling is mutual guys. I can't think of much worse than having to talk to you dreamers.
Anyway, shouldn't you be ramping the b'jesus to stop the SP slide ?
Can you imagine going for a drink with these three pratisco ro-the jo and jo the row91 you would not come out the pub alive , every time they start talking, lies and poop come out .
stuart they are a right trio , but as you say ,i just cant stop smiling at there antics bet its not just here that people laughing at them . i bet that they cant even walk down the shops without hearing people ******* there selves at them .

I'm offended when you are seemingly scared to reveal the 'Bentley's Reg Number........
Thank-you for your advice Wryape.
Don't be offended if I don't take it !
So you buy when a few others are buying and sell when a few others are selling. And obsess over every daily share price move.
Sounds like a poor investment strategy, as well as being time consuming and stressful. No wonder you always seem tetchy and on edge. Just chill. Or sell.
Yes Wryape, but you could easily be wrong, and one investor's decision is unlikely to influence the SP.
A group of investors are somewhat less likely to be wrong, and more likely to have an effect on the SP.
People sell, people buy. It's all part of the market
I base my investment decisions on what I think the true value of a company is rather than what others do.

What about "Gone for good?"
Looks a good time to buy or top up for the next leg up.
Yes, the CPR would be nice! Anything would be nice! I fear the AGM will be a disappointment.
The SP still slipping I see...
What a load of scaremongering nonsense.
AEX are NOT the operator.
AEX can ONLY tell us something when ARA tell them something.
The share price is NOT a problem unless you are stupid enough to have a stop loss set up on it, or you want to sell the stock. If you intend to hold the stock until CH-1 is drilled then the share price is irrelevant, as you are never going to sell at the current price anyway.
The AGM is next week and shareholders WILL be updated on anything that AEX know about the forward plan.

UWE's particular form of craziness. He's put the whole thirty quid on Aminex and now he's broke.
Why would you not add some at this "stupidly low price" mcplonker. Fill your boots!
Go for it jollyboy!
Or maybe you don't have the confidence to put your money where your mouth is?
I get paid this week and have a reasonable amount of disposable income, so may well add some myself at this stupidly low price.
We should expect an update and updated presentation for the AGM, there's no reason not to do one and loads of reasons to do one. 7am RNS on the Friday would be my guess, then presentation on the website in the afternoon, although some companies release the presentation at 7am and say that is what will be presented at the AGM.
The update could come sooner though, as AEX should have a meeting with ARA to discuss their current work plans following the granting of the licence. AEX should have requested such a meeting in the days after the licence was granted, and then scheduled the AGM to come after it. Maybe that is what they did anyway .........
Licence received on 23 May
AGM date announced on 3 June

Was gonna do a joke thread called "how low can she go" before all this kicked off cause Im tempted to top up and I didn't think we'd go below 1.60 again
Was hoping to sell another stock to fund it but that fell through so now I've only got a 5k buffer for events like this.
That won't get me what I wanted but it'll get me 250k at 0.0155 , so I'm gonna be a cheeky bugger and try it for 0.0150 . 😂

Aminex have scheduled in the AGM on the same day that the Tanzania Parliament adjourns. I wonder if there is a connection between these things happening on the same day.
