Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
2 months for drill plus results and 1 month for hook-up to pipeline = 3 months
For the posters unsure of any hostile takeover:
The equality principle underpins the mandatory offer Rule, which requires any person who acquires interests in shares carrying 30 per cent or more of the voting rights in a target to make a general offer to all shareholders at the highest price it has paid in the previous 12 months.
Rogerky …. You haven’t answered my question. Is the statement below, that I posted on the HE1 BB true? Yes or No?
“In Tanzania it took Aminex 2 years to complete their farmout to ARA and ARA are still in the process (nearly a year) of buying Scirocco’s 25%”
Rogerky aka BB Police… this is my post on HE1. Is this not truthful or does the truth hurt?
“Just a word of caution. If securing the rig is based on Noble completing their farm-in, that may not be a good strategy with regards to timescales. In Tanzania it took Aminex 2 years to complete their farmout to ARA and ARA are still in the process (nearly a year) of buying Scirocco’s 25%. IMO we should have taken the financial burden and gone it alone.”
Well Jolly Roger… what a hypocrite!!!! Posting on the ANGS BB saying well done guys and gals but SELLING Aminex. Unbelievable.
“Only sorry I've not been involved. Concentration has been on Aminex where they are expecting a minimum 17mmscfd from their operators two week well test planned to start this weekend, end of March.“
Also getting his LOIs in a twist or is it LOL on the HE1 board. I also suspect he also created a Jeffsy alias to post a “on good authority post, that the IOG H2 drill was having major problems yesterday” just to have a dig at myself. How do I know? All Posters have a certain style and I picked up on his clues.
Probably a bit premature, but what are the chances of completing a second drill later this year? The new team seem to have completed the paperwork for H2 in a timely manner. IMO a second successful drill (after H2) is key to really kickstarting the SP. Also we need to continually take advantage of the 91p in the £ tax relief.

Well Oilman you should know that nothing is certain in this business but IMO H2 has around a 90+% CoS for commercial success.
Oilman … imagine the atmosphere if the SP bags on a successful H2 drill.
I suspect Jeffsy is a poster on the Aminex board who I have been giving a hard time.
Thanks for joining LSE today and giving us the heads-up with your first post. What authority be the way? “bullsh@ters anonymous”. Lol
Interesting month indeed. Probably less than 4 weeks for H2 drill results and the SP still hovering above 4p. Will punters buy in the next few weeks or are they too nervous due to past drill history? If H2 drill is successful will the SP take off (above 7-8p) or will it take a second successful drill (hopefully later this year) to bring back confidence/ good sentiment to this share. IMO a second successful will take the SP back into double digits. Time will tell.
Thanks Taff. Some great posters on here KeithOz, Jimmy, to name a couple but some of the outlandish ramping does make me question my investment here. Am I being taken for a ride? Even GRH with his 100 bagger. Mou-1 and Mou-2 so far have been a disappointment. Let’s hope Mou-3 is third time lucky. GLA.
I suspect Premier Miton and/or Lombard still selling down holding the SP back. It should be interesting when they’ve finished (hopefully before the end of April).
