I suspect next steps will be to redrill/rework Tai-3 and drill one other hole so that they can be confident on the reserves before any commercial plan. You cannot put together a commercial plan based on the results of one hole.
So expect another placing to cover these costs in the near future, which is probably the objective of the interview.
Yes EarlofAim .. MC £2.5m now but when the new shares are admitted next week the MC will be around £9-10m!! So stop misleading.
Also will the MMs bring the SP down to adjust for the higher MC.? That’s the big question.
On another point, if they do hit the first ever green commercial helium discovery they will need at least £50m minimum for a processing plant per site so yet more dilution.
With the new shares, £50m MC is an SP around 1.5p
This time next week the MC will be around £10m (when the new shares are admitted) but the SP is still likely to still be around 0.25p.
There just too much risk here. Lots of shares to flip, potential for another drill breakdown with no financial contingency and even if they hit commercial helium, investors know that another placing is on the horizon for Tai-3 re-entry.
If any investor tried to buy a few million pounds worth of shares on the open market, the SP would be back in 5-6p region and it would also defeat the objective of providing funds for HE1 to complete their drill program.
Like I’ve stated above, expect any fund raise to be at least 2p per share.
I have a feeling the SP will follow a similar path to PRD. They were around 6p prior to spudding of Mou-3 and slowly climbed until drill results and continued to increase until Mou-4 results at around 20p. Dropped back now to around 11p awaiting flow testing results.
Like HE1, they had disappointment with their first 2 drills making investors hesitant, but the knowledge gained from the 2 drills, gradually began to sink in giving investor confidence.
Anyone know when Rigless testing is due to commence or best estimate? I assume 1-2 weeks testing per well. I also assume they have waited to test 3 wells together to hedge a positive result in their favour, from at least one well.
CPerkin…. nearly choked reading this “enable RAPID tie-in” with regards to NT-1, lol. The word “Rapid” is not in the Tanzanian dictionary. It was drilled OVER 10 years ago!!!
BG …” SCIR transaction all in the coming months.” Well at least you’re being more realistic BG. Haggis would have stated “in the coming days”
Anyway at least Rojo is still proving himself to be correct with his predictions.
As I stated many times before, once the SCIR deal is complete the GSA, rig news, etc will start to follow in short order ( did I use the words short order, wow)
