Quite simple to me really ,Prem have a market cap at present of $57 m ,the way this is heading very soon canmex will be owed more than the company is currently valued at ,that my friends when they will step in and take the lot for 0
Tbob, yes to highlight the red flags is acceptable, but to constantly post negatives, when we've got to assume that they have an investment here, in my opinion is not, go through Raaydaar, Martini girl and Jagalinth posts and you find one that is positive, that's not balanced opinions, opinions that 99 out if 100 are posted not as opinions but adulterated facts.
Nobody needs to be constantly reading them. The RNS'S are there for that.
Anyway good luck to you and all invested here.
I'm off to watch the nags today, enjoy your weekend.
Good luck everyone!!
Wullie14 - last time I looked this was a discussion board where a variety of views can be published. The worst people are those who will post positive comments regardless... does more damage I'd suggest. Nothing wrong with people expressing different views... in fact, that's what makes this interesting!
As for the lack of news - it's not good but par for the course where GR's concerned. I still have faith that there's plenty of sc6 that can be produced by this plant eventually BUT it's getting more and more costly in terms of time and money and interest. Have to say that I'm getting concerned about GR's ability to see this through to production and our Chinese friends may well be playing the long game, waiting for GR to run out of road.
When is the next placing to pay for the new sorters that need to be ordered. And I’m guessing other equipment. The new pipes and valves are already installed, George said by last Saturday. So that means more issues. Or that George ordered the wrong pipes and valves which also be the case
@wullie14
one benefit to people being realistic about penny stocks like prem is a warning to new investors. is there a difference between scaremongers, haters, just *******s and objective views? yes, it's a shocker, there is a difference. but that is your answer, because people should be warned when there are red flags.
yes we all hope prem works out, but if you can have people just praising it and attracting new investors (potentially suckers) then you can expect and accept the opposite as well. if you believe in your investment then the detractors should mean nothing to you.
They both post around 11pm when the Ovaltine becomes too much to handle. Has anyone ever seen them in the same room?
Raaydaar, Mr Marcus Alder, invested more than 3% in another share ALGW, who is 8 times cheaper 1.2p than it's peak at 8p. No RNS there since December 2023. And every day given us his advice on PREM. No need to say anymore. Martinigirl is invested in the same share as well.
What did I tell you all? I told you it would happen We’re still not at production and we’re nowhere near it yet Got a long way to go question is how many life left?
The price hasn't moved for a few days.
Acker
Raaydaar, your constant criticism and scaremongering of George and Prem is just as predictable and more profound as Snowkings ramping, why?
Everyone now knows that the reason there was no application for the export licence, was that the Zimbabwean Government need to see what it is that is being exported. And due to the continual failings of the plant(which are in the process of being rectified)hopefully sooner rather than later, there will be enough produce for export, let's all wait for the next RNS, as for repeatedly going on about finance, we all know that is on the short side, that's why shareholders voted strongly to give George the leverage of (more) dilution. So again no surprise there.
No ones at this time what the current situation is, until we have an update through RNS, so it's make your mind up time, sell if not hopeful, hold if you are, what I don't understand is why anyone would invest in anything, then continuously slate it, and by all accounts, appear to hope it fails, FFS, what's that about, Crazyness.
Here's hoping for some good news, God knows, we all deserve some.Regardless it's the weekend, don't get too dispondant, make the most of it, enjoy yourselves.
Good luck everyone!!!
I've no doubt Snowking will be back shortly with another vague statement that purports to be knowledge in his vain attempts to get the price up so he can profit from the mug punters. Its unlikely this will see 0.4 any time soon, if ever again. There's shares to be issued for debts and legal payments, cash in hand won't last much longer so there'll be yet another raise which will see the headroom gone and provide enough working capital to last until the end of June. Silence is never a good thing from PREM. The pipe upgrades have clearly not rectified the issues to a satisfactory level or have revealed additional problems, the sorters still need to be sorted, the control systems issues haven't been confirmed as resolved, nor have the sensor issues. There's probably more wrong with the plant than there is right, even now some years into the process. Still no news on the export licence they dont have for product they expected to ship over a year ago. Something doesnt quite sit right with me on this part, all those times GR told shareholders he "expected" had "no reason" etc that yhe plant would produce, yet had no export licence in place, a simple and basic requirement anyone with any sense would ensure they had. Did he know all the time they wouldnt be producing and lied to shareholders? Or is he just incompetent? PREM cannot and will not survive beyond H1 if these issues cannot be resolved by the end of next week
Still waiting for the next pump to get out of this.
Part of me wants to just sell up now (for a loss) but I just know as soon as I do a random pump to 0.3-0. 4 will happen.
I'll certainly be jumping out at anything close to 0.4.
George and family will always be wealthy. Read SK predictions in recent days ( don’t miss out at these prices) … if it is successful then x3 or x4 x 5 or the moon is a win and it’s been there and will easily return. It won’t go to .7 overnight on the bext news, so you can win. Acker is a believer and is a positive realist, beyond that, don’t be greedy, reckless or stupid. And good luck all LTH, I understand your journey…
It is funny that a bloke with a donkey and a pick axe can get better grades then GR seventy million dollar plant can do
The fact that we are paying artisan miners to hand sort and bag up ore for our plant rather than using our own material! Then George reports it as an uplift in percentages going through until he is asked directly and has to come clean. It would really be quite funny it I - and others - were not invested.
To shut up and stop putting out RNS until he has something to really add.
Havent seen a dearth of silence on RNS for this long.
Keep buying. no else seems to be.
Well seems like a waiting game. Or will just be nice rns followed be another placing. Seems like they just cannot get the lithium out of the ore. Why they did not look at this at time they design the plant!!
Disabilities are not always visible
In English maybe, uagh?!
Next RNS we be stating pipes arrives but fitting were incorrectly sized to install on existing hardware lol
Yes but we have the right ore with higher concentrations of SC6 but GR mismanagement of commissioning inexperienced contractors with two failed attempts to build a functional plant .
GR spent tens of millions and destroyed our share value caused all this..
I agree assets than can’t be monetised is worthless but we are producing the assets but can’t process it to the required grades and quantity…
Let’s see in the next few weeks…
I haven’t given up hope and still believe the plant will be tweaked but the timeline is crucial here and GR needs to come out with positive progress to change this sinking sentiment…
Majors taking over minors who despite several attempts cannot make it work ??
I can’t say I remember any such occurrences. The benefit of being a major is that you can afford to buy businesses with revenue streams.
Remember, the hard part of the lithium game isn’t to find it. It’s to get it up.
Same with oil really. A business on the Alaskan North Slope now have had independent expert report in their find of over 2bn barrels (value circa $100bn).
The conpany found the oil years ago, the technology to extract is has been available for decades, and their find is literally underneath the transalaskan pipeline. Despite being straight forward take-over target, market cap is 0,2% of recoverable oil in the field they own. Consequently PREM is worth f-all until tons of spod is produced every hour in a chemical process that works only within a narrow band of source material variations. In other words, will it ever work, given the vast variations in source material… No major is going to buy into that bet.
Clueless ..good post
What’s the possibility of T/O bid or selling /JV prem assets to sort out this …
Best time for a bidder to snap Prem while at its low..”courtesy of GR leadership “!
Get ready for a snowking post tomorrow morning hinting at great things to come. And then watch the selling in the afternoon
