MK111 “Research is Key”
Do a little research on AAOG. Potential for Hugh resources. A credible respected 2 man BoD and a knowledgable poster called Tiptop, who was uncannily similar to GRH.( I had to check it wasn’t the same person)
One thing I can agree with Haggis on, is I’m 90% sure Ch-1 will be drilled, pipeline connected, and eventually gas sales. When it all will happen I don’t know. Also investors will not lose money from here (1p). The big question for me is the comms. We need a regular supply of positive news to sustain and grow the SP. If not, the SP will spike and drift down and it will be a “sell on news” share like it is today. That’s the reality at the moment. I hope things do change and again hopefully ARA will change up a few gears once the GSA and SCIR deal is sorted.
I agree with Jonmo, totally poor comms. The RNS for mou-1 read as if it was a duster. Mou-2 looks like it may be abandoned so will mou-3 be a success? Who knows. Even the Well naming convention is confusing FFS. Mou- 2 becomes Mou- 1 and Mou-4 becomes Mou-2 etc. and PGs strategy of drill, drill, drill rather than 3D Seismics isn’t paying off at the moment.
Aminex and Solo Oil taught me a big lesson. Don’t get emotionally attached to a share because it will damage your wealth. Once you break that attachment with FOMO, even at a financial loss, you’ll have a better life.
Keith … I’m for positive info if I consider it realistic. A more closer comparison would be Aminex (North Africa) who sold 50% of multi-TCF of gas for $40m. Albeit Tanzania gas price at well-head is currently between $3-4 per mmcf.
In standard industrial cases, full strength concrete is recognized at 28 days. At seven days, you should have concrete that is cured to 70% full strength or greater. But to answer the question of, “How long does concrete take to set?” concrete setting time is generally 24 to 48 hours. At this point the neighborhood dog will not leave his footprints in it, but you should keep it clear of heavy equipment during this time period. Most mixes are cured at 28 days.
I’m still baffled if the Mou-3 Spud commences at the beginning of May or the Civil work starts. For Mou-1 it took 8 weeks to construct the well pad and assemble the Drilling Rig. Bearing in mind that we know that the permits take forever. IMO I still think it’s the construction of the Well Pad that starts in May.
Projected Start date NOT Spud date.
PG: “As a result we believe that bringing forward the drilling of MOU-3, with a projected start date in the first week of May, is a sensible course of action.”
Uk Gas price slightly up at the moment around 103/therm. Opened at 94.
I don’t think Smudger’s wording suggest the SCIR deal is in any doubt. How I interpreted Smudge’s post is that ARA want the SCIR deal done and dusted before they progress the project further, using the leverage that Tanz Gov want the gas now. I believe when the SCIR deal is signed off, things should progress at pace. We may get an update on CH-1 location and NT-2 work before the deal is complete, but I doubt we will get any upgrades in resources or rig contracts.
Hey CPerkins why have you stopped posting this;
“The results of the initial 3D seismic processing and interpretation, to optimise the target location of the CH-1 well at the Cretaceous reservoir level, will be available by mid-March”
BillyRay … Mou-3 projects starts at the beginning of May not the spudding!
So at the moment PG is probably sorting out Permits and contractors to start groundwork’s at the beginning of May
Mou-3 spud should be around the beginning of
July
Well Haggis if you have held Aminex shares for 10 years and you haven’t sold any shares, I can conclude the following:
1) Any investing advice you give should be ignored completely.
2) Your average SP must be very high.
3) You need to complete an investor trying course.
OR
4) Your full of bulls hit.(most likely the case)
