Hi Ella 10
FYI Niceto Michu isn't my long lost brother/sister/nephew or any other type of my related family, I have been a member of this site since the 12/13p days of Savanah resource and that's were I met Iceburg, I'm from England and my real name is Peter. And to my bro NicetoMichu it would be very nice to meet you but highly unlikely.
I've just had my message deleted to Ella in response to Pedro/michu gate, I see..
(inappropriate joke perhaps .. or mentioning another - competitor - site..)
In summary: I strongly believe that I've been a member here since decently before 2018.. 2015 ish my guess.. and have ever only posted as nice to michu here ( and indeed posted on previous site under that same name only )
Yo Pedro bro !
I don't mean that literally though Ella :-)
Despite what it says i've been a member here a few years longer than june 2018, I promise.. I was posting on II only prior to that but would guess I moved over here 2015 ish.. and when I've clicked on my handle previously it has definitely said 'member since' earlier than 2018 then..
Pedro...I take it you read my blog. Why would you think I am not happy with XTR? I've been open that I've doubled my holding and will likely hold until jorc now.
Hi Pedro,
My analytic approach and sheer scepticism concludes that it isn't coincidence that both yourself and NicetiMichu joined LSE chat on the same day and are both currently interested in XTR. Are you, by any chance, both members of the same family? :-)
Hi Ice,
not been on here for a while and note that you have more chat about
Panr than Xtract is there any reason for this, I did note that you thought very highly about this share not long ago, is there any reason for your change of heart?
Hi James
I know it was only for FB. We are on the same page re anticipated income figures.
I've said many times before, the empress buy-in now makes FB a certainty as they would not have invested the money they have on a hope and pray.
The timing and exact amount of the income steams may not be known, but it seems certain we will be getting a significant increase in income within the next 12 months and probably sooner.
Hey Andrew
Just to make it clear, my estimate on monthly income below was only for FB.
I estimate approx $75k per month for GF, $50k per month from Alluvials, Eureka at approx $350k per month (much less visibility on the inputs for this calc so it’s more of a guesstimate based on what CB has said previously and then adjusting for price updates etc) and Kalengwa at maybe the same as Eureka.
Even if both Eureka / Kalengwa don’t happen (which is unlikely now), XTR should still be generating $550k+ per month from Q4 2021. With the Empress news yesterday I’m more confident than ever that XTR will see money from Manica this year!
Cheers
James
I am sceptical of Africa and have said so several times, but I wish if this were true, Colin would release a bit more news...I am not sure there has been any update on anything except bushranger since Feb 3rd. When Colin said drilling had commenced and "There is sufficient ore in the area of the box-cut to provide a large bulk sample and to initiate mining during late February building up to full production by May 2021."
something needs to be RNS otherwise the market isn't going to pay it any heed.
If I read the release correctly, at current POG, there is about £1Bn worth of gold targeted for early production from the open cut mineral resource ( about 25 Tonnes at £40M per tonne) - no wonder Empress was so quick to stump up $2M for a small royalty...
Looking at my notes, from the webinar interview in Oct, CB said $650K a month from FB and GF+ alluvials mk2. $250K to $300K from Eureka.
He later said that $200K was from GF + alluvails Mk2 so I assume circa $450K from FB alone.
When all producing income he expects circa $800K to $1M a month. Obviously we will miss the latest CB timescale of late Q2 for FB build but I expect the $800K to $1M a month income by late Q4. Probably GF producing some income first, hopefully by summer?
He also said he expects $700K a month from Kalengwa, but no time scale for that.
I appreciate this is all irrelevant to some as by the time this income comes in Bushranger will have ensured the sp is over 30p and these income streams will only increase the sp by 1p !
(That was for all the newbies who joined post Bushranger :)
Minxcon did a technical report on Manica for Empress:
https://www.sedar.com/
Search under company documents for Empress and Technical report.
The fact that Empress are ready to stump up $2million now to buy the Manica royalty is very strong confirmation that , let’s say $3-400k xtr income per month at some point in the next few months .
Bit of a silent game changer in my opinion because it would underpin the current share price at anything over $500k per month - plus we also have at least £8millo cash on the balance sheet right now.
This is such a strong investment case now , gla
So the rest of XTR's projects - including the massive opportunity at Bushranger licence of which Racecourse is only ONE of the prospects within it - are all in for free - at this valuation.
As Hughie Green said 'Opportunity Knocks'
That would justify the present market cap, all by itself...
Circa $650k a month
Hi Cyber
My understanding of the monthly cash flows XTR would be due would be approx $425-450k. This is based on the following project assumptions;
Production: 31k oz pa (from DFS but still seems reasonable based on plant being installed and the grade)
Gold Price: $1,750 oz
Royalties: 6%
Direct cash costs: $556/oz (from DFS so could be out of date)
Tax: 32%
XTR share of net profit: 23% (% changes based on gold price)
The Manica update via Empress is very interesting and a great vindication of the potential profitability of this project as it comes on line - albeit we still don’t know when that will be.
It states that the kit will be capable of going through 42000 tonnes per month , at 1.5 grams per tonne that’s 63kg of gold at say 40,000 per kg = c £2.5 million dollars top line per month.
Don’t have our share of that to hand but even if it boils down to 10% that’s a nice $250k per month for doing nowt. Would be great to get that incoming by year end .
Thanks Andrew,
There was no mention of it in the Manica update.
Ella
As far as I'm aware there has not been any update on Boa Esperanza Agreement. So this should have been in production by now.
Hi Andrew,
I've probably missed something else here as I keep missing stuff for the historical projecrs but in August the RNS announcing the mining contract for Boa Esperanza stated
'The Boa Esperanza Agreement includes performance targets whereby the Contract Miner will be required to commission a plant with a minimum throughput of 60 tonnes per day within 2 months from the date of signing. The throughput tonnage will be increased to 120 tonnes per day within 3 months of commencing operations. '
I realise this won't get very much income but Explorator were resposible for obtaining the mining licence did that ever happen? Or did we have another RNS to state this had been canned?
Joe
Empress have already provided their estimated FB build date (oct) and income date (by end of the year so Nov/ Dec).
From 1m in.
CBs latest guidance for FB mine build was end of Q2. That has not yet been updated to my knowledge.
I wonder who's going to be right??

Good to have a non CB update on Manica..... hopefully when they provide their project update its not too far behind Colins.
is that another 1mil buy this morning
Very interesting read, and the numbers appear to only be referring to the Fairbride resource, suggesting income to XTR could even exceed expectations, and wouldn't that be nice.
