Hi Chile so TEK hold approx 2.6 million warrants. I presume therefore if I have read that RNS right they need to cough up roughly £1.23 million by the 6th June to pay for them?
Salt Rns just out - Exercise of warrants

It really does seem all commercial food manufacturers and government institutions are gearing towards this. The MOD are only giving out Lo Salt sachets at hotplates and have removed salt seller's from tables.
Now up 230%. Might hit your 1 dollar today TopCatz!
Acquisition???
Pretty sure it won't move 200% without something tangible
Why Glasses Connected to Your Phone are the Only AI Wearable Form Factor that Makes Sense:
1. Proximity to Mouth and Ears: Glasses are close enough to your mouth for whispering speech-to-text commands and near enough to your ears for directional speakers to deliver sound only you can hear.
2. Efficient Processing and Battery Use: Most processing is handled by your phone, with low-energy Bluetooth communication relaying to an API or performing local processing, conserving battery life.
3. Seamless Integration into Daily Life: Glasses are a natural accessory that people wear daily, eliminating concerns about forgetting them or attachment issues.
4. Dual Purpose: Many people already wear glasses for prescription needs, adding functionality without needing an additional device
5. Cost Efficiency: Processing data off-device reduces the overall cost of the eyewear.
6. Safer and More Ergonomic than in-ear headphones.

Yes all those doubting it are going to miss out on a massively undervalued share price. in my view
The penny is finally starting to drop. This company is vastly undervalued.

I agree with that Sea,
Two disastrous IPO's, although that judgement is based purely in terms of the respective SP slumps.
Now approaching four months since the Salt IPO. Despite a massive injection of capital all we've had from Salt is a couple of distributor agreements and a new patent.
Guident remains a startup with lots of promising statements, partners and PR videos.
Nothing yet from Revive, despite "majors testing the shocks" being repeated on multiple occasions.
We are now asked to believe in a new AI project, against a background of the other portfolio companies that have been unable to deliver meaningful revenue (to date).
For most experienced investors the NAV/SP disconnect is easily identified with a quick delve into the TEK portfolio, whilst noting Cliff's penchant for fundraises.
Hi Baf, I'm not sure I agree I'm afraid although believe me I want to he wrong but have been here for ages . I do think it will start strong in this range but unless we get one of our all of the following I don't think a big re rate will happen in the short term
1. Fundermental Salt news i.e new orders or UK inclusion like Sainsbury's (widely touted)
2. Guidant valuation and funding . Revenue update and good news from Revive
3. Bell make a miraculous turn around
4. Lucy ....well forget that as iv written it off
Let's hope the above is not needed but I think it will be
GLA
TEK currently 1/3 rd of NAV is utter madness this will rerate quite quickly in my view
So good, it should command a premium to NAV.

Yes CM A labour government is generally good for the stockmarket in general. They encourage investment, and are beneficial for smaller businesses. Their policies also circulate money through the economy. Should be a strong year accross the board
IV had to filter him/her doing my head in
dont listen to this ******
general election for july 4th should add at least 20% to tek!
Thanks, just out of curiosty do you think we can hit 17p again,im sure we can
Lordmakealot- the hope of a more sensible government generally. May also address the issues surrounding UK stock market underperformance.

With TEK holding….
77.3% share in the salt
A mere 7.7% of bell after the recent raise
40% of Lucy with a current SP of 2.87 down from a high of 55.21
No news of the last hope Guident
Close of play today with the salt up at 130 TEK share price closed at 11.38….. Stunning

Yes that's probably why.....investor confidence. SEED was in a similar situation...Lots of shady BOD deals etc.......It had a NAV in the region of 10p and was trading at 2p and even when it announced a dividend of 1p it didn't budge......50% divi crazy
There are many not trading to their value. Some are trading less than the cash they hold never mind their other holdings. A recent one was trading at £4m when it was holding £6m cash and £6m of investments.
Let me tell you why
2 companies floated worth zero and Quite possible the salt will also dissolve.
🔔 end…14.62p after highs of over £1.30
👓 2.81 after highs of over 50
🧂 £1.30 back down to 50p quite possible
4ms so why is now down at 11p 🤔🤔🤔
To keep it simple for you Aim.......Lets just write 🔔 & 👓 off, make it zero on the balance sheet. The NAV will still be 25p a share

Thanks Aiming. Normal service resumed :)
They own 77% of SALT . Can you work that out Aim.....you should maybe stick to scratch cards and bingo
🐕 💩 Where's the cow fart. I think you're overextending yourself to be honest Aiming. Your posting history says it all.....everywhere 🐄 💨
TEK 11.5p…. SALT £1.29… TEK r 🐕 💩
Most trusts like this will trade at a discount to allow for valuation difference - the vast majority is listed here so its more transparent, if TEK sold all their holding in SALT and paid it as a dividend to TEK holders, you would get 22p a share from that alone - but at the moment its price is what people are willing to pay - as with all shares . I've also seen shares trade at £1 with a NAV of 10p, which is also ridiculous

Can't see that myself Mrozzy, by any stretch of the imagination, although I can see them looking to incorporate AI into their glasses as a feature,
The fact that Clifford Gross didn't take his bonus implies he's not completely deaf to shareholder's opinions
That's going to be a terrible look for Tek if it's true, I wonder what $lcd (the Lucyd augmented reality coin) bag holders would think?
Anyone fear Harrison might be leading the new AI team?
He's touted something on X recently, but I can't find it now
Hardware, ie glasses (stock and design) and oxygen generators, again design and stock and plant, needs more funding.
I think Lucy and Bellescura are testament to that. Maybe, just maybe TEK are getting the hang of this
If this gen AI project has any sort of success will probably be bought out fairly quick.

Stunning for anyone who can add up
Best bit;
"However, post end of period, using 20 May 2024 closing market prices, our estimated portfolio valuation was approximately US$75m (appx. US$0.37 per share), recovering the entire fair value losses of 2023 and exceeding the $55m valuation reported in 2022 by ~36%."
29p a share NAV.
So in essence , Lucy and Bell screwed us but post end.of period we are now back up by a long way £75 mil

This must be an “ open goal” acquisition for someone prepared to break up the assets, fire the largely useless BOD’s and pocket a very material gain.
Well, it is mostly gone now. I wouldn't get too excited about LUCY in either direction. It is an extremely volatile stock.
Lord,
Perhaps the Reebok partnership is going live soon?
Total speculation on my part.
Been here for a few years and dont recalla 25% upturn without a rns,any ideas why,not complaining its nice to make free money, but im waiting for salt and guident rns,
Sea, 26% now!!
Maybe there is profit in them sunnies😎
